I went to McDonald's in Sweet Home I was the only one in the drive thru and the cashier asked me to pull over, I said no, there's nobody in the drive thru but me. The manager came and told me to leave. I said no, she said get out of my drive thru , I said give me my money back, so she slammed the window but not before she called me a bitch. So I turned off my car and waited about 10 minutes she opened the window threw my money at me called me some names and told me to leave as she was calling me some horrible things. This woman is sick and needs mental help! I've never been to this McDonald's and will never go again. I'm blown away that McDonald's would employ anyone who treats their customers this way. No food, no pictures!! read more

McDonald's - Receipt for food I never got! - Fast Food Near Me - Sweet Home, Oregon

I stopped at this Mcdonald's and was so baffled by my experience that I frankly don't know how they're getting any business at all. I got an order that included a Medium drink and I did not receive it. Since I had just got off a long day at work and the workers were rushing me I did not realize I didn't have the drink with me until after I got home. This Mcdonald's was too far to go back and get my drink so I called explaining what happened and hoping for them to follow their policy and get me a free drink. The girl who picked up the phone had the worst attitude and claimed to be the manager. She was condescending and said "Yes if you come back within 24 hours we can get you a free drink" but then told me "No you can't come back and get it at all because theres different people working each shift and we won't know what incident it was" so I told her "You aren't going to do anything about the drink I paid for that I didn't receive?" and she told me no and that is 1. unprofessional, 2. against their policies, 3. overall not ok. read more

And it never gets any better. It's 9:45 on a Sunday morning and this horrible place has no Orange Juice!! Really. How is that even possible.

I go to mc Donald's on the daily during my work week, tell me why they mess my order up about 3 out of 5 times a week wether it's the sauce or forgetting a topping, I ordered a sandwich than got a different sandwich all together, showed them then I got the right sandwich but no bacon, I order ranch but got honey to go with my fries, I'm a house keeper for the old folks home and McDonalds employees get paid more than me just to mess my shit up, it's not all of them but damn. read more

I know no one wants to work here and all, but like if you choose to work here can you just do the very basic minimum requirements of your job? That's all. Refuses to sell ice when they don't feel like it. Awnsers phones with just a "hello". Like how inexperienced and how much must you not care about your position or title to be a manager that you answer the phone with "hello". I learned at my 1st job that it's hello this is blank thanks for calling blank how can I help you. Yet the manager at this location decides to pick up the phone with a pick up the phone with a simple hello as if it is personal cell phone or landline and it's just so informal I was surprised when they actually claimed to be the manager. A normal employee sure, they smoked a blunt on break and I get it, but then this individual claimed to be the manager and I had to hang up cause I started laughing. For 45k a year you can try a little harder. I'll be contacting corporate and a If they have it a district manager. read more

Disgusting. Worst McDonalds I have ever been in. Now I know it's only McDonald's, but this place was so gross. Ice-cream on the floors, EVERY table was a mess. Etc. The Subway in town was clean. read more

It's McDonald's, it's where most kids get their first job so it's not a place to expect great service. At least It was clean inside when I went. It took 20min to get breakfast food. read more

Some of the worst customer service and professionalism in a work place I have ever seen. I took 15 before I was even approached or greeting in order to use the bathroom. We were the only customer in the lobby beside an older lady, and waiting 30 minutes FOR THE WRONG FOOD. Now employees and supervisors are having an open argument loudly where I can hear from the corner of the lobby. To say I'm dissatisfied with my experience and will NEVER be eating here again or recommending it. Food was stale gross and nasty read more

Very rude customer service Takes a long time to get the food and has attitude when you asked them a question

Well went to McDonald's again today, still not good I pay for a full thing of fries I expect it, I don't understand how people put up with this crap everyday? When I get home I'm tired and hungry and wanna eat and if I order something out I expect it to be prepared the way it's advertised and I'm tired of seeing how little this franchise cares about it's customers, if anyone who works there reads this, DO BETTER..... read more

Michael was very rude and had poor customer service and said the F word while in the presence of customers.

Bun on daily double was slightly hardened. we ordered medium fries, got bits and burned ends. read more

after ordering 2 meals' at 16.00 and asking for ketchup, the duty manager 'austin' a sassy, squat little man, attempted to extort money from me by selling me packets at .25 each? I don't think so, that should come included with french fries 'austin'. neither I nor my family will be visiting this facility again, even though there seems to be a captive audience in this town read more

When I called to order at McDonalds, they were really rude to me and they told me to "get a life". She started to have a rude attitude towards me when I asked for a burger. So rude! read more

Thus is by far the WORST McDonald's there is! We waited 15 min in the drive thru and they handed us the WRONG ORDER 2X!! We pulled around, the lobby is closed (with no explanation) So we called. We tried to explain what happened and the snarkey girl says "we can't help you" and HANGS UP ON US! The poor guy at the drive thru did get us our food, but it was OLD & Cold! My bun was rock hard and not even warm, looked like last night's food! We tossed 2 meals and a 20 chicken nuggets. Will NEVER return. Should have known better! read more

