I went there last year on the way to Vermont and the service was slow and bad. I decided to stop this year thinking that it was a fluke last year and I'll give them another try. The service was actually worse and the ice machine was broken. I was warning people as I was leaving that you're going to be waiting a long time for your order. Avoid this place unless you want to wait 30-45 minutes for them to get your order wrong. What a poorly run establishment which most of Mcdonald's are. They have to be losing money nationwide which they deserve. I will avoid this place and advise others to do so as well. read more

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN What a dump Just waited over 48 min for breakfast, left and got dunkin in less than 5. Employees kept swearing, leaving their area to complain and just argued. One employee said 'write me up I don't give a fuck' very loudly. This is the same behavior every time I go there. Management needs to take a good long look at who is doing the hiring. read more

What could improve? Everything! Slowest service ever and the orders are never correct. Prices are ridiculous. $10 for the breakfast burrito meal? By the way, if you ordered takeout from the drive through, don't expect any napkins. I'll never waste my time or another penny at this place. read more

Service is awful- no one seems to know what they are doing. Food comes out warm not hot and fries are under cooked

I was in the bathroom and the employee walked out from the stall without washing his hands, and I ordered a soda and a sandwich and it took 20 minutes when there was no one else in the restaurant. The employees were lackadaisical and slow. Overall bad service and dirty place. read more

Went through the drive thru and when I got to the pick up window craziness happened. The guy working the counter yelled "Does anybody need to pay"! After that he closed his register and turned to the workers in the kitchen and said"nobody touch those fries until I get back from peeing in the bathroom, those are my fries read more

this fast food restaurant is incredibly slow. Expect to wait at least 1/2 hour or more.

First, if I could give negative stars I would I am 64 years old and this was my worst experience in a McDonald's in my life. STAY AWAY from this McDonld's. I went inside and ordered my food thru the kiosk because I have in other McDonald's and in all my other times I would have my food in under 5 minutes. Not this time....after waiting for almost 10 minutes I went up to the counter where it was at least 5 minutes before someone said "Someone will be with you in a minute." Almost 20 minutes later still no one came over. 2 drive thru customers came in because both their orders were wrong. they waited about 10 minutes and 1 left totally disgusted. The other person finally yelled to get some service and someone came over and corrected his order. I was able to grab their attention and ask about mine and after another 10 minutes she came over with mine. She brought it over but an item was missing. No apology no nothing except for her to tell me she only had 3 people in the kitchen and she was trying to get ready for lunch. WTF!!! You have breakfast going on and you're worrying about lunch. Get to my table 1 sandwich was wrong, no Splenda in the coffee. I didn't go back to complain because of her attitude. They made it a point to cater to the drive thru customers and not the lobby. If that is what they plan to do they should shut down the lobby and only serve thru the drive thru. If you do decide to visit this McDonald's for breakfast, plan on having it served by dinner. read more

Came here after seeing a family member at the nearby emergency room. Prices are a bit elevated for a McDonald's given the remote nature of the area. However they have a deal at the drive-through where there's a mix and match McDouble or McChicken for about $4, not too bad. I ordered a bare McChicken for later consumption and it was made as requested. The McDouble came as ordered also - extra onions! It was hot and didn't taste stale. Always a plus. The icing on the cake (and arteries) was...the McDouble was really just a double cheese burger. That's right- TWO slice of processed American cheese for the price of a burger that normally only has one slice! I can't give 5 stars out of principle for the gouged prices that exploit this rural area. But if you want fast and still somewhat cheap, this isn't a bad place to stop. read more

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE. You have to wait 20 minutes to place your order and then have to wait another 25-30 minutes to get your food. At that point the food is ice cold and very poor quality. Management is absolutely horrific and the employees are slow and show little to no emotion whatsoever. This place needs to be shutdown. read more

Never again!! Will I step foot in any McDonald's restaurant!! I went through the drive through today and ordered a sausage mcmuffin w/ no egg, a hash brown and a large orange juice. It came to $7.44. I got my food and got right back in line (less then 10 mins between orders) because my husband wanted something. He got the same exact thing as I did except his with the egg. His cost $12.93!!! So you mean to tell me it costs $5.49 MORE to get the egg on it?? After two managers reviewed it I was told mine was some sort of a bundle deal. I say B.S!!!! That is criminal, highway robbery and completely ABSURD!!!! I could have gotten a complete other sandwich for the cost of that one egg. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE..... IM DONE! read more

McDonald's - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Ticonderoga, New York

employees were very rude the person who took the order slammed our cups on the counter she was not patient at all with us. As someone who work in the fast food business this is unacceptable. Then after our food I wanted to order dessert and the wait for them to get me my 2 flurries and 1 slushy was longer than my meal. we get our flurries and there's a hair in the flurri. Don't recommend if you want the staff to get made because you are ordering food. read more

