I hate the order kiosks!!!!!! We were ignored by staff to order. Couldn't see a way to order a cup of water! Very slow service

Food took 40 mins to come out and all the workers stood and did nothing. Do not recommend.

We stopped at this location to get a drink. I went inside since we were pulling a trailer and couldn't go through the drive thru. The young lady was appalled that I was inside the store AND was not wearing a mask. She frantically informed me the lobby was closed to order food and that I would have to go through the drive thru. Stopped in this morning ordered breakfast. Be careful, don't order the chicken biscuit or chicken McMuffin from this location. The chicken on my McMuffin was RAW in the center. I love this McDonald's and when I'm heading home From OH I try to stop A little awkward to get to but once inside you'll find the dinning room welcoming and staff friendly. They are rarely busy and it's a nice peaceful atmosphere if you dine inside. They always have fresh fries and make my special request food perfect. I've never had an issue the drive thru is smooth sailing and I've never witnessed a line or a wait to long.i wish this was closer to my home! read more

Very unhappy with McDonald's south. Every time we go through there they make a mistake. Today wasn't a bad mistake just forgot the sauce .

I don't know who's running this location, but it was pretty bad when we hit the drive through. The service was incredibly slow and the order was incorrect. My 87 year old mom was expecting a deluxe chicken sandwich and got a spicy deluxe. Not good for an elderly person. The buns on both hers and my chicken sandwich were burnt. And the one thing you can normally count on, the fries, were overcooked and dry. I don't know how that happens when so much is automated. The staff was very young and perhaps inexperienced. No complaints about them as I'm glad they're working. I think perhaps it's poor management. Not sure, but I've never had such a bad experience at a McDonald's. The restaurant was on our way to Ohio and stopped to get something to eat. The patrons looked at us weird specially the drive thru older lady, maybe because we were from Chicago and they know it, maybe another reason don't know. Yes, understand that it's COVID season, but this is too good. First, don't assume that McDonalds has the same menu everywhere, because either these folks don't have the buttermilk chicken biscuit (my assumption) or have too many chicken options. Second, do not assume that they are all on the same page when it comes to directions to actually achieve takeout. "Around to the next window" would seem to imply turning a corner-it does not. So, after our 3rd loop around the building, a very angry employee tracks us down. While I have been in sales a long time, have worked in food service at least 3 times (and even have kids in food), I don't think that I've either lectured a customer nor been lectured as a customer. Woweewow. Main thing I got out of it was something about "4 minutes", so assuming that was time from order to delivery. Which is fine, had we actually knew it would take that long--and had a clear understanding what was going to happen. And, "pickles" is plural. I Came with my family with all of our children. The inside was very well designed and clean. That's about the only good things this McDonald's had going for it. I ordered a Honey Mustard snack wrap only to be told they only serve Ranch?!?! So I skip the chicken and order burgers and a mcflurry. After my food is made I ask for my mcflurry only to be told they aren't serving ice cream at this time. Mentioning it when I ordered would have save time and employee uses instead of the process of getting a refund. I've been to worse McDonald's, but this doesn't rank to far behind them. Slowest, most disorganized staff I've ever witnessed at any establishment. The manager or general manager should be absolutely ashamed of this staff. They had an entire restaurant full of people waiting and a backup on drive through, with staff members not apologizing and joking with one another. read more
