Honestly this used to be my go-to McDonald's because the big beaver+rochester location is always so slow, but it's gone way down hill in the last couple years. Every order is sloppy or has missing/incorrect items. Sometimes I order something through the app, arrive to pick it up and they say they don't have it (Sprite Zero). When I order from the app I usually hit the "I'm already here" option despite being several miles away, otherwise they'll make me pull over where I'll wait forever. read more

This is the most depressing McDonald's I've ever been to. All the workers look like they want to commit suicide. They look so sad and abused like they hate life. What I love about this McDonald's most are the Happy Meal specials! I don't always want a huge meal and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you can get a happy meal for just $1.99. I also think that the smoothies here are exceptional. Sometimes the service is slow, but for the most part, this is a nice McDonald's. read more

The staff at this location acts like customers are an annoyance. When trying to solve a problem recently, we got yelled at. The employee didn't offer to actually solve the problem until my wife and I both reached for our phones. I called McDonald's customer service number, who put me in touch with an owner representative. This rep was clearly just going through the motions, and in a hurry to get off the phone. These contacts didn't effectively address the situation, and the last person I spoke with attacked me personally instead of addressing the issues, then hung up on me. Calling McDonald's customer service number again, I asked to escalate these experiences to their regional office. Despite two follow up calls, I never heard from them. Clearly, neither the location ownership nor McDonald's corporate are interested in addressing these customer service issues. read more

This is my hometown McDonalds and I've been coming here since i was a kid. Kids meals, Mighty Kids meals, this place has seen me hit puberty. JK. Just went by here this morning and it's been a hot minute since I was last here. A lot of other times I've been here, service, food, and everything else has been on point. Not so much this time. McDonalds is the go-to fast food place and lot of customers prefer drive thru. A really long line is what could have cause the lapse in service I'm usually accustomed too. I ordered 2 sausage burritos (BREAKFAST ALL DAY NOW :) ) and a small OJ. Keep in mind, their all day breakfast is limited to most popular items so unfortunately I couldn't get my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. I understand long lines at drive thru is tough to work through having been on that side before but I don't think it's an excuse considering the many other fast food places that go through even worse lines. We eat here on occasion when in the area and want something quick. We go by here at least several times per month. It is the usual McDonalds food so no surprises there. But that is what we are looking for when we stop at any McDonalds-no surprises! Good or bad-no surprises. Just familiar food, served hot, reasonable prices, friendly staff, and quick service. If I want to take a chance on gourmet or something different, this is not that place. But this location, in my experience, delivers on my expectations. read more

Terrible. Used kiosk to order food because there didn't seem to be anyone manning the registers at all. Took forever to get our food. Then I kindly asked the girl who was gathering the orders if our order was coming up (she was checking her text messages) and with a roll of the eyes she got our food together and handed it to me without one word. When I went up and asked for the BBQ sauce and a fork and knife it was the same roll of the eyes. Terrible staff. Need to take a look at this seriously. Horrible service and food. The last two times I went there in September, they were awful. First time, they screwed up my drink order, told me to pull up and wait. After 15 minutes of waiting (for a soda), my food was ice cold. I walked up to the door and it was locked, so I just drove away. The second time, they ran out of Dr Pepper and then gave me two chicken sandwiches that were hard as a rock.....they were clearly sitting there all day- dry and dark brown. If I could give this place a negative star review I would! We have lived very near this place for six years now. At this point and time, I actually hate that place. I haven't been able to place an order here for 2 years. I try maybe 3-4 times a year. If I want a breakfast burrito, they don't have breakfast burritos. If I want a shake, they don't have shakes. If I want an egg mcmuffin, they don't have egg mcmuffins. If I want a hamburger, they don't have hamburgers. HAMBURGERS! If I do get to place an order and want to pay with a debit card, they don't take debit cards. If i have cash, they aren't accepting cash.
