I just stopped here for a quick breakfast and am impressed with the customer service. I was surprised when the employee instructed me from the drive thru lane to pull over to the pick up area to wait for my food to be made. It seemed like this was typical because they had an area for pick up food although I was going through the drive thru. I waited a pretty long time - at least 10 minutes for 2 hash browns. Especially when going through fast food, it was an unexpected experience. Fortunately when an employee brought my order, he apologized for the wait and threw in an extra hash brown for the inconvenience. I really appreciate the customer service! I felt it was above and beyond, especially for fast food. Not sure if this is a typical experience but it was a good one read more

I wish I could leave a zero rating instead of a one. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and that's saying something. They began taking my order and abruptly I realize that, after I've given most of my order, she didn't get the any of it, and I had to restart. Then when I get my order, they shorted me a soda even though I'm very clearly stated twice the number of sodas I got. They made me pay for the additional soda, which, in the past, when McDonald's had forgotten a soda, they just gave me one for free. Then, when I get back to where I'm going to eat my meal, they got my order wrong. They gave me an egg McMuffin with bacon instead of a sausage muffin with Canadian bacon which again, I was really clear about what I wanted and even corrected her when she said egg and I responded "no, no egg". Lastly, I asked for hotcakes and sausage, sub Canadian bacon. What I got was one tiny piece of bacon broken in half and I asked for a side of bacon and I got another single small piece of bacon broken in half...ridiculous. I will never return to this place again. I recommend you avoid it too. There's plenty of other fast food and other McDonald's near enough. And I know, I know, what do you expect...it is fast food/McDonalds. Well, I paid just over $30 for a small amount of that fast food so excuse me if I expect better than incompetent service and being constantly screwed in the drive thru. read more

I go to both of your locations. first we have to order ourselves. on Saturday have the lunch menu available at 10:30 not 12:00. only the breakfast menu appears. you have fancy kiosks program them correctly. the sunrise location just opened and not impressed. blew us off when i had a question about menu. seemed overwhelmed. the swan location made the wrong breakfast sandwich and instead of making a new one took off the bacon and added sausage then gave us back the same sandwich witch still had parts of bacon on it thats how we knew they used the same sandwich. i thought this was a health issue. if the sandwich is made wrong are you not supposed to make a new one. if you have a questions there are employees in the back. no one out front to help with the over priced items that we have to order ourselves on your sub-par Kiosk. read more

This is the only McDonald's I've ever been to that continuously pushes the clients into the parking lot to wait for their food to arrive. Poorly managed. Fast food is not supposed to have you waiting around for 20 minutes in the parking lot. If I wanted to wait around and sit down inside of a restaurant in the air-conditioning. The service is terrible. If you order food to go, make sure you check the items in the bag before you leave. I had to drive back to get the correct item and received a dried out, barely warm Big Mac. I should have requested a refund, but didn't want to drive back a second time. My advice is to order a deli sandwich from the nearby Basha's. Well, I ordered my egg Mcmuffin and sat down and waited, and waited. I got on my phone to pass the time. 15 minutes later I go up to The kid that took my order and I asked "hey it's been 15 minutes where's my McMuffin?" He looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about and the manager walked up and make sure I got it quickly. The kid upfront was friendly, and the manager try to make it right and gave me a card for a free meal. In the end, when you going to McDonald's you expect to be in and out in 10 minutes when it's not busy. He start the day off being all pissed off it's not right. If you enjoy being treated like a burden by the staff this McDonald's is for you! I went in to pick up breakfast for my (very large) family this morning and was treated like a (very large) flaming bag of dog crap. First off, I don't know what was up the server's butt, but she was very nasty, glaring at us and speaking to us with an ugly tone. First off, we attempted to redeem a coupon from the McDonald's app, which was for $1 hashbrowns (plural.) She told us that it was redeemable for only one, which the coupon absolutely did NOT say. Secondly, she was VERY nasty about it. Secondly, we requested to purchase some Happy Meal Star Wars toys but wanted to see what they had first. She goes over to where they keep the toys and came back with four (by the way, their display case showed eight toys and their website shows sixteen) and claimed that was all they had and acted (very) put out about having to walk two feet to the right to look. We asked for a handful of ketchup and she said they can't just hand out handfuls. We had to request a specific amount. We asked for 25 but we should have asked for 50. Not only were we treated shabby, but a customer walked up to the front and made a request and was roundly ignored by ALL staff members. I've NEVER received such shabby service at ANY McDonald's and I'm absolutely NOT going back to this one! read more

Came here for dinner. First off the positive, the cashier was very friendly & polite even tho we could tell she was/is new. Negative: Buns on both of our sandwhiches were kind of stale at the bottom but we were starving so we dealt with it & ate it anyway. Then we ordered two apple pies which were good but the prices have jumped enormously! They used to be 2/$1 but now they are 2/$1.65!! What the heck??!! This place has the dumbest system in place, you place an order and pay then they give you your drinks and make you drive around the building to wait for your food, even if nobody is behind you in line. I waited 10 minutes for a mcdouble and fries. I went inside and everyone is standing around having a great time while 5 cars were waiting for food. There were 2 cooks and nobody pitching in to help with the orders. It was 6pm. This is not the first time I have experienced this problem here. Good thing we now pay lazy people $10 dollars an hour. They claim this system is in place because some people only order drinks and this speeds up the line. Often come here for breakfast. For past few weeks coffee has been very weak. Dark roast is also weak (in fact there seems to be no difference between dark roast and regular coffee). Oatmeal should come with brown sugar, raisins and cut up apples. A few times the oatmeal I was served had no apples. And brown sugar sweetness is not noticeable. Other foods here are just ordinary. Prices, of course are outrageous (not at just this location but generally all over). read more

I live in the area and will sometimes stop by with my nieces for an ice cream cone. More often than not when we order after 6:00 pm the ice cream machine is "out of order". As it has happened multiple times now and they have a well used printed window sign to alert you to this fact I say they either need to buy a new machine or stop closing it down hours before they close! When speaking to the crew about it no one is sorry. They offer up the iced coffee instead...yup that's what I want to give a 10 year old at 6:00 pm!
