After a long and adventurous weekend, the idea of cooking even a grilled cheese was exhausting! Needless to say, I succumbed to a trip through the Golden Arches drive-thru. The little guy was in his glory and surely had no complaints. I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with extra fries along with a Sprite for him. The extra fries were for me. ;) I opted for my favorite item on the menu: the vanilla ice cream cone. It paired extremely well with my miniature kids fries! I often judge the Mickey D's experience by how much ice cream they put in my cone. This location passed the test. I would absolutely return. The drive-thru was clean, the cashier was friendly and but for forgetting the cheese on the burger, the order was on point. McDonald's is changing the way they serve their audience. This location is quite small inside with few places to sit and all the ordering is either via their app or through some touch screens inside. Pretty much no interaction with personnel since no one is their to greet you and when you do see someone they are behind plexiglass. The food was fine and correct. Its just different from the usual McDonald's but this seems the way things are going. read more

If you want your time wasted, your order wrong, and treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer this is your McDonalds. It's a mile from my home and I can assure you I will be going to the one further away to avoid this place. I keep telling myself after using this McDonalds for years now, "maybe they have new staff and changed their ways" I'm wrong every time. New staff but service continues to get worse. I'm the one at fault here because after countless wrong orders, I gave them my business and chalked it up to "maybe they are having a bad day" and moved on. Today, was the last time I'll be using this McDonalds and will be sure everyone I know, knows what to expect from this establishment. I went in for my usual, not complicated at all steak egg and cheese bagel with a hash brown. No modifications or anything just a regular menu item. Usually they forget a hash brown, no big deal I don't need the calories and I let them have that. Not once ever going back for the hash brown because I don't want to hold up the line or bother checking my bag, I shouldn't have to for 2 simple items. But today, was the second time they gave a bacon egg and cheese bagel instead of a steak egg and cheese bagel. I decided you know what, I don't like bacon and I've given them enough food at this point and the last sandwich they messed up I gave to a homeless guy. So, I went in to swap out the sandwich. The first lady was very nice and said we'll fix it. And had a nice smile about it. Shame she isn't running the place. Then I'm assuming (possibly) a manager or team leader took the sandwich and threw a fit about a receipt they never gave, I'm sure there's cameras, would love to see that. Then the much more professional first woman said another customer must have gotten the steak egg and cheese bagel. And to reiterate this, the cook stated she made one. Yet in my bag was not that as evidenced by me having in my hand and giving it back to them. So the original thought probably given to another customer. Then the (maybe) manager with long hair and had some type of clothing on her head said "the wrong thing didn't go out" and the nice woman came to check the price difference of 5 cents! Again, she's probably just doing what she was told. But the fact is the "manager" or whoever acted like they were in charge thought I give a crap about 5 cents! You're insinuating that I purposely ordered a cheaper sandwich to drive halfway to work, turn around in this god awful traffic, walk back into the same McDonald's I made my purchase to be insulted all to save 5 cents??? Lady I got news for you, you cost me a lot more than 5 cents in time for you to insult my integrity and time it took to right this review. I don't care about your 5 cents and would happily pay more if it meant I got what I ordered in a timely and correct manner. A side note, there's a sign on their door that says: "To Our Guests We will not tolerate violence or verbal abuse towards our staff and reserve the right not to serve customers behaving in this manner." It's sad because this is the only establishment I've seen in Martin County that has a sign of this nature. There maybe more or could even be a McDonald's general statement for all their buildings. But to have this sign in the first place tells me this is a reoccurring thing at this McDonald's to the point it needs a sign. I don't condone violence and strongly am against it including verbal abuse of any nature regardless if party deserves it or not. I'm not saying previous ticked off customers were in the right at all. I'm saying if this is a reoccurring thing to warrant a sign, maybe just maybe you might be the problem. I can understand people have bad days and it happens a lot in the service industry but insulting your customers is a good way to get a negative response. Manager Is Incredibly rude. I asked for sauce, wasn't given it, came to ask for more sauce, and was denied and asked to pay for it. I told her I wasn't given it in the first place and she got visibly upset. She then handed me my sauce finally, and it was from the trash can, already open & busted. Do not come here. We went into drive-through and we said hello the lady sounded like she was miserable and said hold on. We waited five minutes later she didn't say anything so we asked hello and she still said hold on and it look like she was on her phone cause we heard tik tok noises in the background and 10 mins later some other cars pulled up in the lane right next to us, and she gladly answered them and took their order immediately, so we just left drive-through in anger. Then we called her manager to see what was going on and like why she was like completely ignoring us, and she was very unprofessional, and she said well she just must been having a bad day. Her shift just ended and she just wanted to go home and it was like you're supposed to be doing your job is like somebody shouldn't be able to help us, but she could help the other people. Unlucky me at the gas pump paying $4.08 a gallon next door while running on empty, this is my second visit to this particular Mickey D's in a month. In drive-thru, I ordered large French Fries for a total after tax of $2.33. As I was driving away with my fries and no ketchup or napkins, I realized that they were overcooked. The sort of overcooked that you see when you are getting the last of the fries and not the first... I drove back around and went into the drive-thru again. I was met with the rude voice of a male cashier who indicated that this was the way McDonald's made their fries. I drove to the window where I met with a female cashier. She stated that I could wait for new fries to be made but that they wouldn't be made special for me. I had to wait until they were all gone before new fries would be made. In a rush to my destination and not interested in the "customer service" friendly attitude, I asked for a refund and left. The Yelp reviews here are truthful. The drive thru is usually super long and defeats the purpose of having it because it would be quicker to park your car and order inside the restaurant than wait in a 10+ line. The staff are nice enough but not very efficient. The food is standard McDonald's fare; not great but edible when you need something quick. I come here because it was 4am on New Years and I had just spent all night driving for Uber. First, I ask for a #5, only to be told they were only serving breakfast (which wasn't reflected on the sign or the interior menu at the time) but I rolled with it. After going inside so I could see the menu (which looked no different than any other time of the day for a McDonalds) I ask for the 3 hotcakes with sausage meal.
