First time visiting the new Chipotle Mexican Grill location. I was actually excited to try it because I love the convenience of the drive-thru (Chipotlane), which is a great feature when you just want to grab food quickly. However, I was pretty surprised when I got there and the restaurant was almost completely empty, yet they had already run out of rice and beans. Those are literally the basics of almost every item on the menu. The staff told me it would be about a 20-minute wait for them to make more. ‍ For a brand new store, running out of the main ingredients while the place is empty is not a great first impression. Hopefully this was just a bad day and they get their operations dialed in soon, because the drive-thru concept here is really convenient and has a lot of potential. read more

I went to Chipotle on 6 Feb 2026 at 5:20 PM. I looked up at the menu decided I was going to get two bowls. Then I looked down at the steam table. It was disgusting. No effort was made to occasionally mix the meat so it wouldn't dry out. There was small bits of meat that fell off the spoon on the table between the meat containers that were never wiped away. I looked back up at the girl at the steam table and said I will pass. I left. I have eaten at Chipotle in California and several here in Florida. Hands down this was the worst Chipotle restaurant I ever visited. There's no pride in their work here and it's evident by just looking down at the steam table. read more

Walked in at 8:58 PM to rap music blasting in the kitchen. The guy making my food wiped his nose with his hand, then immediately grabbed a spoon. They were out of beans, chicken, lettuce, rice, guacamole, and salsa, which felt ambitious for a food place. The cleanliness was on par with a Taco Bell bathroom on a bad day. As someone who has eaten chipotle on multiple continents I can say without a doubt this is the worst one I have ever seen. read more

My husband and I walked into a store that was so gross for a brand new store. Look at the grill they use look at the floor. Not to mention the kid made us wait before he even acknowledge that we were standing right in front of him not impressed at all management do better read more

Bruh interview and hire some more employees I've been here 4-5x in the past two weeks and it's always one dude or lady making food and ringing people up while 5 people look busy behind. Now the line is out the door. Then I mention something to the 20 year old "manager" with tattoos and she wants to argue with me. Riveting. read more

Wanted to leave another review since todays burrito bowl I ordered through uber eats was perfect this time, exactly how it should always be. I'm assuming things are improving here :) there was one disappointment though, my guac was missing :( I'm hoping the next time we order that the food continues to be good like it was this time and that an item isn't missed. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Uncooked rice , barely any meat, added black beans (which I did not ask for) ... just disappointed with this location - Fast Food Near Me - Zephyrhills, Florida

This is the filthiest Chipotle's I ever visited! Six adult employees & the steam tables with the food was so filthy, I refused to order. Employees standing around not busy, yet no one is keeping the food or dining area clean. After seeing all the commercials for their Protein bowl, I expected a clean environment. I would not spend a dime in the Zephyrhills location. They need to be reported to the Health department. read more

Placed a online order when to the drive thru lane and was sitting waiting for 15 minutes workers looked at me multiple times and ignored me. I had to walk into the store where service was worse and expressed how I was waiting and was ignored the worker said nothing to me and handed me my food. Worst experience ever will never go back to this location read more

Let me start by saying I am not a regular customer of Chipotle. We ordered my son a quesadilla meal and I asked if he could get chicken in it which they answered yes. They started to put the chicken in a little plate compartment and asked him if he wanted rice and beans- all of which we assumed were going IN the quesadilla. What we got however, was a tiny cheese quesadilla wrapped in foil and then the chicken and beans on the side. They asked us what he wanted for a drink and we chose a fountain drink, and they asked if he wanted fruit or chips and he asked for fruit. We got to the table, the cleanest one we could find because they were all dirty, and realized he didn't get his cup or the fruit. We went back up to get them and the fruit was a tiny mandarin orange. If this is normal, I can't imagine why people even order the kids meal. We won't be back. My husband and I ordered bowls and our only complaint was that the rice wasn't cooked fully so it was crunchy. For the amount of employees they had there, the tables should have at least been clean. There weren't many customers there. read more

The food may or may not be good but I tried to order online and missed one number on my phone number and it would take me back there but would not let me fix it. Since wasn't far I decided to just go in and order. Parking is ridiculous so after trying a few spots I said the heck with it and got nothing from them. If ever do eat there will let you know. This is the Zephyrhills, FL site. read more

