I encountered a serious issue. I found mold in my food the cajun pasta. Once I noticed it i flagged down a server, who quickly brought the manager over. She was apologetic, promised to remove the item from the check, and assured me that she would investigate the issue thoroughly.While I appreciated her response and professionalism, finding mold in my food raised serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene and food safety standards. Even though the manager handled it as best as possible, I couldn't overlook this alarming incident. I hope they take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening again, as food safety should always be a top priority. So absolutely amazing. So many things on the menu look wonderful. Make sure you go to their website and sign up for the email and you get a free zinger appetizer! It takes a few days to get so do it before your trip! I love the menu with so many selections for picky eaters and amazing bar food. We were able to sit outside on their enclosed patio with our dog so bring your pet! Fried Jalapeños - a little too much coating but amazing flavor Grilled chicken BLT - very good. They use a pepper bacon on it so it changed the flavor entirely. The French fries have a great seasoning on them. 35 fried shrimp - yes you do indeed get 35 shrimp. If you are like me you will sit there and count just for fun to see if it was correct. If lucky you may get 36 who knows. The side of Mac and cheese WAS SO GOOD. Go ahead and get it to try, home made, bread crumbs on top. I stole my dads off his plate it was so good. Prime rib burger - burger cooked perfect. We get extra rare and they made it exactly right. They put a ton of prime rib and fried onion straws on it. I do recommend that you get the sauces on the side of it because my mother and myself did not like the sauces so we were happy we got those on the side of the burger. Last night we decided to get a quick bite at the Ale House off center st . We only had an hour from the time we left the house and get back to watch my sons college basketball team play on ESPN . We arrived and we're seated promptly. The place was packed every booth , high top and only two seats at the bar. We received the last booth . I was ordering quick and went to my favorites , fish dip , zinger salad (550 cal) and a Yuengling beer. My wife Shirlee had 12 wings and a margarita and we shared the fish dip and crackers . It was excellent and Peter the waiter did an outstanding job and kept things coming. We were there 45 mins no rush had a excellent meal and brought back about 9 of those wings for lunch . To be fair, food cools down on the trip home, but all vents in the containers were opened upon receipt. I can't give zero stars for some reason so 1 star it is. We ordered 3 entrees. A 12oz sirloin, 6 wings and prime rib. The prime rib was good. The steak and wings were inedible. Steak was 1/2" thick, burnt and all fat and grizzle. The wings had zero seasoning and made the person eating them sick to his stomach. The waitress was nice but brought the bill and much to my surprise took nothing off the bill and offered nothing other than to cook another meal. When I asked why they refused to do anything to make up for the awful food she said "I asked the manager already and they didn't feel like discounting anything". We insisted she ask again and finally after basically begging, they took the disgusting meals off the bill. Nobody really cares here. Avoid this terrible location of Millers. Bf asked for water. My drink and 1 water (his) was delivered. Ok no problem. I ordered soup first, followed by a side salad and a filet mignon. Bf got the ribeye. Well idk if our server was the only server working (it sure seemed like it). So it took about 12 minutes to get one thing to eat at our table and that was the salads (side dinner salads). Except only one came, she had to go have the chef make bf's. I thought that was strange that only my salad was made. About 3 minutes passed and our mains were delivered. I guess I'm not getting my soup (I saw it sitting in the window) for a VERY long time. No one-no server, no food runner no bartender, AND no manager (all of whom I saw standing RIGHT by expo) acknowledged the soup sitting there, and sitting there. I see this as laziness and lack of urgency which I see so much of in restaurants lately. There was absolutely no concern expressed to me after my soup wasn't brought. The server never acknowledged it missing. Like it was no big deal. Well, I picked this horrific place because of THAT soup. And steak. 8oz filet. The toughest "filet" I've ever tried to eat. It was also cooked MR when ordered M. I had to saw through my 2 bites before sending it back. (I swear it was not filet but the sirloin and I'd bet my last dollar on that). I also believe it wasn't filet because of the portion and price. It looked bigger than 8oz, and certainly wasn't what I expected in a filet mignon. (Tender). I got a cheeseburger-out of desperation. Needless to say this will be the last time I spend any money at any Ale House unless I hear that the quality of food and service has improved. It's so frustrating to choose a restaurant only to be extremely disappointed and get no acknowledgment or apology from ANYONE "working" and I use that term loosely because it seemed to me not much work was being done. The weather made outdoor dining pleasant, the food was hot and delicious and my server was friendly. Service is subpar! Our food order was mixed up and served individually. One plate came out 10 to fifteen minutes before anyone else's. I usually will come here often I like their teriyaki zingers they are so good but when I came here on Valentine's Day with my husband it was a sodding mess. My waitress literally disappeared no where to be found, we didn't get refills the whole time, we waited for over an hour for our food, my zingers didn't taste like the usually teriyaki at all they tasted like barbecue so I returned them and my husbands steak was cold and over cooked. Bar / Restaurant I am a fan of Millers locations overall and this was no exception. This chain delivers a decent meal and drinks at affordable prices. Having some time to kill before flying back to NY, I was tooling around and found myself in Jupiter and getting hungry. Taking in the laptop and getting settled in a booth ion the middle of the afternoon is my kind of "work". The waitress got me up and running with a cold beer and menu and I got busy. Emails completed, and food ordered, I sat back and enjoyed my beer and had a look around - typical Miller's decor- fishing tackle and all adorn the place - lots of wood booths and even though it was the middle of the afternoon, there was a good number of people at the bar having cocktails and lunch. Food was good and I even went for some dessert, which is unlike me - but I figured I would be flying and wouldn't eat again until the next day.... how's that for justification?
