This McDonald's was clean inside and has an indoor playground. The playground is in its own section through a set of doors. There were tables for the parents while the kids played. In the main dining area, they have self checkout kiosks; I actually like these. The food was your typical fast food fare; nothing to write home about. The second time I went, I ordered through the app prior to pickup for lunch. Pro-tip: the app does have good deals, coupons, and points for free items. Since it was lunchtime, the line was long. There was a fork in the drive thru line where it turns into two lines; the people that were behind me went to the second line and were able to get ahead of me, the line was super slow. I got a happy meal for my toddler and he loves it; chicken nuggets, fries, apple slices, juice, and a toy. Another pro-tip: I think it's better to order through the app and do pickup in the parking lot; someone will bring the food out to you vs waiting in the drive thru line, especially if the line is long. read more

This is is a 5 star, 3 star rating.. Read on to understand. (cost was $25.09) It is getting increasingly harder lately w/ resteraunts being so inconsistent. However, this is not the case w/ this review. My issue is the type of food, being fast food.. For a this type of establishment & for having gone to a jefferson Fry co. earlier in the same day, this was CLEARLY the winner. This was a suprisingly good meal. The Burger was actually intact & assembled in a normal fashion.The taste was there, it was juicy & hot. For what it was, I had no complaints. The bun was light & fluffy & the appropriate size, the large fries were overflowing, crispy & hot. Unfortunately, you can no longer get an actual hot cup of coffee anymore, i assume since the lawsuit back in the day.. or maybe I'm wrong & that could be the only ding for this place. Don't get me wrong, all the normal fast food "icks" were still there, like the fries sitting like a lead brick in your chest & the feeling of swelling from sodium consumption as you eat.. I don't generally eat fast food, but being stuck out Xmas shopping at 9pm, calls for desperate times.. The last few times I did have fast food ( McDonalds specifically) was WAY BEFORE Covid & unlike this meal, it was so bad & tasteless. 5 stars for this fast food, but I can't in good conscience, make this a 5 star review, in comparison with quality cuisine. However, if you eat fast food & are in the Canton/Avon area, I HIGHTLY RECOMMEND this site. One more quick honorable mention.. When I went to toss my trash in the garbage, they actually thought to put a paver in the ground so you don't have to step in the mud, etc. Little things matter. read more

My review of yesterday was BurgerFi where a burger, fries and soda cost just over $20 Today is McDonald's and their McDouble burger, 2 for $3.99. 2 McDouble deal and an Ice Coffee was $6.20 For the money, actually pretty good. Big improvement in their buns, the burgers were hot and juicy. Not as flavorful beef as 5 Guys or BurgerFi, but it didn't cost $20 either. All in all - not bad read more

It appears to me that this store shuts down the app from time to time. I find that when I wanna order through the app at times specially this morning, April 9 it's unavailable or my items are not available, etc.. I kept thinking at first it might've been a corporate thing but after switching locations to another McDonald location on my app it worked, which tells me that this Store is controlling the app which means your app discounts as a loyal customer are not being observed by this store. Also on another note and as a long long time customer of McDonald's you have to stay away from this location after 6 o'clock every night because it's absolutely horrible!!! It takes forever to get your food and if you do, it's incorrect. Just a couple nights ago. I ordered through the app for drive-through pick up. When I got to the window They moved me to park and said they would be out. They brought the sandwiches out about 10 minutes late and totally forgot the drinks,, they went back in and said they'll be right back but it took forever so I had to go in and get the drinks myself. Couple nights before that I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese through the app for drive-through again, not many people there but told me I would have to park and I ordered this about 10 minutes before arriving to the restaurant. But when I got there which were no cars they made me pull over to the online ordering spot again and told me I would have to wait which took forever like 15 minutes to get!!! so NEVER order a quarter pounder on the app for drive thru pickup as It's not gonna be ready and you're gonna be moved to curbside pickup so go there First to order a quarter pounder because they're gonna move you to curbside which means your food's gonna take forever because they don't deliver it when it's available it sits until someone's available to bring it to you so why bother even having it available thru the drive thru app? These things have been going on for a long time at this location. They don't have enough people and they're hiring the wrong people. If I were McDonald's I just opened for breakfast and lunch and close at night. Also, I'm totally done with any nighttime McDonald runs, go to Wendy's it's faster and better. I've dined in this location once and have gone through the drive thru a few times and I'm never disappointed. As others have stated this location is extremely busy and the drive thru can take some time. But the food and service is always good. My orders are always hot and the fries are always fresh. This location is one of the better McDonald's around. And when I need a fix this is my go to location. read more

