My kids love this place. Food is what it should be for a place called "burger shack" and love the vibe.

I liked this restaurant because they have a cute playground for kids inside. This is why the three stars, if it were about the food it would be 2). Service was friendly and kind, but my food was not great. It was below average, not sure, maybe i ordered the wrong dish. I had blackened mahi with rice and bean which was too mushy and veggies which did not really have any flavor. I also asked for a coleslaw even that was not made too well. The kid menu hamburger with fries was pretty big portion, they liked it. They liked even more to play at the play area. I enjoyed we can sit at the table and still watch them. The play park seemed to be clean and have shade over. When we arrived for lunch, the place was pretty busy with families, so a good crowd of kids were playing. We had a great time here. Had some chips and queso to start which hit the spot but the highlight was definitely the burgers my sister got a smash burger that was out of this world and my venison bacon burger really had that great venison taste setting it apart from a regular burger. I skipped the kids meals because they seemed a little pricey and got my toddler a side of fruit. Which was a great portion and he of course had some of my French fries. He was a happy camper especially with the playground to keep him occupied right off the dining area. A little b if for small small kids like mine but he will grow into it! read more

I showed up late for a snack while my buddies were getting ice cream. I walked up to the bar, sat down and was able to immediately order a beer and queso smash burger. I guess I was craving a smash burger after seeing a few videos of them earlier in the day (not burger shack smash burgers). I had an ice cold Yuengling while I waited for my burger which came out a few minutes later. The burger was pretty good but it was later in the night on a Saturday. Most things I ate at that point would be pretty good. I did like the queso on the burger, made it all cheesy and yummy. The fries were also good, nice and crisp and not soggy at all. The staff was nice and friendly. I've been here before for dinner with the kids and the fact that they have a playground for the kids right next to the tables while you eat is genius. Such a cool, kid friendly restaurant. The food was really good and the prices were reasonable. The service was prompt and I did f have any complaints. The kids got some energy out in the playground then refilled with some ice cream. I was happy to see the one dairy- free option, watermelon sorbet, but would love to see more. Located on Lighthouse Cove where they have the adventure golf courses and the ice cream bar, the Burger Shack is a solid spot for appetizers, ok burgers, really good ice cream, and good vibes. A beer and wine establishment, the selection for wine was basic but doable and worked. The coconut shrimp and the mango habanero wings were my favorite items. Delicious and very satisfying. The potato fritters were decent as were the chips and queso. The double smash burger I ordered was ok. I did a make my own with queso bianvo, caramelized onions, and bacon. I didn't really taste the onions and the bacon was a little meager. Overall it's a good place to hangout especially after mini golf, where they also have an area for cornhole and a playground for the kids. And the ice cream flavors are good like the Superman flavored one. read more

We have been coming here a few years now. We love that our grandchildren can play on the playground. Tonight we waited 45 minutes for a table. There were 2 tables open at the same time that could accommodate our party of 7. I asked if we could sit at the other empty table as the sun would be directly in 4 of our 7 groups eyes. She said no, they are waiting for 2 tables to put together. The second table never left, so no 2 tables to put together. The group of 9 sat at the other table all squished when they could of had our table nice and comfy. You now have to order via your phone. Which I hate. Apparently, the staff does too. This was related to me by another person who works there. The waitress came over, literaly threw 3 lemonades on the table no straws and proceeded to talk to her friends at the next table for a good 5 min. We made eye contact because I did have questions. She NEVER came over to help me. They brought out the 3 kids meals. I finally caught her to ask my question. It was an allergen question for my husbands meal. She took his order. If she would of come over once to ask if anyone needed refills or if there were any issues with the food, she would of noticed I had no food or drink. When she verbally took my husbands order, she didn't ask if everyone ordered. Granted there was only 1bottle of beer ordered so it wasn't a high ticket table. Those tables that had alcohol flowing, she was untra attentive. I guess the possibility of a higher tip was her motivation. (I usually tip at least 25% sometimes more if my grands are very messy.) Great location! Located on