I've only been here one time, and it was drive through. But we had a very good experience. The person who took our order was very good. She repeated back everything to me when I picked it up to make sure everything was right. The fries were crisp and hot and perfectly salted. The burger was not smashed and almost looked as good as those pictures you see. The toppings seemed fresh and added with a little care, not just slopped on. Morning coffee here and a bathroom stop. The restaurant was clean at 6:45 am and the crew was slinging coffee and Egg McMuffins pretty well. I bought a Chicken Deluxe Meal and it was anything but chicken in this meal. After making a stink I finally got a refund. The food was so bad I was sick for 3 days going from both ends. I called the corp office and they had the manager from the store call me back. He said they were working with a new supplier and they pulled the chicken. What can I say? It's a McDonald's. Everybody has eaten at a McDonald's before and it's pretty consistent everywhere you go in the civilized world. I went here because it was located right next to where I was staying. I ordered my dinner via drive-thru. There are two lanes for ordering food. Then you pay and pick up your food at the last window. I arrived at the Tilton NH McDonald's exit 20 I-93 at about 6pm. They were still in the middle of their dinner rush. The lines were long and the drive they was wrapped around the building. ThT didn't bother me a whole lot as I had eaten breakfast here 12 hours earlier. McDonald's twice in one day just isn't going to happens! I was just here to use the bathroom before I jumped on I-93 North and finished the 2 hour ride home. Once in the bathroom I couldn't believe my eyes. 12 hours ago I had been in this bathroom. There was aMcDonald's drink cup with a straw on the baby changing station. Urine was dried onto the floor. There was toilet paper on the floor. Granted the urine and toilet paper could've happened at any point of the day, but what got me was the cup. 12 hours later it was still sitting there. I used the bathroom choking down my absolute disgust at the lack of attention to the facility. I washed my hands grateful to find there was a little bit of soap left. When I exited the bathroom I still saw a large enough crowd waiting for their orders that the lobby was packed. I stepped outside to my truck and realized I wasn't going anywhere for a while as the drive thru line had gotten so long it was now wrapped behind my truck. While I'm sitting there waiting to leave an employee comes out of the door directly in front of my truck. She stands right next to the door pulls out a cigarette and starts smoking. Then she pulls out her cell phone and starts playing with it. Mind you the lobby is still packed and I still can't leave because the drive thru line is so long. I sat there for approximately 10 minutes with the line moving about 1 car every minute and a half. At one point I noticed the employee was flicking her ashes into an overpacked trash can next to her. This McDonald's is not good at all. It's a 24hour restraunt. If you ask for a shake before 11 they tell you the machine is off. The shakes here are not worth getting anyways. The shakes come out strait white and have no flavor. I don't think they refill the flavoring ever. Hopefully you don't have the old lady taking your order. She could not get any slower. This place is horrible! I went there to get breakfast for my family. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal and an ice coffee regular plus an additional ice coffee with equal for someone who has diabetes. I got home there was nothing in the mcgriddle no sausage egg or cheese and both coffees had a ton of sugar in them. I called to tell the manager she was so rude didn't want to hear what I had to say rushed me off the phone. She took my name and address said she would mail me a gift card. I never received it not that I would use it anyways considering they could have put my friend in a diabetic coma. I will never go to a McDonald's again.
