One of those spots that is always on the list to grab a meal. I will say that it is not always consistent here. However, most of the time they do a great job. And not that it's their fault, but there has been a lot of new faces and staff turnover or at least it seems that way. I do like to have a consistent staff. Wings are good burgers are great. We frequent this restaurant, primarily because the food is good. The service is always great. Brass Ring serves an array of American foods - burgers, sandwiches, fries, etc. My favorite thing to order is a cheeseburger and fries. The food is always so fresh and the burgers are juicy and delicious! The fries are usually crisp and hot. I highly suggest a half order of nachos with the chicken, you will not be disappointed! The french onion soup is good, nothing spectacular. I will say the prime rib is not as good as they claim it to be.. a few of us got it the last time we were in. It tastes like it is soaked in the au jus and all but one of our prime ribs were overcooked and cold.. we ordered 7. We had a large party and did not want to complain but it was disappointing. However, I had the prime rib sandwich in the past and it was tender and tasty. The inside could use some updating but nonetheless it is a typical bar/restaurant style atmosphere. read more

As we are very common customers at this restaurant since the opening. My service dog has been here often and this time, they refused to give him water at my request. The manager approached us and said it was against the law, which is untrue. As long as it is okay with the handler it is allowed. They have no obligation, but to refuse water to a panting service animal is just unacceptable. read more

I was so excited to come here because I heard so much about the burgers. When I walked in with my mother, the hostess could not have been as cold with no personality. At that point my mom looked around and said I think we should go back to the Ale House in Jupiter which is where we always go to have a great burger and time. But I suggested let's go try this place ... I've heard so much about it. So so so so so disappointing. The service was below par. Nobody had a smile on their face and I have never seen such an unprofessional staff in my life. I was very disappointed and so was my mother. I felt bad because she was excited to go there because of the reputation of their burgers. Our server did not even know what kind of me it was made out of... They serve the food in plastic containers and give you chips and charge you an extra $0.75 for French fries. Seriously. I will never come back here!! I will always go to the Jupiter Ale House which is absolutely a thousand times better than this place. I feel sorry for everybody working there they look very unhappy. I went in for lunch with a girlfriend it had been a while we're catching up I didn't even want to go out to eat because I'm on a major budget and can't really afford many things at the moment... I had about two bites of my burger because we were talking so much and I put the rest of it to go but I forgot the to go on the table and we left and I got halfway home and realized I forgot it. I called the restaurant they said they already threw it away but the owner Brett said it's no problem he would make me a new burger and I was so grateful. You have to go in to pick it up but it seemed they were cleaning things often. The wings were some of the best that we have had since moving here. Meaty and saucy and very very good. The only tough thing was that we got two different flavors of sauce but the boxes weren't labeled. Made for a fun taste test. The burger was also fantastic. Fresh good quality meat. First impressions are everything. My husband and I thought we would try something different on a Sunday night, and had heard good things about the original location but had never been. I am not usually a "reviewer" of such, but felt the need to review in hopes that management will see this and perhaps improve upon things. Small wait, 10-15 minutes. No problem. The bar is small and all seats taken. Thought we would stand and have drink, but the hostesses SCREAM out the names of people on the wait list right in your ear. Not a great first impression. (3) young women all at the Hostess stand, and none of them had any real "people skills". They all looked bored, and seemed to be biding their time. Food was OK, nothing to write home about. Felt the prices were fair, but would rather go to Duffy's or the Ale House for better food and ambiance. There is a far back corner waiter's station far across the room from the kitchen. The bus boys went by our table twice with a BIG huge container of garbage. Really? Seemed chaotic. Our waitress had the same people skills at the hostesses. Seemed only interested in doing the minimum, and no personality. Threw the check down and didn't even say good bye. Felt like a big cafeteria. Loud, poor cafeteria like lighting. My boss always buys us dinner on Sunday nights. We have all been to the Brass Ring in N. Palm and love it. We were soo excited to have one close to us in Jupiter. We ordered takeout. The order was called in and apparently never rang in. Ok. Mistakes happen. My boss was told the order would be expedited and only a few minutes. He waited almost 20 more minutes (after being told just a few more minutes) before getting up to leave. The manager told him the order was being bagged up. I order the triple decker turkey sandwich with bacon. I literally got untoasted white bread with turkey. No bacon. No lettuce. No tomato. Just bread and turkey. (A generous portion of turkey but still... not what i ordered.). Pretty disappointing. The place is still new. I would wait a while until they fix all of their kinks. We will never be going back. We ordered take out and got home and our burgers were raw on the inside. I'm talking raw patty raw not just pink on the inside. After taking a couple bites we were disgusted and threw them out. I called them to let them know about the situation and the manager told me "oh that never happens" not I'm sorry just that they never make a mistake and asked if I want to drive back there so they can make me another.