the way to one of our favorite parks- DuBois, and a short ride from our condo. We started at the bar- wine and draft beer were buy one get one. I had the house wine it was ok - I finished one and took the other to their miniature golf. The golf course was clean and kept up with, we had a lot of fun. Came here while doing mini golf next door with family. The ambiance is great and helpful that they went all out with the kids playground, the cornhole area, and the TVs everywhere. Service was a tad on the casual paced side of things and I wish our server was able to spend a little more attention on our table. The food was delicious, but the portion was small. What a fun place! We came here to celebrate a couple of our friends daughter's birthday and everyone had a nice time. Everything is outside under the cover and we were kept cool by fans and plenty of shade. There are a couple of corn hole sets to play and an open air playground for the kids. There is a good selection of food items to choose from and I went for the pulled pork sandwich with a side of rice and beans. The pork was good, but I thought the sauce could have used a little more flavor. It tasted bland to me. Maybe my taste buds were off or it didn't seem right. Either way, I ate almost all of it regardless of the matter. Our waitress was busy at first and she did come to our table with drinks to start off with. We ended up catching up and we weren't rushed to order. After the kids decided to take a break from playing, we put the order in for the food and they were able to rest a while until they decided they were full enough until cake...lol. I have big issues with the new system implemented for the orders, you now need to do it yourself on a website. You basically order to go but to eat it here at the restaurant. Weirdest interaction ever as you need your server to ask them questions if you have any but you need to enter your food yourself. The server was very understanding and friendly, I'm just sad I couldn't have a real service from her, not her fault AT ALL, she did great to help me go through the all process. I guess just not what expect from going out to eat. Ambiance is great, amazing place for kids and the food is more than decent for the price. But please bring back real service so we can feel good about tipping servers properly for doing their job, not for running food. I feel for the staff that probably has to go through explaining the process to so many people and loose the human part of the job. Glad I came without my kids today so I'll be in and out. Won't come back until I hear about this QR code menu-order your food-non sense is gone. EDIT : the manager heard my frustration and went to talk to me and explained that you can in fact use the QR code OR order the usual way with a menu. I am Los Jimmy and this is the worst food I ever had. The chicken sandwich looked very good on the outside. When I took bite it taste like a salt mine in my mouth. They put so much salt that I think it was scary. The amount of salt is to kill an adolescent blue whale. The service was okay the waiter was okay. What a fun place to have lunch or dinner!! Especially if you have children in the group!! The restaurant is located right next to a putt putt golf course which is perfect when you are done playing! It is open but covered so there isn't any AC. But they do have tons of fans so it feel cool. There is a patch to play cornhole. And their is a play area for the kids. Very child friendly!!! We had a light lunch but everything was delicious. I had a burger and fries and it was just a burger but delicious. My daughter and my dad both had the chicken tenders and there were no complaints. My husband and stepmom decided to just have the key lime pie. They said overall it was good but just a tad too sweet. My daughter also finished the meal with a scoop of ice cream that she gave a 5 star rating. They had many flavors to choose from! If you're looking for a great atmosphere with a great staff, then this is the place! Right when you walk in there is a great cornhole set up with a huge screen behind it so you can keep watching the game. Once you're in the restaurant, you are still outside but surrounded by tv's so you can watch every event on tv. We love this place! We come here every time we are in Jupiter area with the kids especially after a beach day at Dubois. The kids love playing on playground while they wait for their food. Yes. Huge fan of this spot from all aspects. This spot has a lot to offer from a play ground to mini golf to corn hole a very cool indoor/outdoor restaurant vibe. We went on a freezing cold night so it was a bit rough out there but the staff was great in accommodating and bringing over a heater to our table. The atmosphere is great and the food is awesome. We started with the chicken tender quesadilla and it was incredible 10/10 would recommend. We then both god burgers that I forgot the name of but they were both incredible and would also get these again. Restaurant has a bunch of TVs at the bar area and just an all around cool place. Food was