I did a mobile order for one double cheeseburger and one large Coke, it took 15 longer before I even got a message saying that my order was about ready then it was another five minutes after it said it was on its way out to my spot before I got it. read more

I had to wait and extra 25-40 minutes for a delivery and I was so annoyed because I was working untill 6pm and everything else was closed, this was on August 2nd, 2026 read more

VERY long wait.... Took 35 min for two meals. No one is acknowledged due to them having a kiosk to order from.

I hate the order kiosks!!!!!! We were ignored by staff to order. Couldn't see a way to order a cup of water! Very slow service

Food took 40 mins to come out and all the workers stood and did nothing. Do not recommend.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's in America. Be prepared to pay for your food, and be handed a ticket to pull around and wait 30min-1 hour for your food. read more

Waited over half an hour for our food (and some guests waited even longer) because we made the mistake of ordering inside while the only people who were served were people in the drive-thru. We could've driven to another McDonalds, eaten, and left in that amount of time - which I would recommend doing! read more

This is worst mcdonalds on earth!!!! Ordered 2 oatmeal 2 milks 1 coffee. ---got 1 disgusting breakfast sandwich 2 hash browns 1 sausage patty with cheese 2 milks 1 coffee. NOTICE o ly got the coffee and milk right. UPDATE. My cats won't even eat this stuff!!!!! read more

This place has terrible service. Don't come to this McDonald's you will wait for 20 minutes then be told to park and wait longer for your food. This is all after you already paid so you can't leave. read more

Good service. Food was good. Nice interior, had all sauces. Over all food was good and I think for me the baby chairs were good.

We stopped at this location to get a drink. I went inside since we were pulling a trailer and couldn't go through the drive thru. The young lady was appalled that I was inside the store AND was not wearing a mask. She frantically informed me the lobby was closed to order food and that I would have to go through the drive thru. Evidently at this location, COVID is dormant from 11am-2pm. Not sure what brainiac came up with policy, but it is ridiculous! What a joke!!!!!! read more

McDonald's - Evidently COVID is dormant from 11am-2pm.....what a joke!! Be open or be closed!!! - Fast Food Near Me - Van Wert, Ohio

Im not sure how the food is because after waiting over 15 minutes for a sausage McMuffin i had to leave. there were 2 other cars too.

McCrispy sandwiches were over cooked and had no pickles. Fries were over cooked. Not good. And I can't review on the MCDvoice because there was no receipt from the kiosk. read more

Stopped in this morning ordered breakfast. Be careful, don't order the chicken biscuit or chicken McMuffin from this location. The chicken on my McMuffin was RAW in the center. Paid for my meal, hit the road got ten miles down the road and had to throw out my breakfast!! Thanks for nothing McDonald's. read more

A five star McDonalds. Friendly staff, fresh fries, well prepared burgers. Super clean, constantly keeping the interior cleaned, and restrooms were updated and spotless. read more

Once again when we ordered happy meals with nuggets and apple spices we did not receive the apples.

I love this McDonald's and when I'm heading home From OH I try to stop A little awkward to get to but once inside you'll find the dinning room welcoming and staff friendly. They are rarely busy and it's a nice peaceful atmosphere if you dine inside. They always have fresh fries and make my special request food perfect. I've never had an issue the drive thru is smooth sailing and I've never witnessed a line or a wait to long.i wish this was closer to my home! read more

Very unhappy with McDonald's south. Every time we go through there they make a mistake. Today wasn't a bad mistake just forgot the sauce .

I don't know who's running this location, but it was pretty bad when we hit the drive through. The service was incredibly slow and the order was incorrect. My 87 year old mom was expecting a deluxe chicken sandwich and got a spicy deluxe. Not good for an elderly person. The buns on both hers and my chicken sandwich were burnt. And the one thing you can normally count on, the fries, were overcooked and dry. I don't know how that happens when so much is automated. The staff was very young and perhaps inexperienced. No complaints about them as I'm glad they're working. I think perhaps it's poor management. Not sure, but I've never had such a bad experience at a McDonald's. Hoping I just caught them on a bad day. read more

The restaurant was on our way to Ohio and stopped to get something to eat. The patrons looked at us weird specially the drive thru older lady, maybe because we were from Chicago and they know it, maybe another reason don't know. But anyway got our food a bit slow since the place was empty. It was late at night Friday but it's OK. The place was clean and there is plenty of parking to choose from. read more

This is my most favorite place to eat oit or eat in at its just so good and they have very polite workers so, good job McDonalds

This McDonald's really both of them in this town are not all that great I've gone choose this one three times in one week and two of those three times my order was wrong plus the service is slow for a McDonald's almost every time I go through there they have to pull me off to the side so it looks like they have fast service which is b******* read more

The food is good but seems like over half the time I go I have to pull around and wait even if I just get a small order.

Slowest service I've ever received at a McDonalds. Avoid this place at all costs if you're in a hurry.

Yes, understand that it's COVID season, but this is too good. First, don't assume that McDonalds has the same menu everywhere, because either these folks don't have the buttermilk chicken biscuit (my assumption) or have too many chicken options. Second, do not assume that they are all on the same page when it comes to directions to actually achieve takeout. "Around to the next window" would seem to imply turning a corner-it does not. So, after our 3rd loop around the building, a very angry employee tracks us down. While I have been in sales a long time, have worked in food service at least 3 times (and even have kids in food), I don't think that I've either lectured a customer nor been lectured as a customer. Woweewow. Main thing I got out of it was something about "4 minutes", so assuming that was time from order to delivery. Which is fine, had we actually knew it would take that long--and had a clear understanding what was going to happen. And, "pickles" is plural. So all that said, good biscuit, but not a Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Biscuit, served with side of attitude read more

Dude. Seriously? You're reading a review for McDonald's? You're in the US and have never eaten here and formed an opinion? Coffee is passable, food is good in the moment, but you usually regret having gone into the place. read more

You-gotta be kidding. Two in the afternoon and you only have decaf coffee???? What's wrong with this picture?? Everything sacred!!!

I Came with my family with all of our children. The inside was very well designed and clean. That's about the only good things this McDonald's had going for it. I ordered a Honey Mustard snack wrap only to be told they only serve Ranch?!?! So I skip the chicken and order burgers and a mcflurry. After my food is made I ask for my mcflurry only to be told they aren't serving ice cream at this time. Mentioning it when I ordered would have save time and employee uses instead of the process of getting a refund. I've been to worse McDonald's, but this doesn't rank to far behind them. For that they receive 2 out of 5. read more

Slowest, most disorganized staff I've ever witnessed at any establishment. The manager or general manager should be absolutely ashamed of this staff. They had an entire restaurant full of people waiting and a backup on drive through, with staff members not apologizing and joking with one another. read more

Burgers came out falling apart & took for ever to get our food! We didn't even order that much. Kinda crappy