The last time I was here was several years ago but now that I'm in Yelp I have to share. This may be the cleanest, friendliest McDonald's I have ever been to. I'm usually a Wendy's guy but the closest one is an hour away. The staff here is truly patient and amazing. At breakfast there was a bug eyed older guy ordering a sausage biscuit and he wanted it extra crispy. It's not like they're making the biscuits fresh but they went through ALL the biscuits to find him the darkest one. When I came back for dinner it was the same thing. He was there getting ice cream and he wanted an extra crispy waffle cone. Again, the staff was very accommodating. I know they say "have it your way" at Burger King but they don't hold a candle to this McDonald's. read more

Wish I could do zero stars over YEARS of getting terrible experience through this wannabe McDonald's. They have literal children working there. On top of that the morons working there can't get a single order right even if it's as simple as a basic cheeseburger and nuggets. Wanna know what you get when you order that? Not what you goddamn order. Honestly this place is a joke. McDonald's is a joke corporation in general but you just become more and more embarrassing when you hire 12 years olds that can't do anything right when it's written in English. Stop hiring illiterate children and give the right food and also maybe not cover the top of the whole bun in ketchup so you can't even grab the damn burger. I could go on on and on about how everytime I've ever come here every time my order is wrong, missing something or just down right terrible. Never really had any issues with any McDonald's given they're the most basic fast food chain on the planet. But this one's a straight up abomination. Fuck Ti McDonald's. read more

I stopped here at lunchtime on a Tuesday in February. This is the only McDonalds in the area without having to drive to Warrensburg, so I was expecting a little bit of a wait with the local lunch crowd. I used the drive-thru and placed a custom order. There were 2 vehicles in front of me and some customers inside. Both windows were open, which is even hard to find in some of the more densely populated areas. I paid and received my order within maybe 2 or 3 minutes. My order was 100% correct, and the food was hot and fresh. The employees at both windows were friendly, efficient and worked quickly. Although I did not go inside, the outside appearance was clean, kept up, and no garbage laying around. Despite recent heavy snow and significant ice, the parking lot was cleared, dry, and free of ice. The parking lot was better than some of the local roads. This is one of the better McDonalds I've been to. read more

I havent been to this place in over 4 years, but decided to order a quarter pounder and snack wrap for lunch to split with my daughter. The quarter pounder tasted fresh and juicy. I stopped at this McDonald's on Tuesday, May 15th, 2018 for lunch. The service was outstanding. Both people I spoke to were the best. My order was prompt and excellent as usual (I usually get the fish... and this time I also tried the egg McMuffin. It was very good also.). Great job! read more

Most of the time this McDs is clean and has friendly service from good employees. Ty.

Upon entering into this mcdonalds I had my normal expectations; so as not to get my hopes up. Immediately stepping into this fine restaurant chain I went back 30 years to the mcdonalds of my youth in Tupper Lake, ny. The floors of the establishment in addition to the urinals (full length to floor) in the men's room have not been updated since the 1960s when this establishment likely opened. The only changes I noticed were the LCD menu screens, flat screen tv displaying a local battlefield reel, and a dyson airblade brand dryer, but likely because the old one broke and they couldn't find the old model to replace it. After an entertaining/annoying wait time of fifteen minutes I was able to place my order. While waiting an additional ten minutes for my food I continued to watch the chaos of serving five customers over a twenty five minute period. The six workers scurried about while avoiding eye contact with everyone waiting, they seemed to be running around like a sworm of bees having their hive being kicked down a hill. To the employees credit: A) the average salary was $8.50/hr (as evidenced by the message board sign outside the establishment looking for new hires) (that should have been a sign to keep driving, but this is the country) B) some of the dumbest questions were asked by customers in front of me including: customer: "excuse me, I ordered a medium fry and I got a large fry!" Employee: "well it's okay, you can just keep that" Customer: "but I wanted a medium fry!" C) while the staff was polite, the service was extremely slow... 25 mins for a 10 piece (?) mcnugget? As to the quality of the food; it was as to be expected. I ordered a ten piece nugget but much to my surprise 5 miles down the road I discovered 8 chicken nuggets and my copilot'a simple meal of two "only ketchup" double cheeseburgers had mustard remnants all over the wrappers, thankfully no allergies here! Overall, I give the food 3 of 5 stars ( -1 star for missing nuggets, -1 star for mustard), and 1 of 5 stars for service, equalling an average of 2 of 5 stars. *Disclaimer: the above rating should only be rated/compared amongst other mcdonalds dining establishments, and not traditional restaurants. If I'm ever in the area again I'll have to try out the DD, see if it's worth my time/money. read more

Usually a fine place. Ever since the remodel employees have been very rude, slow and can't seem to get an order correct. I am waiting in the drive-thru right now. The employee that took my order was extremely rude. I just saw another employee with a take out order that took her 3 tries to get the right car. read more
