Breakfast shouldn't be hard to get right, which made this experience especially frustrating. I ordered "The Loop" but received what seemed like a completely different sandwich something closer to a "hangover" special I didn't ask for. I specifically requested an egg bagel, but what I got was a very hard, plain bagel that tasted stale and was difficult to bite through. On top of that, it was covered in egg yolk, making the whole sandwich soggy and unappetizing. Honestly, the bagel was the worst part. It felt old and poorly prepared. I was intrigued to go here while I'm staying in business; I went twice- assuming the first time was a fluke due to being busy. Customer service is poor, dude rolled his eyes at me because he rang my order in wrong, when I clearly said strawberry cream cheese. Same cashier didn't even have the customer service to turn around and confirm what bagels he had, he immediately just told me no we don't have that, but sir I can see the bagel behind you. Charging for butter? I didn't even ask for butter, if it's an up charge you should say that before just tagging it on. This place is a literal joke. I got the most simple order ever, and they still managed to mess it up when on top of that they were not even busy. This is the bagel I received. Do not eat here! I ordered their Supernova bagel that comes with salmon and the salmon was absolutely disgusting. It was not fresh at all, it tasted like it was maybe weeks old and was discolored. So first off the food is awesome. I've never had a bad breakfast sandwich and it's pretty reasonably priced too. It's like $6 for a standard bacon egg and cheese and like $8 for a speciality sandwich. I normally always order the looper and it's made to order so it's always hot Ang good. The only downside of bagel boyz is it's pretty crammed inside and every time you go for the amount of customers and take out orders they receive you would think they would hire enough staff so you don't wait 10 minutes to order a bagel and 15 minutes to receive it. i loooove bagel boyz! been coming here for over a decade. the food is good and affordable, i recommend the breakfast bagel as you can fully customize it! super quick service as well, whenever i order takeout it's done within 15 mins and they have a shelf for online orders so you can just grab and go. although if you order takeout, check if your order is right because occasionally they get it wrong... i personally don't mind because honestly that happens very often in fast food service and i always check my order before i leave. the inside is small but cute and nice to have a quick bite with one or two other people. it's a local staple, definitely check it out! read more

There is another bagel shop within 10 min that I used to go to. I wasn't thrilled with the lack of egg on a BEC bagel and the bagels didn't taste fresh. Service was fast, bagel sandwich was awful. I had the O'brian For the first time. The the pastrami was cured in-house but had a tremendous amount of pepper in it, too hot for my taste. It came with hash browns Which I thought would be a side of hash browns. Instead it appeared to be a frozen hash brown patty which was barely cooked And inside the sandwich. This used to be one of my favorite breakfast spots in Jupiter. Have been getting the same order for years and often order for friends. It's gone downhill significantly. They cut out a lot of the ingredients that they used to use and suddenly just are no longer on menu items. They are no longer available for delivery through DoorDash, and now only through Toast which uses Uber drivers. The last two times I've ordered here, half of my order was missing and there is no way to contact anyone or get a refund for those missing items. Toast says you have to call the store store directly and the store employees say you have to call Uber. However there is no way to contact Uber. Just bad business strategy and bad customer service. I'll start off by saying they have pretty good bagels here, I'm from Jersey so I'm picky. The dough had a good chew to it, but I found the everything mixture was too salty. I was upset with the cream cheese as it seemed extremely melty as if it had been sitting out. I didn't get my bagel toasted so I know it wasn't the warmth of the bagel itself. The meal itself was a great price! An omelet with 3 mix ins of your choice, sliced tomatoes or hash browns (even though it's on the menu, they didn't have fruit) and a bagel with butter or cream cheese. ALL of that food for $9! EPIC FAIL. A PBG disaster. Stopped in for a toasted egg bagel with cream cheese. Looked up and saw the menu boasting a house cured and smoked 1/2 lb pastrami sandwich. Sounded super, so I added it to the order, hoping that I've found a decent sandwich stop, since there aren't really any great delis in PBG. It's fun to order bagels when there are so many flavors! I ordered several regular-flavored bagels for my family: blueberry, honey wheat, plain and multigrain everything. I also ordered 2 speciality bagels: jalapeño cheddar and spinach swiss. I added on a small tub of regular cream cheese. I was also 'forced' to purchase 1 giant chocolate chip cookie, one of two pastry items still left in the glass display by the register, which my children begged for. It was thick, very full of chocolate chips and chunks, and large enough to split for 3 people. The jalapeño cheddar bagel was awesome! So flavorful, not overly spicy and the right amount of bagel chewy. I immediately wished I had ordered one of each of the specialty bagels to try! The honey wheat bagels I selected for my children did not fly. They were a little too tough for my littles. The cream cheese was excellent; is it redundant to say it was creamy?! The store setup is pleasant, with wood paneling behind the register, one wall decorated by a graffiti artist and the other wall decorated with large photographs of ocean photography. The store is kind of hidden, the very last store on the end of a corner of a shopping plaza, but this certainly makes parking easy in the plaza's lot. This is super nitpicky, but the person who fulfilled my order sent me away without adding my cream cheeses. If not for my children insisting we stay in the store long enough to consume the aforementioned cookie, I would have walked out with an essential part of my order missing and been pretty frustrated. read more

Heading back to the Fort Lauderdale airport we needed to grab some breakfast on the way down from Port St. Lucie. Found this spot browsing on Yelp and it seemed to be a great midway point. Bagel Boyz claim they bring the New York taste to their bagels, so naturally being from New York we all had to see if they live up to what they say. I ordered the sesame bagel with their house smoked pastrami. The texture and height of the dough was somewhere between a Montreal style and New York style. It didn't quite have the fluffy doughiness of a New York bagel, but the flavor was pretty spot on. The pastrami was super tender and sliced very thin. The combination with the bagel was delicious. The store has a small dining area by the beautiful mural on the left side of the store. If you are in a rush, you can also order ahead. They have their pick up orders waiting on a shelf outside. If it isn't there, you can check with the staff inside if they are still preparing it. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back if I'm ever in the area again. read more
