I was flying down the 5 and I remembered my Burger King app had an offer for free any size fries with some other purchase. GPS told me Willows just ahead had a Burger King, so I ordered a double cheese burger for around $3.00 bucks and I got a large fries included ... such a deal! I decided to dine in cause I needed to get outta the car some anyways. Restroom were OK clean and the WIFI worked! I get to the cashier and my order is ready! Love that order ahead! Looking at this double cheeseburger, it's a better deal than like a Whopper Jr. that costs more. This burger feels heavy in my hand. The fried on the other hand, have the large fries at al the places gotten smaller? Looked like a med fries to me, but what the heck, it's FREE! The fries were hot, so that's good. The double cheeseburger was actually very tasty and I'd get this again, and for $3 bucks, not a bad deal. It filled me up more than expected and the fries were decent, so all in all a good stop and back on the road. read more

This is sad I don't think I have ever rated a restaurant this low. I'm out here in Willows CA. For work and staying in a walking distance hotel. So I decided to walk to this Burger King location. I wish I should of walked a couple more feet down to a Taco Bell that's next to it. I walked in and the place was empty absolutely no customers I should of took that as a sign it was not going to end up being good . I placed my order and when I was ready to pay with my debit card the lady tells me Cash Only their was no sign or nothing I was like ok no problem luckily I had cash on me. Then I notice the clerk and the lady in the back preparing the food arguing with each other ‍. I received my food and ask for ketchup, ranch and napkins right away she told me " their was no napkins or ketchup and that she couldn't give me any ranch because I did not tell her when I was placing my order that I wanted ranch". Oh but she did say she was sorry but she couldn't give me any Ranch. I made no big deal and walked back to my hotel to eat my food. I take the first bite of my whooper I don't know where they had my burger patty it was super cold like if it was in a refrigerator or something absolutely disgusting . 3/13/23. Unbelievable how these workers now a days work so poorly! I ordered my meal with the app for pick-up. When I got there, in the evening, there were three people on the floor and no customers at all. Two younger women in the back talking what sounded like gossip. One was facing me. I stood there for several minutes as the conversation was apparently more important than serving customers. The gentleman at the grill brought it to there attention that a customer was at the counter, twice! He looked miserable! Still I stood there as they continued to gab. Finally, one of them came around and went passed me as I was saying I was here for a pickup-up. She continued to walk to the register and would not hear me until she said can I help you. I walk over and repeated I was here for a pick-up. Rolling her eyes she went to ask the other young lady what I was talking about, it seemed. The guy behind the counter again spoke up and said it right there, ready! I could see my order on the computer screen right in front of her! She grabbed my burger and onion rings in a bag and bounced it up on the counter in front of me and then, walked away mumbling something about apple sauce. No napkins or ketchup and mustard. I order two apple sauces. She then turn and says "We don't have apple sauce. We have never had apple sauce!" What about my large drink I asked. She makes a smack noise and goes over and fills a large cup with Dr Pepper, put a lid on it, and brought it over with a straw. I placed the straw in the cup and took a sip realizing it was flat. I went back and said she needs to check the C02. She turn to me like I was interrupting again, and said we don't have any ice! At that point I was sorry I just didn't cancel my order. The burger was ok but, not fresh meat Patties. I ate a couple of onion rings and just felt like the meal was not prepared fresh. I was two doors down the street at a hotel. It didn't take me long to walk it. Oh, she swapped the apple sauces for a shake. Which was fine. They get paid better and work less! So tired of it everywhere!!! Don't eat here. They are out of many products including Coca Cola products and ketchup. During the conversation with the manager she said she only has so much of a budget. If she buys coca cola she doesn't have enough money to buy whoppers. If she buys ketchup. She can't buy other products. She said she told her boss she and her coworkers were going to quit yesterday but he said he was going to fire them. So thinking this was an unusual occurrence, we mentioned it to the front desk person at our hotel - she said it's always that way and she kindly gave us some ketchup for our fries. After all that - the food was terrible! The fries were not hot and were old. And the burger was not good. They even forgot to put ice in one of the drinks - it was warm We are on a road trip traveling several thousand miles. We won't be stopping at Burger King again! read more

This place is infested with flies. I've been to this location about 4 times because I'm working in the area and choices are slim. Every visit was the same. Restaurant was dirty, flies everywhere, and the cashiers daughter plays in the restaurant while her mother works. Drives me nuts because she runs around the restaurant goes to the counter and tml yells at her mother to make her some food. Food is usually cold. I never expect quality from a fast food joint but I've had way better fast food. I did do a online review on my second visit but nothing has changed so I'm done with this location. read more