You guys need to seriously stop canceling out your fucking orders before your done making them I know it makes your times look better to corporate but you guys literally forget shit every time and this last time half my order was missing we just left cause it's fucking ridiculous. read more

Love how they have the touch screens. Easy, Fast, and NO LINE. Always get fast service. I must say though for the owner. Why have so many employees? I notice while waiting for my food inside there is usually 2 people who have nothing to do and complaining about it. Why not do what Carl's Jr does. Deliver the food to the table. You already put the touch screens in so why even have a cashier who just stands there. One time a employee tried to show me how to work the touch screen. I'm 35 with a smart phone. I think I can manage a McDonald's touch screen. Now as far as the parking lot......if things are slow have one of them cashier's go and sweep it up. It's always a mess with trash. read more

The service has been fast, friendly, accurate and super fresh... every time! The fries are always crisp and hot and my food always tastes like it was made to order read more

I'm not sure why this location is getting all the hate. I probably go here 3 or 4 times a month as it's on the way past where I do a lot of business. I've been there for the lunch and dinner rush as well as late at night when staff is at a minimum and I've never had an issue worth complaining over. My order is usually correct and fresh tasting and served by polite usually smiling employees. Here are a few tips for getting good customer service that may help some of you. First, don't be a jerk! When you get to the front counter or the drive thru, and they greet you maybe start with a smile and a "Hi how are you today?". I have seen some of the rudest people just walk up and ignore the greeting or even interrupt it to start TELLING the person what they want. I've worked customer service and you WILL get better service if you treat them like a human beings instead of a vending machines. And maybe look at how you ask people for what you want. Do you say "Yea, give me a number 1 and a large coke" or do you say "Could I please get a number 1 and a large coke" Sometimes it's all in how you ask that can set the tone for the service you receive. I guess the bottom line is this, if you want great customer service, make yourself their favorite customer! They make your food, you know the stuff that keeps you alive, throw a little respect their way and you might be surprised with the result ;) read more

This sweet home location has a bad consistent habit ..lasting at least the last year ..of getting orders wrong...overly long waits(25 min in drive up ).staff moving like slugs..food overlydone ..lack of napkins. Lebanon has them beat hands down..needs a huge amount of restructuring..maybe management should be replaced if this is what they offer read more

The employees here in the Sweet Home McDonalds seem to be much more caring about the customers satisfaction than other McDonald's I have been to lately. I have not had a negative experience at the Sweet Home McDonald's. I have been to so many throughout the world; the service at Sweet Homes ranks high in comparison. Good Job Sweet Home McDonald's! read more

Its mcdonalds, cheap "food", the service isnt too bad though. Should have kept the orange hi-c

McDonald's is definitely a hit and miss! Their iced coffee and apple pies are always good.

For some reason this McDonalds is incapable of getting an order correct. I would say that about 75% of the time they get orders wrong. The staff is also sub par. The employees refuse to get a manager when asked. I have witnessed them, on several occasions being rude to employees, and if you ask to complain they claim the manager is busy, but claim they will relay your complaint about themselves to him when they get the chance. This is definitely one of the worst McDonalds in all of Oregon, and should be avoided at all costs. read more

Scintillating aromas waft from the grill and into my purring car and I await my order. The sultry night air is aflame with hues of yellow and red lights. I tilt my head towards the drive through window and listen to a cacophony of beeps and chirps emanating from miracle-working machines and the chatter of hardworking employees basking in the prime of their short, yet, magnificent lives. The drive-through window slides open with an almost sexual hiss of rubber on metal and a white bag of nutritious food is nestled on my lap. I ponder putting the bag on the empty seat next to me, but I decide this pouch of piousness and love incarnate is right where it belongs. Before my vehicle surges forward into what surely will be a magical night I open the bag. The paper rasps and I feel every paper fiber under my sensitive fingertips as the bag opens and hits me in the face with every nuance of smell that I have come to love. After my eyeballs are done rolling back into my head I look into the bag. I'm not seeing fries. Where are my fucking French fries?!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhh, after everything that I've done for McDonalds and humanity in general can't I at least expect what I ordered. A single tear rolls down my cheek. A tear encompassing my rage. A tear encapsulating this betrayal. But then I remember all of the destitute and starving peoples of the earth. I remember the genocide and oppression of millions across time. The rape and butchering happening right now as I sit in safety in the United States of America. My sisters aren't being raped while my brothers are castrated and left to bleed to death on a dirt floor. Maybe I should be grateful and not make a scene. Maybe I shouldn't complain and whine like a selfish and spoiled American bitch. Maybe I should move on and achieve something worth remembering. Warm air flows past me as I drive into the night. read more

Terrible service. Constantly out of things . Always have to double check your order for correctness. Most of the tellers can't count money. Ordering screens never work. "Pull forward for total". I've been putting up with this for 15 years. Every morning I go there, because of the convience . This morning I go there and my egg biscuit has went up 20 per cent. 2.00 to 2.40. Last straw . I will make my egg biscuit at home and hope that another fast food (ha,ha) joint will come to town. This place needs better supervision . read more
