Seriously, don't bother. Mediocre food and terrible service. While waiting to be seated, three servers complained about the bad attitude of a customer who waited 1.5 hours for food. They were all focused on his bad behavior without thinking for even a second about how they'd feel about being ignored for 90 minutes in a dump w bad food. These people are clueless. After watching all this and waiting for 10 minutes while there were at least 4 empty tables, I told them there is a reason why customers are upset and just left. I won't be back. read more

The food was surprisingly good and pretty cheap for a sports bar. I got the mahi mahi sandwich and it was super tender with great flavor. The chips weren't great though definitely pay for the fries. Will definitely come back to try other things. The service wasn't great however though and they had like no actual sports channels to watch games. We went to this place over the weekend. My two stars are for our server, who I felt did a great job under awful conditions. However...we were told we had to wait 10-15 minutes although there were probably 7-8 available tables. Clearly a staffing issue. Host and hostess were clueless. When I would go to the original Brass Ring you would get a full pitcher of beer with an ice bag, and two pints. We got about half a pitcher. So that was disappointing. The smoked fish dip was good. The wings, something the Brass Ring is known for were unforgivable. Some had clearly been fried twice, dry, tough and it tasted like they haven't changed their fry oil in a month. Utterly disgusting. We had to pick through the $35 something order to find ones that didn't taste like dumpster water and were chewable. The restroom was awful. So again..staffing issues. I love the Brass Ring in North Palm, so this is really disappointing. I won't go back to the Jupiter location. read more

We used to be NPB location customers, but after constant issues with parking, issues with being seated, feeling rushed and unwanted, we decided to try this location. We will be returning... First of all, we were first greeted with a large parking lot and tons of availability. We were very happy to see a host station and a very clean/happy atmosphere. We were greeted and seated immediately and welcomed by our server, Lauren. She was an absolute delight and very 'on her game' all the while wearing a smile. We were informed of specials, which we didn't know were a thing. The food arrived in perfect time and order (had apps which had adequate time until entree arrived/ never felt rushed) The food was amazing and hot. I don't mind waiting for my food to cool down. We were asked about dessert at the end (also didn't know was a thing) Again, we will be back to THIS location. read more

The Brass Ring Pub has excellent bar food combined with great service. It has a great location in the heart of Jupiter. I had the grilled smoked sausage and my husband had the roast beef. Both were very good and the fries were excellent. I also had a Tito's Cosmo which was perfect. Next time we will try their award winning burgers. Chase was our server and got us in and out quickly. We finally found a great burger place in Jupiter that can provide efficient lunch service! We will be back. My only regret was not trying this place sooner. read more

For a pub burger, this is five stars. Also giving it 5 stars for the price/value/taste combination. I had the mushroom burger which I usually don't get and it was fantastic. Honestly I've driving by this place soooo many times and the store front just never looked "inviting" idk but I just never really pay attention to it. Came here for lunch and gave it a try! I was honestly surprised by how good the burger was! Flavor was there, nice toasted bun. Fries were good as well. Only thing is that I waited like 20 minutes for my meal to come out which was more than what I anticipated. But over all it was good, I would come back for lunch and maybe try something else. Not a fan of places that have the darker type of setting. White led lighting would be my preference over yellow bulbs They did have some arcade games there also so it seems invinting for a family dinner with kids and stuff. A solid 4. After all the people I heard rave about this place, we were not impressed. Order 30 wings and these are by far the smallest wings we've ever gotten at a restaurant. The teriyaki wings were way too sweet and the mild garlic ones were nothing special. At over $1 a piece, these were a big disappointment. We also ordered the spinach dip and while we liked the hardy homemade tortilla chips the spinach dip itself was pretty runny. When I say runny, I don't mean cheesy. It was liquify and just ran off the chips. We let it sit quite a while and it got a little better, but not much. Our server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was quite warm and when you first walk in it felt like the heat was on it was so hot. No one said anything about the AC not working properly, but something was definitely off. We spent well over $50 and I'd have to say it was not well spent. If you're looking for okay bar type food, then I'm sure you'd be happy, but I don't think this place necessarily serves the hype I've heard. Popped in here on our way down to the Keys and enjoyed a meal and the friendly staff. It's a standard bar vibe and they have high top or regular table seating. The food is on par with "American bar style" food options - think burgers, wings, fries, etc. I had some of the wings as it was suggested by several reviewers and they weren't wrong - they were good. The fries were your normal run of the mill - good, but nothing to write home about. They have a full bar and you can have just about anything you can think of for a drink. Our waitress was incredibly nice and talked to us about the area and made suggestions of things to do in the area we were headed. Very thoughtful. Definitely best burger in Jupiter. Wings are nothing special but if they put them in the oven for a few minutes after the fryer they would be great. The wings seemed soggy and possibly undercooked. Take wings out of fryer 1-2 minutes early and out into a 400F oven for 3-4 minutes for the win. Salad served in a cold bowl, I admit that's a classy move not done much anymore. Chili is homemade and very tasty. Prime rib is well done as is their horseradish cream sauce. Servers and hostess always friendly and professional. Manager is a great guy. If you like sports they got like 25 TV's everywhere. 3.5 stars but could be a 4.5 easily with some tweaks read more

