Smash burgers were too salting to finish eating. Fries were dried up and shriveled Outside order box was out of order with no sign posted saying it doesn't work read more

Let me start off by saying that I do very much like Sonic Route 44 Soft Drinks and Slushes, and this is why I always go back. Although they do sometimes leak or bleed through the Styrofoam. The reason I left 2 Stars is because there is consistently one Problem that reoccurs frequently and I am not sure how it even happens. I order Breakfast Burritos fairly often because I like them for breakfast on days when I don't eat Cereal. I typically order (6-8) Burritos and choose Sausage, but the problem is, they always put in some Bacon Burritos that I didn't order and sometimes they give me ALL Bacon and again I never ordered Bacon because I like Sausage. So whomever makes the burritos either doesn't care, can't read, or only uses what they have already cooked or available, but its always a problem for the past few years... I do use Uber Eats and Door Dash sometimes but I always go back and check my Receipt and Order, just to confirm/verify its not me making the mistake and its not, they just can't or won't accurately fill a Breakfast Burrito order for reasons currently unknown to me. I also double check the Receipt on the Bag, the one they print off and staple. Its not me, its them... read more

Poor location. Seemed as if they were closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. Beverage was not as ordered. I'd never go to this location for anything. read more

This has to be the worst Sonic I've been to. While vacationing at our Florida home, we visited the Gall Blvd. location a number of times. It took my husband 25 minutes to receive two vanilla Cokes. The order taker was very rude numerous times. Each time we ordered, it took as over 10 minutes to get drinks and then we received Diet cokes instead of regular! What's going on at this location? Corporate needs to make a visit! There are numerous older people in this area that can make or break your business. My guess, unless things change, Sonic will be closed in Zephyrhills, FL. read more

The new bacon double cheeseburger is extremely delicious. The shakes are always great as well as the rest of the menu..

The flavored slushes are my favorite! Strawberry limeade with nerds! They also have awesome snack size dollar menu items! After a day of volunteering at a horse rescue I stop at my favorite Sonic to get my refreshing slushy! read more

I went there a few days ago cause my wife have cravings for a really good milkshake so Sonic looks like a great option. We went first to the drive thru & after be waiting for two minutes without no one answer we move to one of the parking spot and I press the button to get service no one answer or says anything like will be with you in a moment. I understand that majority of places is been having staffing issues but with a simple acknowledgment from your staff will make a difference with your customers. read more

Worst service I ever had ladies were super rude waited up almost 40 minutes for a food Every time you mash the call button they kept telling you to hold on read more

Absolutely horrible service, you will sit in the drive through for 20+ minutes for a drink let alone food. They do not have enough staff and the ones they do have do not care to provide good service. read more

The most terrible Sonic I've ever been to in my life! The wait time is ridiculous. They need to either close it down or have their employees go through a seminar on how to run a decent fast food joint. Wish Zero stars was an option. read more

this is the worst sonic you can go to went 30 minutes before the time they close they never answered waited to see if they would come outside and they never did I drove about 30 minutes just to get to this sonic..worst customer service ever don't recommend anybody going here! read more

The absolute worst customer service, their wait time is ridiculous, we ordered two drinks on the app and still waited soooooo long..

This was a real treat we were looking forward to. There were no carhops on skates, the only good thing was the vanilla cherry coke!! My bun on the chicken sandwich was not overdone, it was burnt!! Did not have time to send it back but we should have! The poppers were so old, we could not bite thru them. Yuk! The carhop spoke so fast(we are old) we could not understand what he was saying..he was more concerned with speed, he forgot we were customers. Will not return to that restaurant...ever. read more

absolutely the worst service I've ever had any restaurant waited 45 minutes in my car and then they bring me someone else is order. call the store from my cell phone while I was waiting in the parking lot put me on hold and never even came back. The whole management team needs to be replaced. read more

Drove up to Zhills from North Lakeland to got to TJ Max and Sonic. No joke sat the speaker for 40ish minutes and nobody took our order! I got out of the car and walked over to the building. The sweet little waitress came out and I told her I wanted to see a manager. She went to get him/her and came out and said he was too busy. WHAT!! read more

I guess their fricking phones are broken because I ordered door dash to warn them about my child's food allergy called about 30 times and it rang all the way through with absolutely no response. Theres $30 wasted read more

A friend encouraged me to download the app. I'm glad I did. I had never had Sonic and I was surprised! They are wonderful! Very tasty and very filling! The service is spectacular and the app has loads of specials. You can't beat this wonderful place! read more

The wait to get your food is so long and not worth it. Got two shackles to only to have a strawberry shack with the strawberry on top and not through the shack and also a Reese peanut butter shack with just a little peanut butter on top only. The place looks run down and the drive thru has no window you have to sit by the building and wait for your food to come out and nothing is done in order. They had the the carhop shut down for a while because they didn't have the workers. The longest wait to order and get food was 45 minutes. This place is so disorganized it's not funny. read more

Always good service with good quality food. They have made recent updates to the place like new ordering stalls and other updates. They have deals you can find online or by looking at the marque as you drive by. read more

Ethan is an absolute angel I fell and he came flying out out on skate and saved me before I even hit the ground! I can't believe this man right now! One time my cat went missing and I pulled up to sonic in tears and within seconds ethan found my cat under my car! It was beautiful! His serving is impeccable and his voice is like hot coco on a cold winter night! Not to mention how smart he is! Man going to Harvard that sonic is fully paying for cause he's just such a great server! Absolutely in love with this man and his amazing service! read more

Good food and ice cream but service is a little slow. Wouldn't stop me from going to it though. Be aware some evenings can get quite crowded which will slow their service even more. read more

the service is horrible, long wait to receive food, employee is more worried about his cell phone, which means he is handling his nasty phone and not washing his hands. read more

Ordered a a crispy chicken sandwich and bacon cheeseburger with no mayo, ketchup or mustard. Ended up getting a cheeseburger that was fully loaded, minus the bacon and the chicken sandwich was so over-fried that it was trying to eat a callus. Not sure how a small order like that gets so messed up. read more

Impressive. Generally good food, their shakes are awesome! The only seating they have is outdoors, or you can eat in your car. Not preferential if it's raining (or god forbid snowing), but it is very interesting! read more

I only ever get one thing from Sonic. Large Vanilla Coke Zero. I go in and usually end up waiting about 5 minutes from the time I roll up to the speaker to the time they deliver it. I know it will take a while. Last night I go through and I was at the speaker for several minutes waiting to be helped. Then after I ordered JUST that drink.... I waited another 15 minutes before I finally got annoyed, called the store while I was sitting outside to find out what the problem is ONLY getting a drink. He begins to make excuses about how short staffed they are. If they are so short staffed that they can't get a drink ONLY a drink! to a customer in 15 minutes then they need to seriously re-evaluate their entire business model. Why they would only have two employees on a Sunday night makes no sense. But IF you're short staffed and you can anticipate taking a long time to serve your customers then tell them they will be waiting for more than 15 minutes for ONE drink! And your answer to an upset customer should not be to tell them your staffing issues. It should be to apologize and tell them how you will fix the problem. Then I called this morning to talk to someone and no one will answer the phone. Wish I knew who the owner of this franchise is because they obviously needs better management. read more