If I could leave a review with no stars that would be the way it goes. The girl that made our bowls was rude and unhelpful. They had no lettuce on the line for in store order but the to-go/ mobile orders had lettuce so we asked if she could get us some and she went over and asked the other lady then came back and said it was against the rules to give us lettuce. They didn't have forks so we had to use spoons. Won't be back. read more

Try to do an online order for pick up in the chipotle lane on the App. My card wouldn't work online, but I go in the place very regularly and it always works in the store. I understand that's two separate areas so I just let that go. So I leave the line outside and go in the store. Anyway I'm in there at 8:30 not quite close to closing which is 10:00. I wanted a bowl with carnitas, they were out. Wanted black beans. They were out, wanted tomatoes almost out. Let me get them from over here. Wanted cheese, scraped the bottom of the barrel but got some. ordered chips and queso. Went to grab napkins and a fork, not a napkin in the place. Get out to the car, no chips. Have to go back in for the chips. Of course by now I'm really frustrated. Then I get home proceeded to eat and every single bite has white crunchy not cooked rice! Now I'm really furious! Where in the world is the manager at this restaurant? read more

The serving size was great, food quality was good, and the line moved fast. This has been my consistent experience here. The employees here are kind. Far cleaner bathroom than my experience in the Wesley chapel chipotle bathroom. My only complaint is that the music is so loud, it's hard to carry a conversation with someone else or think clearly. I would prefer a more calm ambiance. Lol read more

Walked in and right away noticed about 7 employees standing around near each other doing nothing while one guy was helping the customer in front of me. As I was waiting I was looking at the food on the line and it did not look fresh at all. The chicken and all other meats and food looks like it had been sitting in the bins for over a day. Terrible service the place looked dirty I lost my appetite immediately and walked out. Whoever owns that chipotle should be very concerned. Do not recommend. read more

Chipotle has ruined their offerings. First they got rid of military discounts, just due to blatant disrespect..... Then they got rid of antibiotic free meat.... Opting to profit from the cheapest CAFO sourced garbage they can buy to boost profits.... And to ensure they ruined all their food, they've started cooking it all in toxic seed oils.... I've spent a small fortune over the years feeding my family at Chipotle, thinking it was one of the few decent fast food places left.... But not anymore.... They've abandoned their ethic for profits.... read more

Zero stars if I could. Went in to order dinner and was told they were out of lettuce, cheese, guacamole, and two of the meats! It's dinner time how can you be out? Poor management for not seeing what was going to be needed on a Friday night! read more

Big chipotle fan. However, this location is a bunch of half scooping clowns. The dude filling my bowl with rice and protein literally was acting like he had a gun to his head and if he filled more than half of the spoon they would take him out. Will not be returning. read more

Out of cheese. They said it had to reach 45 degrees and it was at 41. I was okay with it they weren't. Spoke to manager. They had cheese in drive thru but they would not allow me to have any because that was for drive through and they already paid. I asked if they could comp a guac. Manager answered no. I walked away from my salad that was made for their poor business decisions. They wasted my time and their money. read more

No veggies & No lettuce. 100% apathetic. Like many locations they just don't keep up with the lettuce or veggies. I left without getting anything. read more

Slowest chipotle ever. The soda machine didn't work and they were doing mobile orders where customers are ordering. In fact we had to wait for a mobile order to be finished before we could order. Disgusting. read more

I really love chipotle but this place was a big downer. We came in and every single table in the restaurant was dirty and covered in food. The counter behind the glass where they put together our food was even more of a hot mess. The staff where really friendly but the food was awful. I found a hair in my food along with burnt chicken ends. My boyfriend and I also order some chips and queso but the chips where stale and the queso tasted like vinegar. Absolutely disappointed!! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - tables and stools - Fast Food Near Me - Zephyrhills, Florida

See all

The food was fine, but the organization on Friday night was embarrassing. The App offered 7:00, the prepaid order was ready at 7:50. The bad part is that those of us who had ordered and paid online got to stand near the cashier and watch people arrive in the store, get in the long line, make an order and pay while we who had already paid had nothing. read more

My husband ordered us dinner and I went to pick it up on my way home from work, just to not get my bowl. I had to drive up to the restaurant again and get my food as it was not even made and they had no clue there was a second dish, even though on the slip it says two dishes. They made mine and I came home to only realize that there were zero toppings and it was not even what I ordered. This is not the the first time we've had an issue with this location, this was just the most disappointing. read more