Fast food is one thing, but fast food done poorly is another. This place definitely falls into the latter category. The standard-issue Whopper burgers were so overcooked that they didn't even fit on the standard-issue Whopper buns, and the toppings were almost non-existent. The Bacon King had a single folded piece of bacon. The fries managed to be cold and stale even though there were other customers in front of us that should have required fresh fries to be cooked. The Coca Cola Freestyle soda machine was out of nearly everything, and there were NO condiments available in the dining room, so that we had to ask the front counter staff for any of these. This was complicated by the staff being preoccupied by arguing and joking amongst themselves. One of the other reviewers suggested it looked like the staff was distrustful handing out anything for free. It really feels like this place is trying desperately to cut costs too prevent going out of business. If that's the case, that's just going to make it worse, chasing away customers with a poor experience. read more

I was travelling home from Chico to Ukiah. I stopped in Willows to get my dog a snack (I was out of her food) so she could take her meds. I used walk in plus I noticed no cars in line. There were no customers inside either. I ordered "2 plain cheeseburgers, no nothing on it as it was for my dog. Just meat cheese & bun." I otdered a burger for myself, the one this server/mgr suggested, ( as they were out of chicken) with no mayo. Should be easy, right? After a few minutes, they started to get busy with drive thru & in store business. I watched my sandwiches tossed up in the specials spot. I literally waited 15 minutes while other meals & customers ordering & served. The cook told the mngr who was my server, twice my order was there. She indicated she knew. Another customer who came in 5 mins after me got her order & told the server about me. She said she knew. She continued to serve others & a few mins later put my food in a bag & tossed it on the counter. I had to remind her about my coffee. During all this time I was patient and hadn't said a thing. Got to my truck opened my dogs burgers & they had all the trimmings. I went back in & showed them to the server/mgr who took them, threw them into the trash & reordered them verbally to the cook. Several times. Well, took them out & they were just burgers. No cheese. I thought "screw it." Sat in my seat, opened up my burger & it looked like a cup of mayo was on it, instead of no mayo. I was fed up at this point, a ton of mayo on a cold burger? Yuck... I walked back in. The server/mgr saw me and said "Now what do you want?" Hmmm. I told her about I'd ordered cheeseburgers for my dog, recd. burgers no problem but I asked for no mayo & my sandwich is loaded with it. She snatched the bag from the counter looked at the burger I ordered & asked where the cheeseburgers were. I said my dog would be fine. I then decided to get my money back for my $8 sandwich. This woman was then pissed, tho she said nothing but did the silent anger treatment of slamming the register drawer shut, ripping off receipts & crumpling them, then just dropped the money on the counter turned & walked away. Other folks had their money handed to them, so it wasn't a c19 protocol. I thanked her for her politeness & left. I don't eat fast food as my body reacts to it poorly. I took this as a msg from the universe to not eat it. I just expected, in this economy, or any situation where the restaurant is wrong, that the staff be polite , too. I was polite the entire time. But, I always am. I figured this was her karma time . I hope she realizes it wasn't me. I don't know what she said to the cook as the cook kept asking her what she said. We went in the drive through with my family and we were able to order fast but then the operator started arguing with some girl in the middle of our order! We were able to finish our order, but then the guy just left to smoke outside! After waiting forever to get our meal we went home. When we got home they messed up my mom's order and she went back to the burger King alone. This time she went inside and there was some crazy guy trying to fight people! My mom ordered a stacker and they gave her a chicken sandwich! She returned the burger but the crazy guy said my mom had cut her in line. I got there at 10:50 am, there was one car ahead of me and it took 20 minutes to get my hamburger. The girl at the window said they were short handed. If they don't have enough workers to serve their customers, they should just close down or at least put a sign out to expect delays so that the customer can decide whether or not they want to wait. Service Time is terrible, every time you are in the drive through expect to sit in it for at least 25 minutes. They do not honor coupons from the mobile app, they also like randomly closing before the close time posted and will just ignore cars in the drive through. We did happen to show up right about the time they are said to open, which we never do anywhere both we waited outside in the cold for about 10 minutes and the doors were still locked and the open signs were on. We saw one of the workers flipping through channels on the tv and walk into the back as we were standing at the door and he looked right at us and never opened the door even after their opening time!
