The meat was cooked "smash style" and was seriously delicious. The Pulled Pork Sandwich was phenomenal, we've eaten at a lot of BBQ places around the country but nothing compared to this. The pork was seasoned and cooked perfectly and it literally melts in your mouth. The homemade BBQ sauce was the best I've had. The bacon in the BLT is cured in house and was cooked to order. You can't go wrong with a BLT but theirs was over the top. For the sides we tried the fries, onion rings, Dough Boy and Dough Girl. The Fries were good but nothing to really talk about but the Dough Boy and Dough Girl were so good, the Dough Boy was definitely the winner of the two. Hopefully they keep the onion rings so that you guys can try them.
