I placed a complaint with the manager and the manager (Darcey) made a snide and rude comment to the Elderly lady. I didn't recall the advertisement mentioning anything about downloading an app?? The help was unfriendly and didn't seem to care if I bought anything. The prices were very high, and they apparently don't send out coupons any more. So went to McDonalds instead to eat. Very disappointed. I think they will all be out of business soon.

Octavia helped me and was so nice! I think the other person behind the counter who was also very nice and helpful was a manager but I didn't get his name. I am happy that the Subway closest to me is a good one! I definitely recommend and will be back soon!

They have everything to make this a great pit stop. This In N Out is a busy one. I don't know if they busy because of travelers, or because this is the spot that everyone in Roseburg likes to visit. Their parking lot is large. If it too crowded, you probably could park at Home Depot and walk. Service has been great every time I've been there with friendly employees. Even when they look busy, they are pretty quick in serving you. Burgers are good. It's a great place to stop for while on a long drive.

This trip happened a week ago, but that's how good it was I had to give it a review. Our waitress was kind, patient, and great with all 4 of my kids, their ages ranging from 3 to 13. I apologize for not remembering her name driving all night from Hanford California, will have that effect. The food was delicious, I ordered the 4 pc bacon, with hash browns and 2 eggs. It also came with toast I chose sourdough. Everything was cooked perfect. My oldest daughter ordered the homemade cinnamon roll. What they don't tell you is that they serve massive portions. I uploaded a picture of my daughter's cinnamon roll. We took it to go, we spent the next 3 days picking away at it every time we opened the fridge. I'd take this place over a Denny's or IHOP any day and everyday! If you enjoy classic American style diners with big glass windows and good vibes you'll enjoy Casey's.