pretty good but service was slow. The grilled chicken BLT wrap was great. I just wish they served it with a side. The Chunker burger was huge, filling, and tasty. The mahi wrap was a bit fishy and we wouldn't order again. The sweet potato fries came out cold but they had a good taste. Planned by an old friend I was meeting. The restaurant was filled with all ages and the younger ones were running around and screaming. We were unable to talk and hear each other. I ordered the special, fried grouper sandwich at $17. It looked wonderful when it arrived but I soon discovered that it was more breading than fish. I am not sure who is responsible for the messages here but I want to address a situation I encountered yesterday. My daughter has allergies to seafood and the cook refused to accommodate her. I wanted to order a simple quesadilla but, the easiest dish that could be made away from cross contamination, he said he was to busy and the kitchen too small to be able to prepare it for her . Online this showed this place as being "dog-friendly" although upon reaching the hostess she stated it's only for service dogs. We tried to get some more information and management said they only allow dogs for specific people with specific disabilities. So more or less, management told us, you can have a service dog but you need a specific disability in order to eat here with your dog. Once management told us this we left since they didn't care about our business and denied us. Find by me, a lot more places like PapiChulo are dog friendly. 1) It's against Federal Law to harass someone with a service dog. 2) I don't know how anyone hasn't sued them yet because of this harassment. Due note, they don't allow dogs but yet allow kids to run around tables putting more danger and stress in the waiters/servers table service. I don't understand. I stopped here after some morning diving... after hitting up YELP for the "best burger in town". I was directed to the Burger Shack. When I pulled up.. I noticed it was all one large facility, consisting of a mini golf course, restaurant, large outdoor restaurant pavilion, and a large child's play area, sort of like an upscale McD's! But I went in and took a chance... figuring it was 4.5 stars. Had to be good, right? Not so much. Burgers are small... meat is probably not all beef, the flavor of my Danny Noonan burger was pretty bland, even with added jalapenos. The onion rings I got had to have been frozen just before I ordered them. This would be a great place for a family to come to, let the kids run wild with minigolf or the play area... and mom and dad can get beer, wine or cocktails... and some average food to go with it. Probably a great concept for those with kids... but I will pass. I would have rather had a Quarter Pounder with cheese... better burger, in my opinion... and I do not like the golden arches... bleh! Server was great... no problems there! But if this is the "best burger in town" Jupiter needs an upgrade! There are much better burgers in the area... nearby. My family has been going to the Burger Shack for years. We have two young kids and it's the best place for them to let off some steam while enjoying a beer. In the past three or four months there have been too many changes, from taking simple appetizers off the menu to a constant decline in ticket times. Fortunately the servers are as frustrated as the customers and they truly care about us. Last Saturday we watched the manager sit down and enjoy his meal at 1 PM while we waited over 40 minutes for our food. The sad thing is we didn't even get to eat here after our mini golf b/c the hostess didn't want to seat us. There were plenty of open tables and it wasn't crowded but since we were a party of 9 they wanted to put 9 of us on a 6 top instead of breaking us up into 2 tables. We asked for 3 people to sit at the 4 top and 6 at the 6 top so we could have room and not sit on top of each other. We offered to be on separate checks if there were two different servers. She said that won't work and told us we had to wait for another 6 top to open which made no sense. Instead of seating us in order, a party of 4 behind us got sat at the 4 top leaving us to wait. That's what you get when you get kids running your restaurant. I asked for a manager and some young kid came up and said he could seat us at a 6 top. I have never in my life seen such stupidity. This place was a great find!! So much to do and in a great location, a drive for us but it was awesome. The restaurant is attached to an ice cream shop and a mini golf place. Perfect for a family night out or even as a date night. There are 2 different areas for kids to play, an actual playground and a little fake grass area to play tag, etc. Both areas are fenced in completely also. Genius honestly, more restaurants should offer this. All seating is outside (covered) with many TVs and a huge bar. Very casual atmosphere. There was a bit of a wait but it was worth it! The staff are all super friendly and service was quick! The drinks are great, highly recommend the red sangria- delicious!!
