I received a gift card months ago and finally decided to use it. The restaurant was clean including the restrooms and fountain machine area. There weren't many customers when we visited which was surprising being it was around dinner time on a Saturday. My brother and I both ordered burgers and I ordered a grilled cheese for the little guy. The three of us shared a large order of French fries because there's enough for a small army. Gotta love all those juicy fries at the bottom of the brown bag! Both of our burgers were prepared as ordered and little man loved his grilled cheese. In fact, he commented how pleased he was with the amount of cheese inside the sandwich. I love the ketchup situation because I like a lot of it and detest those freaking packages. My husband and I stopped into Five Guys twenty minutes before closing. The entire staff was busy cleaning and doing their prep work for closing. I was a little concerned that we would get some attitude towards our timing but that was not the case. They jumped right in and took our order. The cashier was a man of few words and was not much for casual greetings but the gentleman preparing our food was upbeat and loaded with smiles. Our burgers came out perfect and the request for well cooked fries was granted. The fries were actually crispy instead of limp and very tasty. My husband decided to order a coffee milkshake. I have never had one of their milkshakes and thought that it was very good. It was so thick that it had to sit for awhile otherwise we would have had to use a spoon. read more

My dad is in love with Five Guys. He even buys a burger for the dog, no bun. Giant fry, giant drink. All the fixings. It's his happy place. (My dad, not the dog.) I think the burgers are good. I waited for over 45 min as they kept telling me "it's coming" I finally told the girl cancel my order I'm already late, and she said they have it right here and apologized because apparently the new guy always takes the order slips and doesn't put them in!! THEN I got to my car and they skimped me on fries $5 for the tiniest cup EVER and didn't even add more to the bag, but I couldn't eat them any way as they were cold. I love Five Guys.......why because no matter where you go you will get the same quality food. At least my experience. Now the prices seem to be creeping up each time I go so we may be getting close to a tipping point on value for the dollar but not quite yet. I had so many hopes for this location. Apparently it's been going downhill for a while. We walked in and weren't greeted in a friendly way by the order taker (which for the most part I was ok with since I know everyone has bad days). Also the prices must have gone up because for a hamburger (2 patties), a little bacon cheeseburger (1 patty), a large fry and 2 drinks was $25! I could have gone to a table service resturant for the same price. We got our drinks and sat down. The first thing I noticed was the unkempt floor. It looks so gross and dirty. Peanut shells, napkins, and even a pickle just scattered all over the floor. My boyfriend used the restroom and came back and said it was dirty and had flies in it. Cant say for sure or not because I didnt use the restroom myself. We get our burgers finally and are excited to eat. Our burgers were made correctly, but we noticed our fries looked heavily salted. I poured them out of the cup and into the paper bag, shook them up for a minute, thinking maybe I could redistribute the salt better. When I opened the fries back up they we ALL still so salty, just entirely covered in it. And unfortunately our burgers were overcooked the last straw. 1 star for the fountain drinks and free peanuts. I come to this location here and there for dinner if I finish work early. It's the same as other Five Guy, busy but not packed. My basic order when I come to the franchise is a Cheese Burger (with mayo, ketchup and lettuce) with an added order of 'regular' size of fries. This and Burgerfi are your premium burger restaurants, if you rate it bad because of the prices... Why eat here in the first place? You can get your money's worth at Five Guys. read more

I took my good friend here this past Monday because we happened to be in the area and he had never been to one. Honestly the last time I came was about 5 years ago and I now remember why. The food is OK but over priced. $7 dollars for a fast food place on a burger that really wasn't that great. Yeah they make it in front of you but when you add fries and a drink its $15. If you share the fries with another person and get another burger and drink it is almost $30. Yeah no thanks, for that I rather go to a sit down place. The reason for my rating is more so because when we got there we were the only people ordering. Everyone else had already ordered and was eating. Not a great experience on our last visit. The place was filthy and the staff seemed undertrained and there weren't enough of them. One of them was so rude to us that I wonder if she needs common manners training. Very disorganized. 5 guys is a favorite of my kids but we will avoid this location in the future. Probably the warmest service I've ever gotten at a 5 guys. I will say that most 5 guys have decent folks working there, but this one certainly takes the cake. Maybe it's the old small town charm that we rarely see across America anymore. I came here close to closing as I was driving from Miami to Orlando, and suddenly felt the rumblings of the ol' tummy. I didn't realize that they'd be closing in 15 mins, but they were gracious and made me one of the best 5 Guys burgers I've had to date; no dried out meat here. Finally they even made a fresh batch of fries just for me! Honestly all of the employees here were just so nice considering how late it was and they truly delivered service with a smile. This place is always hit or miss, lately it's been stuck on misses. They just can't seem to get an order right. How hard is to make sure a burger is properly made and has the correct toppings? Apparently it's easy to miss the bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. Or the jalapeños, hot sauce, onions, or whatever you wanted. They just make it any way they feel like and expect you to not complain. The only reason for the 2 stars is because if you do complain, they will make it right. Problem is on a takeout order, how many people will actually Complain? First off, I would like to say the staff is super polite. I have eaten at Five Guys only a handful of time and my experiences there have been pretty good for the most part. Never had an issue with food or service. Last night, my wife placed an online order (first time we have ordered online). Unfortunately, the experience was less than great... the website said the order would be ready by 18:00 and I got there at 18:05. The survey asked about an "online pickup" spot being clearly visible. I did not see any such area at this location. I did opt to pay in store and waited in line with everyone else. I was kindly greeted, paid for my order, and was told it will be ready "soon." So, I took my receipt and waited for my family's food to be ready. There was another influx of customers that ordered and I noticed that two other patrons received their food before mine was ready. I was then kindly greeted by another employee and they asked me if I've been helped. I told them I made an online order and was waiting. They looked to a shelf and saw my order sitting there. Meanwhile, the order online stated it would be ready by 18:00 and it was now 18:45. They asked me if I wanted a free drink which I kindly declined. I was told they were gonna make me fresh fries and again apologized. I was handed my food and headed home. Once at home, the fries were still super hot and super fresh. In turn, warmed up the burgers some. The ones closer to the top were warmer. The one at the bottom, not so much. My wife's burger (unfortunately, the burger at the bottom) was kinda warm and overly sauced. She requested light saucing and it was drenched. Making the burger super soggy. Needless to say, she only ate the fries. Mine and my daughter's burgers were warm and pretty good. If I order again, it will definitely be in store. Again, the staff was polite, but at one point they were blaming one another for the mishap. I love ordering online, but until there is a better setup (maybe at other locations there are), I will be making my purchases in store. read more
