Reasonably priced breakfasts compared to other places, with more than adequate portions served hot and fresh. Never had a bad breakfast at the Cafe. If you're looking for a fancy and expensive brunch experience this probably isn't the place for you. Like I said before, it's your quintessential home town diner, and that's exactly what I love about it! We are usually in and out in under an hour even when they're packed. I typically get an omelette but their biscuits and gravy is the best I've ever had.

Good food at a good price…read more We came here with family. It's a seat yourself kind of place, so we did so in the larger dining area because there were seven of us. Since there was a group of people who had just left, the staff had to clean off our table for us. They did so in a timely manner. Our food and drink orders were also taken fairly quickly. I ordered three blueberry crepes. They arrived fresh and hot to the table. They were pretty darn big. They filled up the entire plate! All three had ample blueberry filling and were topped with whipped cream (by request). They weren't gourmet by any means, but they were tasty, and I had enough left over to take with me. All of this for less than six bucks. That is practically unheard of these days. The rest of my family all had large quantities of food for very little money as well. The only reason I am dinging them a star is because we were without drink refills for too long. They serve their drinks in teeny tiny cups to begin with, so for someone who consumes large amounts of liquid with my meals, I go through several.

Frist off I love our home town small business, but I have to say yesterday I came here to have…read morelunch and I could not be more disappointed in service or so called management. When I walked in the door I was made aware of a water problem, witch is totally understandable. I was told nothing to drink, but as I walked in I seen 1 full pot of coffee 1 3/4 pot of coffee and 1/2 pot of coffee, so I thought we'll at least a cup of coffee. So when I walked in I asked is coffee available. The manager seemed upset and stressed, said no nothing to drink. I asked the person I was with if they still wanted lunch with out anything to drink. We stayed, the manager was our waitress we ordered with no offer of juice or anything . As iam sitting there I see other tables getting ice tea then I see people getting coffee. So when our waitress and so called manager I simply ask why we did not get offered ice tea, juice or a cup of coffee that I seen already go to another table. She blew up at me told me there is nothing to drink period. Then went behind the counter and said loudly enough to make sure I heard her, that she asked the other waitress to take over my table because she no longer wants to deal with us. I have been coming here for 16 teen year's have had no problems, everyone knows me and the person I was with has been coming here for 20 years, for this illegitimate person to do that to me is unacceptable. I personally have been in management for over 30 years and have not encountered such a unprofessional so called management person in my life. I recommend the owner reconsider a management position for this person and put someone that can deal with stressful situations and not take it out on customers, this is your livelihood.. as of now I has a bad taste in my mouth and will not be back. It's sad because of incompetence of a employee a wonderful small business will lose customers and hard working employees.
