I've been going to Chick-fil-A for 40 years or thereabouts. they'd never made a mistake on my meal…read moreand the quality has always been great. So of course a brand new store with extra employees would be the first ones to make a mistake. After driving home to find out that my spicy chicken deluxe I ordered with American cheese had pepper jack. The receipt said American. and whose great idea was it to only have one drive-through lane and the other drive-through lane for call in orders or mobile orders. This is slowed down to drive-through at all Chick-fil-A's that are doing this by about five minutes plus depending on time a day. I do enjoy Chick-fil-A, but it seems to be getting to be average just like McDonald's Arby's and everybody else. Check your bag before you leave this location.

First time visiting the new Chipotle Mexican Grill location. I was actually excited to try it…read morebecause I love the convenience of the drive-thru (Chipotlane), which is a great feature when you just want to grab food quickly. However, I was pretty surprised when I got there and the restaurant was almost completely empty, yet they had already run out of rice and beans. Those are literally the basics of almost every item on the menu. The staff told me it would be about a 20-minute wait for them to make more. ‍ For a brand new store, running out of the main ingredients while the place is empty is not a great first impression. Hopefully this was just a bad day and they get their operations dialed in soon, because the drive-thru concept here is really convenient and has a lot of potential.

I went to Chipotle on 6 Feb 2026 at 5:20 PM. I looked up at…read morethe menu decided I was going to get two bowls. Then I looked down at the steam table. It was disgusting. No effort was made to occasionally mix the meat so it wouldn't dry out. There was small bits of meat that fell off the spoon on the table between the meat containers that were never wiped away. I looked back up at the girl at the steam table and said I will pass. I left. I have eaten at Chipotle in California and several here in Florida. Hands down this was the worst Chipotle restaurant I ever visited. There's no pride in their work here and it's evident by just looking down at the steam table.

There really is no surprises with Popeyes. IYKYK. See never have high expectations of the food. What we do have high expectations for is the restaurant itself. And the young lady that gave us our food was sweet as well. So that made a huge difference. Our food was our usual. We used the coupon and got 10 pieces of chicken. 2 sides. And 5 biscuits. The biscuits are not edible. But oh well. Overall we are pleased. We will definitely be going back.

The reason I left 2 Stars is because there is consistently one Problem that reoccurs frequently and I am not sure how it even happens. I order Breakfast Burritos fairly often because I like them for breakfast on days when I don't eat Cereal. I typically order (6-8) Burritos and choose Sausage, but the problem is, they always put in some Bacon Burritos that I didn't order and sometimes they give me ALL Bacon and again I never ordered Bacon because I like Sausage. So whomever makes the burritos either doesn't care, can't read, or only uses what they have already cooked or available, but its always a problem for the past few years... I do use Uber Eats and Door Dash sometimes but I always go back and check my Receipt and Order, just to confirm/verify its not me making the mistake and its not, they just can't or won't accurately fill a Breakfast Burrito order for reasons currently unknown to me. I also double check the Receipt on the Bag, the one they print off and staple. Its not me, its them...

While we can understand and appreciate that each DQ is run by its own franchisee, it seems the Zephyrhills location either hasn't done their own competitive market analysis, is hurting for cash flow or feels the need to price gouge due to greed. Then again, it could be all the above! In addition to their clear pricing discrepancies when compared to that of the Rt54 Wesley Chapel location, their "mini" seemed much smaller than a standard mini. Also, part of the excitement is watching them serve the Blizzard's upside down, yet, ours came w/ lids and ice cream oozing from the sides making for a not-so-fun sticky mess; not a great way to serve to a carload of people!