Better than the average sports bar. The staff was excellent - our server regularly stopped by to check on how we were doing but wasn't hovering. The menu was "typical sports bar" fare, but some of the preparations were surprising - the fried onion rings were thinly cut onions, hand breaded - not "the usual" over-breaded massive slices. The nachos were fresh and crisp - and the toppings plentiful. The burger was excellent, but the star of our food was a buffalo chicken sandwich. No surprise, plenty of choices for beers along with a good selection of wines and cocktails. Overall, we had a great evening there and will be back. read more

I've been to all manner of Brass Ring locations and each is sorta unique to the space they built out in. My family and I have been going to the Jupiter location since it opened and have always been generally pleased or decently happy. Last night they were pretty busy, no parking really... we did wait for a table but not long. We had a great server who was eager to please. We had drinks and burgers and noticed something strange. In all my years, in all the locations, of all the burgers I've eaten there... their burgers have never been shockingly smaller than the bun to the point of looking sorta like balls. I mean, I've been to people's house's whose mama can't slap a burger or put so little meat that that they cooked up as "burger balls" but never in a restaurant where I'm paying hard earned money during what I'd describe as a recession. We like so many are eating home more. In general service and food all around everywhere isn't what it used to be. Lots of places are closing doors around the country even large chains are filing bankruptcy. I personally have a soft spot for the Brass Ring Pub chain and don't want to see it ever close it's doors. For this reason I wrote my review. We didn't want to give our excellent server a hard time about what the kitchen did. We ate, we paid, tipped and left. But, I'm telling you to find a way not to turn off your core people who want to keep you in business. Don't skimp. If you have to do something to offset the inflated prices you're paying for your raw materials do it. Don't ruin the quality of what you serve people because then you'll lose business for good. read more

Stopped by for a late lunch and sat at the bar. This location is much different than the one in north Palm Beach. To me it feels cleaner and brighter. While there were not many people there on a Thursday afternoon at 2 the wait for our food seemed a little long. I ordered a cup of conch chowder and sesame tuna. Both were great. My husband ordered chicken wings and coleslaw. They were not anything special. Our server was attentive but the food coming out of the kitchen was sloooww. Not sure why it took so long for the food to arrive but we were not in a rush and enjoyed watching the multiple TVs and chatting with others at the bar. read more

American I always like a cozy bar with good food and so far, the Brass Ring delivers. There is a pretty good sized dining room to the eight when you walk in and a zig-zag bar to the left. Since I was alone, I opted for the bar and grabbed me a seat. The seats themselves are bit beat to hell- they reminded me of something out of a lounge lizard kind of place.... but aside from that, the bar area was fine. Bartender was on her game and the guy who was essentially the bar back was funny as well. I was closer to the end of the bar near the wait station and frankly, the servers were also funny and enjoying themselves. Got a libation to start and pursed the menu. Menu has a lot of the items you would expect: burger / sandwiches, steaks and apps. A little light on the seafood options but pretty good selection nonetheless. Drinks were well made and the bartender was great- there just enough to check on me and keep things running. She was also frank as to what was a better option on the menu, which was much appreciated. Food was as advertised- I stuck mostly with apps as it was later in the evening and I didn't want a whole dinner. Lazy shrimp were large and fresh out the fryer. Fries were perfectly done, which is usually a pet peeve of mine. These were cooked perfectly. All in all a great time and prices were great, especially for the area. One of those spots that is always on the list to grab a meal. I will say that it is not always consistent here. However, most of the time they do a great job. And not that it's their fault, but there has been a lot of new faces and staff turnover or at least it seems that way. I do like to have a consistent staff. Wings are good burgers are great.
