Very disappointed with my service through the drive through here on 1-10/2023. Why? Not because the line was long. It wasn't, which added the star but for being overcharged for a bottle of water to my McDonald's filet o fish meal when their soda machine was down and not being told that the water would add a surcharge to the bill, when I was unable to get my desired fountain Diet Coke! Personally, if I were the supervisor, I would make sure that the McDonald's meals which includes a drink, would still have that option at no extra charge for the INCONVENIENCE of not getting what I requested initially, as I in good faith opted to spend money at your location. I now know that if the soda machine is down, I will say, "No thank you and bring my business elsewhere. Servant leadership in corporate America is sorely missing these days as is the Golden Rule, sad but true. Maybe better not to consider convenience food any longer. Not good for my health, oh gees, but the convenience sometimes is helpful. I'll think twice now before ever going back to McDonald's. read more

Whom ever the overnight manager is at this McDonald's is atrocious. My husband and I circled around the 24hr drive through twice because the first time around no one answered and we saw how the worker was trying to hide to not attend us. So I pulled up to the window and knocked on until someone came only for that lady to say we don't have anything until 4:20am. Ma'am it was already 4:24 and then she continued to have a piss poor attitude and argue with my husband. That they were cooking the food and nothing was ready we asked ok when can we order and she said in 5 minutes and proceeded to tell us to park because we were running up her clock. I responded by questioning how is that possible if we haven't even ordered yet. She proceeded to have an attitude and slammed her sliding window, not only that but then she said we wouldn't be able to order until 5am. Lastly when we asked to speak to the manager she said she was the over night manager. Whom ever this woman is manager or not she has the worst work ethic. Her customer service is crap and overall this was a horrible experience. I will never come back here and that woman needed to be fired for the betterment of your restaurant. read more

Complete show. Place is ran by a bunch of young kids cursing up and down. We order in the app to pick up in the drive thru and still had to wait forever to get our order. Literally every time I've had to go here there's some giant attitude from staff and you can never just place an order and leave.... There's always an added step. Today at 5am it's leave your dog in the car and come in bc they didn't have their act together... last time they had to treat the order back to me in a creative way that wasn't helping me recall what I ordered...I did a run out for other prime so I had multiple requests on one order... the really sassy guy at the drive through window wouldn't read me back my order & keep snapping at me to tell him what I ordered... I got nervous at the demanding way he requested confirmation after placing the order at the speaker & confirming it there & he acted like I was holding up his whole life. Another time it was still 5 minutes of breakfast time left to order and I had been waiting in the drive through to get a ride lady telling me she didn't feel like making another breakfast... I know we don't go to McDonald's for the brain power but jeeze these people are rude every time I have the unfortunate situation of having to go to them! Ambience? Whenever I have stopped at this McDonald's location, it's always for coffee or lattes. They do a decent job and sometimes it's not as mixed but does the trick of some caffeine. However they tend to make some drinks super sweet, so I specifically ask for less sweetness. Last time I was here was right after getting covid testing and this was my treat. I usually ask them no sugar and some caramel flavor instead to not have it too sweet. The few times I have been tj this location, I do Drive thru option and they are fairly quick about it. This McDonald's is in Jupiter and very close to the turnpike. It's convenient if you are getting off the highway for a quick stop. Overall, a good stop for a quick pick me up. ~ read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Last week they disappeared without explanation after I waited in drive through & ordered when it was storming a little. I waited with my kids at the window for like 20 minutes and ended up driving off. A separate time last week, I ordered two nugget happy meals along with another meal. I got to the window and they tried to charge me extra for the nugget sauce. The lady literally said "my manager said you have to pay for those" - excuse me, but paying for sauce for two orders of nuggets when they had given me no sauce in the bags?! No thank you. They also put a random $2 charge that I saw on my receipt. I ended up going in & returning the food, but the manager just give my kids their happy meals. I wish that she hadn't because as one of my kids was eating, she ate half of a nugget that was actually two nuggets stuck together- but it was not cooked all the way and the middle was raw & mushy. Poor thing said it tasted funny & I only found this upon inspection. I am beyond grossed out & horrified by this establishment. Never again, McDonald's. Never again. read more

Giving one star because it is impossible to have no stars... I have been to this McDonald's many many times and each time has been bad. The past two times I've been here I came at 7:00 and waited in like for 10 minutes before everyone got out of line because nobody was working. The food is sub par at best, but that is what you'd expect from a McDonald's. There is inconsistency in temperature so sometimes the food is freezing and the drinks have no ice. Upon driving up to the speaker to order, I was greeted with "We only have chicken nuggets and french fries". Good Evening to you too! After proceeding to have them elaborate if they had ANYTHING else, the employee with an attitude says "chicken nuggets and french fries". Obviously we opted to go to Wendy's instead, where we were greeted politely at the drive-thru and received exactly what we wanted to order. I have been to this location several times before. I once had the staff duck under the drive-thru window to avoid serving patrons. It seems to be a problem in the evening. But the service during the day is very slow as well. This McDonald's is located very close to Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike. It is a convenient pit stop but the food and service is hit and miss. read more