Ordered a chicken taco salad which does not come with tortilla chips or shell (hence TACO salad) No ranch or Jalapeño ranch. The supervisor or manager gave me a snippy little attitude says ranch doesn't go with Mexican food so I had to drown my salad in salsa lol. $14 wasted on a garbage lunch first and last visit to this location for me... read more

They were out of cheese and the manger was very disrespectful do not appreciate the behavior I got in there restaurant do not recommend

I ordered Chipotle for the first time through Uber Eats last night. Both of the salads tasted like someone dropped the salt shaker in them. One salad was so bad that it tasted like one bite was just a tablespoon or two of salt. How does that even happen? I had to spit it out immediately. I tried calling them, but you can't talk to anyone in the restaurant because the call is completely automated. You can't use their online chat because the chat bot directs you back to Uber Eats. I complained to Uber Eats and they told me to rate Chipotle in the Uber Eats app because that's the only way to reach them. When I went into that app, it won't let me rate them. The reason I ordered through Uber Eats was because I was busy packing for a trip. If I wasn't going out of town this morning, I would drive up to the Chipotle to complain. I have no other way to report the issue to anyone now and it makes me so upset that I paid a ton of money for food covered in salt. Unfortunately, this isn't the first issue I've had with this Chipotle because they are always messing orders up, but this is the worst issue I've had with them. Update: Chipotle replied and asked me to message them. So, I did. They replied back and told me to contact Uber Eats for assistance after my review already said I contacted Uber Eats and they directed me back to Chipotle. What a way to add more frustration to a frustrating experience. read more

Reading some of the past reviews, we feel very fortunate that we received such outstanding service. The workers were friendly and we generous with the portions. Service was prompt and the food was great. Hopefully this is a result of changes made due to past reviews. If so, you guys are doing a great job!! read more

This place is the worst chipotle I've ever been to in my life. I don't know what their issue is but every time I go in here they seem to not have something that I want. I can understand if sometimes they don't have certain ingredients but that shouldn't be happening every time. There needs to be way more employees as well as management needs a lot of adjusting. The peoples attitude in there is not very welcoming, and they always put me in a bad mood. I have not once had a good experience with this chipotle, but I continue to keep going back because it's so conveniently close. I don't recommend ever going to the chipotle unless you're desperate. read more

The food was just like any other chipotle, but the service was horrific. The employees were chattering and moving extremely slow after everyone has been waiting in a 20 minute line with 4 people in it. This was literally on a Friday at 3 and I spent about 30 min in there. Wont be back. read more

This was my 2nd time visiting this location and I'm am very disappointed how this location handles online orders. The staff does work their butt off but something is off, either low staffing or their process is broken. I placed my order online and waited almost an hour inside the restaurant to get my food. There were several other customers that kept waiting on the side for the same reason as me. There was one employee who let me know one of the protein I ordered needed to be cooked because they had none cooked and this is why my order was delayed. The lack of communication is unreal. If it weren't for me having to inquire about my meal I would never know what is going on. When I finally got my meal I was then told they were out of the Mexican Sprite and they have been out of it for a while. I'm not the one to ever complain about stuff but with the amount of traffic we have to deal with nowadays my time is everything so I always do curbside pickup for everything. Unfortunately I won't be back to this location for a while. I rather drive to Bruce B Downs location in New Tampa read more

This place sucks. I've been here 3 times in the past week and they are always out of guac and meats. Serving sizes are about half of what other chipotle's give. I'd rather drive out to Wesley chapel for the better Chipotle. read more

'll start with the good: the employees are friendly and seem to be trying their best. My orders were simple so I had no problems with missing or incorrect items. The dad: it's a typical Zephyrhills establishment. Always dirty, multiple items out of stock, and not up to par with other locations in the chain. It's the same with the Chik fil A next door. The ingredients looked overcooked and like a complete mess. If you want an experience representative of the chain, (same with Chik fil A) you have to go to Wesley Chapel. You simply won't get cleanliness or brand quality in Zephyrhills. read more

Ordered 3 meals totaling over $50 to go. The meat was so salty we couldn't eat. Called manager and he said he had several calls and would comp meals next visit. The next week we went and he said it took too long to come back and corporate wouldn't let him give us meals. Not a man of his word and now as much as I like the food I'll be giving local small Mexican restaurants my business! Also when this location in Dade City first opened they did great and slowly you could see they changed on their portions...really guy looked like he was counting the meat and cheese pieces. Won't be going there again! read more
