Culver's won't break the bank but definitely not a cheap option. I've had a couple of desserts here, all good! They give a free little dessert for your birthday too. Had a meal or two as well, most notably a small burger with grilled onions and chili cheese fries. Both ok, meat skinny and fries didn't have enough chili nor cheese. Customer service has been ok or nice, no bad experiences. Been going there for years and always had great food and service. Today it took about 30 minutes to receive my food, (two tenders and a cup of chili). I asked two workers to check on my order after 20 minutes. Finally I spoke with a manager and my food arrived 10 minutes later. Also the chicken tenders were very tiny. read more

So.....We went through the drive through- kids working there were very nice. They brought out our food because there was a line. No French fries . I had to go in. Then they gave me one fry and we ordered two. Had to ask for another . Then shame on me for not checking the rest of the order and when we got home- both burgers we were given were totally wrong. Their expediter needs to be written up or get a new job. I work in the service industry and there is no excuse for this type of service. Always check your order!!! Well ... this was our first time ever at a Culver's. We are here on vacation from Pennsylvania and no Culver's up there. So we wanted to see what the fuss was all about. What did I notice? A TON of people working there. Not that busy. And took a long time to get the food. Burgers were great!! Fries great too. My son loved the corn dog. Honestly may be the best one he'd ever had. Chicken tenders were ok. Ice cream was great. Milkshakes were eh ... was surprised they just weren't cold. I think they whipped them too much maybe? They were just liquiddy. The guy working the dining room was really nice. Our cashier was ok. Just didn't do anything to help make our first time there special. There was no excitement or anything that this family with kids was here for the first time. That could have really enhanced our experience. Glad we ate here. Might again. I (mobile) ordered a beef pot roast and got the most soggiest burger I have ever gotten. You could almost squeeze out all the water and use that bun as a rag! Half of my burger went to waste. Some of my fries had black pieces on the ends as if it was going bad or just simply burnt? And on top of that ended up not including the extra sauces as requested (on the app) that they for some reason charge an extra 40¢ for. I would understand my burger was soggy if it was sitting for a while but I ordered it as curb side pick up while I was already in the curb and also ate it in the parking lot so there was no excuse for that obnoxiously soggy burger. So I walked into Culver's in Jupiter today ordered a Culver's cheeseburger with no bread just grilled onions lettuce mustard mayonnaise pickles, tomato, and cheese of course. Had to repeat my order three times and when I got my receipt, they still got it wrong. The cashier put no hamburger bun, grilled onion, mayo, pickles, lettuce, which I didn't notice till I got back home unfortunately there was no mayo either just grilled onions and pickles and lettuce in a box. They have chopped lettuce so I had to eat it with a knife and fork Which they did not give me. The bill was $13.04. I got the meal. The onion rings were all broken and I had to ask for a cup for my drink so there was no tomato, no mustard and two little pickles on the bottom of the box, it was a carryout order. The cheeseburger was actually good just not the way I ordered it. Unfortunately this is about the fourth time. This has happened to me at this Culver's in Jupiter. I won't be going back. I've been to this drive-through several times, with sleeping kids in the car, since it opened, because I perceive that it's an upgrade over the normal fast food restaurant (where I limit us to items like french fries only). I still find their signage confusing. When I order a hamburger or cheeseburger, the person taking the order doesn't offer any toppings on it. I still don't understand what comes with an order that is complimentary; I have ordered a burger before only to find exactly that inside: a burger on a bun. The burgers usually taste pretty fried to me. They are not round, but have crispy edges sticking out; does that mean they are handmade? Their onion rings are tasty. I think I've found my new fast food hamburger favorite. I've tried their custard ice cream before (over on the west coast of Florida) and recently discovered that I can eat their chocolate custard with no ill effects. So today I ordered a single scoop and tried their marshmallow cream topping. I was thinking it would be like the "fluff" brand that comes in the jar, but it was a more runny version. It was still good. I'm glad I tried it so now I know. Onto more toppings in the future. But first those burgers. I'd heard about their butter burgers, but never tried them. I got their single with mushroom and Swiss. They have lots of options -- single or double, a few different cheeses and a whole lots of toppings. Or you can upgrade it to a basket which includes a side and a drink. The burger was perfect. You could taste the flavor of the grilled meat. It reminded me of a real home grilled burger -- aromatic and tasty. I just loved it. In addition to burgers, they have chicken tenders and a bunch of other sandwiches including fish, pot roast and even a pork one! Classic sides are fries, mashed, coleslaw or green beans. There are also premium and signature sides. I really want to try their cheese curds some time. And even the kids meals look appealing -- one of the entree choices is a corn dog. Culver's is my favorite quick grab meal! (I don't like to call it fast food because I find it waaaaay better than the typically fast food joint.) I've never had an issue with this location. I tend to do more drive thru orders than eating in, especially now. Ordering is always a breeze. I love how the screen outside actually works and shows your orders. The people who work the drive thru are always happy and friendly. Staff is always wearing masks, gloves, and cleaning down surfaces. I appreciate the new touch of the sticky note numbers to put on the car windows instead of the plastic ones that everyone reuses. My favorite meal to get is the Buffalo chicken tenders value basket with cheese curds and a sweet tea. I don't think I've changed my order in years. I'm always just so happy when I eat it! French fries are crispy and doesn't taste oily. Only thing is that the menu is hard to read so one suggestion is to look it up online before you go so you have some kind of idea on what to order. I stopped by here for a bite to eat with the GF after visiting someone in the nearby hospital (that hospital really SUCKS). I had never heard of this place, but apparently GF says they are a huge chain up north (she is from Wisconsin). The menu is rather extensive for a fast food joint. I wasn't quite sure how the process worked: did the burgers come with toppings already on them or do I choose or what. I ordered a single butter burger, my GF got a double. We got fries and cheese curds (which I have never had). We sat down and waited for our food. The restaurant was clean and the staff was bustling around. Our food came out quickly, was visually appealing and was hot and fresh tasting. A really good burger, nice and juicy. The fries and cheese curds were pretty good as well. Ok, first time at Culver's. Ranked #1 chain burger on YouTube. I got the mushroom swiss butterburger and Kimberly got the regular version with swiss. We both ordered the famous cheese curds. The buns are great, not smashed and the patty is a thin patty that has a sear on it for flavor. It was very good. The cheese curds are like mini versions of mozzarella sticks with different cheese. They were also good. I want to also complement the establishment for helping with a local blood drive they had in their lot. Not only did they allow the blood bus to utilize their parking lot, they gave donors a free pint of ice cream. They absolutely did not have to do this and it was such a cool gesture.