I rarely ever come to McDonalds for a quick bite, but it was the only location open at the time that (I thought) had ice cream. But, as memory serves me correctly, the ice cream machine was not working, as is usually the case whenever I have gone out to pick some up via the drive thru past 12 a.m. That was the least of my issues. I was almost expecting the ice cream to not be available (in any form), but the true disaster was the extraordinarily long wait time, as well as the quality of the food. I will first cover the wait time. To my recollection, I arrived at the drive thru line (with about 5 cars in front of me) and left in about 45 minutes to an hour. So that equates to a little over 10 minutes a car, if I did in fact wait an hour. Regardless. I'm sure we can both agree this is simply unacceptable. When I asked the kind lady at the second drive thru window what had been making the lines so slow, she mentioned it was just her and one other employee working at the time, who was the cook. Now, I would understand if a former meal was being prepared, but considering the simplicity and time frame it takes to cook a chicken sandwich anf fries, this made no logical sense that it would take this long to throw together the meal I ordered. Thankfully, the black, middle aged woman at the second drive thru window was charismatic and didn't project her frustrations with her dilemma onto the customer (myself). When I arrived home (I live about 10 minutes from this location), I noticed immediately that the fries were stale and cold. Considering the possible argument of the employees would have been that they were extremely busy, and had to rush to make the customers' meals, I found it ironic that the fries would be cold; if anything, wouldn't they be hot? The spicy crispy chicken sandwich waa still warm, thankfully, although it was anything but crispy. I'm not sure where the issue lies - the employee cooking the meals, management, or even corporate, bit this ensured I won't be visiting a McDonald's anytime soon. Next time if I'll either head to the 24/7 Burger King down the street, or even stay home and eat whatever leftovers I have here, especially knowing the main reason I took the trip to McDonalds, the ice cream, was not available once again. read more

I've eaten at this locations a few times, but I won't be back. Several times they have messed up my order and put onions on my Big Mac, when I had asked without. Two weeks ago, I tried curbside for the first time, and it was awful. I was the only car there, and they forgot to bring out my order. I had to call twice for them to finally bring it. It took 25 min. This particular time, was the worst experience. The Big Mac again had onions, but the bun was as hard as rock! I've never had this happen before. The fries were cold and soggy, surprising, since this McDonald's is always so busy. McDonald's is usually reliable and consistent. But not this one. We will be going to other locations from now on. read more

The worst McDs experience ever. Drive thru took 15 min with 3 cars in line. Girl in pickup window had no idea what my order was...finally got order and entire meal was cold. Fed up pulled in to go inside. Big mistake. No one working register , 3 older ladies waiting to get their orders corrected. Had to yell in the back for anyone to even look towards counter/register! Told girl about cold food and please prepare new order...QP w cheese and fries..both were ice cold. 5 min later brought food out..nuked my burger and all cheese liquified and condiments melted away and fries still cold....no manager could be found anywhere and no one behind counter could care less. Once again I come to this place that states it's 24/7 drive thru but I get no service at the drive thru, there was an employee inside on her phone and when I asked her if they were open she said no. I went to the main door and it stated that it's 24/7 for the drive thru. As I am writing this complaint I've seen around 20 cars go into the drive thru and not be assisted. This is getting ridiculous and on top of affecting the customers this is affecting the business. When I got to the speaker at the drive thru, it took the person 7 minutes to speak to me, for them to say, "we only have chicken nuggets right now." First of all, if that's all you had, it should not have taken 40 minutes... and it also should not have taken 7 minutes just for them to say that to me!! Do not go here after a certain time if you want to be served. 24hr location that after 10pm will not answer the drive thru. Multiple times I've tried and tonight I went by around 1:30am and no one in sight, no one answering the drive thru. BE VERY AWARE OF PRICING! I do not go here very often but when I do the prices posted never match what they charge. For example, this morning, the price posted for the sausage biscuit was $1.29 and the price charged before tax was $1.49. Staff is aware of the wrong prices posted but management doesn't want to budge. I feel like they want to make you wait in their drive through and hold up the line just to make the customer feel bad - over 20 cents - but imagine that 20 cents times all their customers. This is unethical for a business to keep doing this when it gets brought up by customers over and over and they make no attempt to resolve it. If it was one product one time it would be a mistake but this is a pattern over the last few years and it is on multiple products. read more

Upon arriving at this McDonalds, we were in the drive thru line and the man in-front of us clearly had a very bad experience with the lady at the window because he drove off very quickly and was screaming out of his window. When we pulled up to the window I was given my food, with no BBQ sauce which was requested at the speaker when the food was ordered. I wasn't given my Oreo McFlurry which I paid for until asking for it 2 times. I had asked for 3 waters and was only given 2. The lady at the window rudely told me that she was not allowed to give out any more free waters and had a terrible attitude while explaining her self. We then parked and entered the location to speak to the manager which turned out to be the woman that was rude at the window. We asked if we could PAY for a third cup of water and she began screaming at us saying the cups aren't free even though we repeatedly said we were willing to pay. She then started to say that she would charge us for multiple sodas and not give us anything if she wanted. I have worked in customer service for MANY years and I can assure you that this company is going to fail miserably and loose many customers if you do not hire a proper leader to run this location. No one in this building was nice, no one was friendly and everyone seemed to be angry for no good reason. The level of disrespect goes far beyond anything I have ever experienced. read more
