The missing sausage investigation I went to McDonald's and was extremely dissatisfied with my hotcakes purchase. I ordered hotcakes with sausage, and I did not get my sausage. I filled out a survey to share my dissatisfaction with the way they handled my invisible sausage. I have not heard anything back from the invisible sausage resolution team and its already been 10 minutes Wth?!!! Is that what you call good customer service?! I don't think so! I'm expecting to hear back from them within the next half hour. Missing sausages are very delicate situations and I know these things can take some time to resolve, so I will give them more than 20 minutes. read more

Awful customer service, cashier seemed a bit panicked after having to deal with breaking down a bill. Also came in to get breakfast and usually theres this sweet old lady who greets you but recently this one lady just rude doesnt even greet. Foods still good though read more

We stopped here after visiting Shipshewana for a cuppa coffee and a little ice cream , we found the restaurant very dirty. The bathrooms were filthy . There food on the floor tables, were dirty It was disgusting. Although the employees were nice, it was hard to get that past the filthiness. read more

Check your bag before you pull off make sure order is correct. And look at your receipt to make sure it matches up with what u ordered

Don't bother going through the drive thru thinking your get to quick service. Then when they mess up your order, they want you to pay for the mess up. If you have time to sit down for eat choose another option. read more

This McDonalds continues to decline down hill. Certain managers Constantly treat my girlfriend and her family like second rate citizens. Force them to wait extra time or give them poor quality food. I will drive to other locations from this point forward. read more

Wrong drinks. Wrong size fries. No chicken nuggets. and the food was practically thrown at me out the window.

The key word for drive thru is you order drive to the window get your food and drive on, not sot and wait in line for over 15 min and your order is wrong. SMH read more

Gunna update my McyDs review because I go to this location a ton and the quality of burgers last summer were starting to get ridiculous. The burgers were legit a wad with tons of condiments on the mangled bun. Things were to the point that we completely stopped going to the W.P. location all together but recently have started checking it out again and am proud to give them a much better review :) I ordered some burgers tonight and they were perfect! Intact the best quality of food Ive seen in a very long time from here. Good job to whoever the cook was about an hour ago keep up the good and I'll keep coming back. read more

Other McDonald's in the area would probably be better to go to. The night shift staff is unfriendly, and the day shift is very slow and constantly mixes up orders. Besides, they never have anything at all. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato; they said they couldn't make it. Instead, I ordered an iced caramel coffee: they said the machine was down. Went for coffee and b fast sand. Orders all screwed up, Slow, took forever. Workers rude to my friend, water in restroom unusable. This Macs was the worst Macs I have ever been in. People standing around waiting for orders that were all screwed up. Avoid this macs like the Plague!!!! read more

Went to this store on monday where they got my order right. But upon looking at the eggs they was till kinda runny. I called back and they said my name was going to be wrote in the book. I went back in wednesday of the same week to get my replacement and the manager Brandy was VERY rude. She didnt even look for my name nor have an ounce of politness. So yes i called the 800 number and complained. I went back in this morning and she was again very rude said that i couldn't get what my card said i could get. She was then VERY rude to the employee whom was helping me. I will NEVER go in there ever again when she is working soooo very hateful and unpleasant.
