We requested quotes from several companies when some of our lights suddenly stopped working in our house one night. We immediately received a call from Dynamic Power Group who was able to schedule a technician named Anthony to arrive the following day. Our house was built in1950 and had been remodeled, including some additions, so the wiring was not organized logically and was extremely difficult to follow. It required Anthony to come back a few days later to finish troubleshooting, but eventually he was able to pin point the issue and resolve it. And for a very reasonable price! Our under the cabinet LEDs stopped working. After trying to find the transformer, I decided to call an electrician. After five calls to electrical people that I knew or were referred to with no response I asked my neighbor who is in the construction business. He recommended the Dynamic Power Group. The answered the phone, set an appointment to come take a look and showed up on time...that is already a great improvement. The electricians quickly found that the transformer was in the attic and crawled up there to find it. He then called around to find one and told me how much it would cost. We agreed as the cost was extremely reasonable and the electricians then left to pick one up. They installed it and everything worked. They showed me the bill for the transformer which was highly unusual as typically there is a markup on the part. I was impressed by the company as they were very professional, took extra care to protect the wooden floors and charged a very reasonable price for their service. In the future if I every have an electrical issue in any of our houses, this is the company I will be calling first! read more