Great place and amazing people within. the true goat getting me through highschool with the late night hours. The fries can never be matched, especially with the dipping sauces. We were in the area and stopped by to use the restroom and get a drink. Restrooms were clean and soda was good. We stopped by during a very busy time but all the staff hustled to get it done. They even had a staff member specifically bringing out orders to those waiting. Still looks clean, neat and modern inside. I only get one thing here. Southwest salad with grilled chicken - $5 for 290 very tasty calories. No dressing needed, the packet they give you has 100 more calories you really do not need. Little sprinkles of corn, black beans, and tortilla strips make it a very satisfying healthy choice. If you're concerned about nutrition, be sure you ask for the grilled and not the crispy - it will save you 160 calories. read more

I love this McDonald's. It is so clean and friendly! I love the workers!!! They are amazing !! I'm a regular and I always feel welcomed.

As McDonald's go, this one isn't bad. The people are usually very friendly, and food more often than not comes out correctly when there are variations in the order. The drive through can get crazy backed-up after 5 pm during rush hour. The interior area has a section for kids with a play place, and a section for... non-kids? Quite children? My only lamentation is they've introduced self service kiosks and are strongly pushing people to use them. I understand technology marches forward, but I can't help but feel guilty that someone is losing their hours or losing their position because now they have been replaced by a giant iPad. I would rather use the drive through where humans are forced to interact with one another. read more

My family ordered 3 quarter pounders. The meat was raw... like bleeding raw. We discovered this when we got home. I cannot have raw meats or vegetables due to a medical condition. We go to McDonalds for their consistency. My wife called the store and "Don" the Manager called my wife a "Dumb A$$" before even hearing the complaint and hung up on her as well. May be the worst drive-thru I have ever experienced. On multiple occasions it has taken 10 minutes or more from start to finish. On all occasions the orders were not filled accurately - on top of the ridiculously long wait. The only reason I've come back multiple times is due to the proximity of the restaurant to my home. I'm over the electronic screens! I prefer to have my order taken by a human and not via an electronic screen. Why is it that chick-fil-a can take my order and deliver my meal but McDonald's will only deliver your meal if you use the electronic screen? I had a employee tell me that since she was taking my order she couldn't deliver it to my table- I was pregnant with 2 children at the time -Poor service. I also recently used the drive through and forgot to order an ice water when I paid at the first window. When i drove to the second window I got my order and nicely asked for an ice water- the manager was annoyed and told me no BC i couldn't pay at the second window. I wasn't asking for bottled water just a small ice water- I was with my newborn son going to a doctor appointment near by and just needed a cup of water with my order. I enjoy the food here but every time I go through the drive through, the guy behind the speaker always ends my order (with the the total cost) right after I try to give him my first order. I do this to make sure that they understand what I'm ordering, without them messing up my order like in past few times I went here. In this case, after I approached the speaker, the guy asks, "Welcome to McDonald's, what would you like to order?" I then say, "I'd like to first order 20 pieces of chicken nuggets with buffalo and barbecue sauce." The guy then says, "That'll be $____ at second window." Right then, I felt as if the workers here aren't being very respectful to their customers, assuming that I'm done ordering after I list my first order. Not to mention, the sauces that mentioned to the guy weren't even in the bag. No sauce at all. I notice this right when I received my food, and told the guy at the first window and he said to inform the speaker guy next time I order.
