I actually like this McDonald's. It's next to the freeway and in the parking lot of Walmart. The old gentleman working there is courteous and food came quickly so I don't have complaints. I don't usually eat McDonald's, but I am right now for the Monopoly game. It wasn't busy so I placed a mobile order and when I picked it up in the drive-through, they sent me off without part of it. The employee took off before I could tell her so I honked. Then when she brought the rest of my order, she took off again before I could check and see if there were enough straws. I was on a long drive (5.5 hours) to meet with my brothers for a reunion after not seeing each other for more than 6 years. I was in kind of a hurry as I really wanted to get there soon to see my brothers. So I pull in and I'm like the fourth car in line. I order a Big Mac and a large Diet Coke - TWO ITEMS. And then I pull forward. And then I waited. And I waited. And I WAITED. Then line did not move for what seems to have been a long time. There was a pick up truck in the front of the line - apparently waiting for his food. But this took a LONG Time. FINALLY The truck got their food and the line started to move. I pulled up to the window and they handed me my stuff. No apology for the wait - not even a thank you! So I grabbed my Sandwich and soda and hit the road. First I took a big long drink of a watered down soda. Oh well. Then as i'm driving I reach over and grab my Big Mac that I was craving and took a nice big bite!! I discovered that the sandwich wasn't even WARM. So my sandwich and soda matured past their "ACCEPTABLE" state as we were all waiting for the pick up to get their food???Whatever happened to the pull over to the spot and we'll bring it to your vehicle? So the truck got hot food and the rest of us suffered. I don't drive that way very often, but if I do, I GUARANTEE that I will NEVER eat at that McDonalds again! read more

I don't know how this place could mix up an order for two diet cokes, and take so long doing so, but they managed. We were the only people in the drive-through line, placed our *very simple* order, paid at the window, then drove forward to the pick-up window. No one was there, and no one showed up for many minutes. I was ready to pull out, park, and go in when someone showed up, and apologized for not knowing what our order was. We explained what we wanted, they disappeared for another three or four minutes, and finally reappeared with our drinks. Total time about 11 minutes. For two diet cokes! Unbelievable. read more

I ordered on app 15 min before breakfast ended and I got there and they said they hadn't received my order so I couldn't get breakfast so then I ordered lunch and it came out after a while of standing around I was in there for 30 min total. The older gentleman at the main counter when I was getting my food didn't serve the customers in line and took forever but then got to it once I was leaving. If I could give negative starts I would!! Whatever crew is working this evening 8/1/23 at 7pm at the willows MCDONALD'S, they gave horrible service and nasty food!! The burger I ordered only had half of a patty that was crumbling apart and tasted disgusting. My husbands burger tasted disgusting. I didn't get a picture if his food but I got some of mine. Willows McDonalds just lost my business and if you can't tell by my frustration, this isn't the first time this shit has happened!! read more

It's just a McDonald's. Not really special. The staff is good. The fries are good. The drive through is unnecessarily long.

Everybody here works as if they have no motivation. I stood at the register for 5 minutes while they watched me from time to time while they were acting busy. Eventually I discovered on my own, that I had to use the touch screen kiosks, and that they're not taking any orders at the register because of covid...?... What does that have to do with me? It would have been nice to have at least taken a sharpie and a blank piece of paper and put signs on the registers for everyone to see. LoL. This place is a waste of time. I called the customer satisfaction hotline, and there was an answering machine telling me that they will take my message and call me back. Lol read more

I'd give it a zero if I could. My order was 3 regular cheese burgers and a large fry. Took 15 mins. for my order to get done. When I asked why so long they told me they ran out of meat. Doesn't end there, pulled out one cheese burger no cheese on it. The second one the meat was half burned it was a throw away. Fries where cold. Never will stop here again. Place is a joke. If I could give it zero stars I would! Got in the drive through today a little before 6:30pm and proceed to sit and sit and sit. There were 4 cars in front of me and zero movement! After 15 minutes (6of not moving I actually called the restaurant to ask if everything was ok and to make sure they were actually open because I was now stuck with cars behind me. The person that answered was nice, apologized for the delay, said that they were in the middle of a shift change and that things would speed up right away supposedly..... I finally was handed my food at 6:57pm. The lady handed me my bag and just walked away. No would you like some ketchup, nothing. So I sat there and waited for her to come back, and waited and was ignored and waited some more. Finally I started honking my horn, which she continued to ignore until I started hollering too to get her attention. Her response "what do you want"?. I asked for a ranch dressing and she told me that would be $0.25. I said that after sitting in the drive through lane for over a 1/2 hour they should either be paying me to eat and not trying to charge me for a ranch dressing or apologizing. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that she was the manager. I told her that it is ridiculous and that no one should be waiting that long. She did not apologize or anything rather she said it's not her fault. I pointed out to her that if she is the manager then it is indeed her fault and asked for her name or employee number so that I could file a complaint. She refused to give me her name or anything, said that my receipt would be enough to identify her and walked off and told another person deal with me. He at least gave me my ranch dressing and said sorry but the behavior of the so called "manager" is unforgivable and I'll never go back ti this location again! read more

They also did not clean anything including their hands? We bought drinks, and would like to have some more ice using the same drink cup we already paid, we were told to pay 50 cents for this. Still no response from the manager or the owner as you can tell, they don't care my original post was in March if the owner or manager don't gave a darn, they would be responding to these comments, but they don't. The rudest staff ever came in to order guy says we don't take orders only on the kiosk terrible experience! Kiosk is not user friendly we finished order to the extent we could no cash only credit got order 2 cheese burgers no cheese one small pickle stale bun one small spritz of catchup ordered large fries cold and half full. My wife went back to get catchup packs was completely ignored because no one covered front cashier spot Tables around us were dirty. Simple food order. We're told to pull up to the 2 Nd pickup to wait for our chicken McNuggets. We drove up and received all of our food but the nuggets. Had to wait in the drive thru line again and tell 3 different people about the nuggets. (Ps the line was long and due to Covid they only had drive thru or curbside ).
