Came to Jersey Mike's for lunch. There was a very short line when we got there but even with a line, the service was extremely fast and the staff was very nice. All staff was wearing masks and gloves and working together very well. There was no indoor seating open due to covid but there were spaced out tables outside if you'd like to eat at the restaurant. We decided to take our food to go and eat at home. I got the regular club sub which has cheese, ham, turkey and bacon. I got lettuce, onions and mayo on my sandwich. I only received two slices of bacon on my sandwich which was a little disappointing, I think 3 slices would've been a better amount of bacon since the sandwich was just under $10 with tax. Other than the low amount of bacon, The rest of the sandwich was very good. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because of the low amount of bacon. read more

Do yourself a favor and drive right past this location without stopping. The quality and service have gone downhill. I ordered a sandwich through the mobile app to be picked up. I arrived at the time I was told that my order would be ready. I inquired at the counter about my order and I was told that it wasn't ready yet, so I patiently waited. I stood there, watching customer after customer being taken off of the line and their sandwiches being made while mine was just sitting there waiting to be finished. They probably did at least 5-7 orders from walk ins before I asked again about my sandwich. It was now 5 to 7 minutes after the time I was promised it would be ready. I was told by the manager that they were required to take walk-ins before they took online or call in orders. I asked how that made any sense because I could've just walked in and gotten my order quicker. It defeats the purpose of doing an online order. There was no apology or anything offered and I continue to wait. They took five or six more customers off the line and at that point I had someplace I needed to be so I told them that I just wanted a refund on my order. Suddenly they decided that they would make my sandwich. I will also add that they were four or five other people with order ahead orders that were also waiting like me. I told the manager that it was unacceptable how they handled this situation and I said that I wasn't going to be coming back. I was told by the manager "good we don't need people like you anyway" What a horrible way to handle a paying customer and loyalty member. Yes, they slice it in front of you and they do give you a good amount of meat. But, is it better than Jimmy John's or Subway? Not from my perspective. Not a friendly or welcoming atmosphere at all when walking into this place. Every time I've gone in, and I thought it would change but hadn't and why it goes on is unbelievable. Rudeness doesn't completely describe the manager of this location, but cold, disengaging, unwelcoming, and plain disrespectful paints a more complete portrait. He must be a sad man they hates his life because he spends it selling processed food. I've witnessed this manager be directly dismissive to people that do not look as if they are either wealthy, or some kind of public servant or military personnel. I don't look like any of that so I am in the dismissed group, and have intentionally dressed down just as a test after sending a well dressed friend in - the only difference was a concert T-shirt to a button down shirt - the result? The manager didn't smile but looked the guy in the button down in the face as he handed off the sandwich, and he would not look at me at all even though I was willing to look at him, while he wormishly looked anywhere but at me. If a Rolling Stones shirt or a Grateful Dead the dye is that offensive... Anyhow, this disrespectful, dismissive hypocritical troll that only smiles at babies, and doesn't to the folks spending their hard earned cash on his overpriced sandwich, should likely spend their money where it's more appreciated. I'm done spending in places where the service sucks and rewarding the garbage employees by taking their unprofessional behavior by continually being a patron of businesses that keep employees like these on their staffs. Now let's go further. In seeing the same manager be absolutely dismissive to any kind of delivery driver is even worse, as those people are working hard with their own vehicles, subject to whatever rudeness that occurs by both restaurant employees and customers, but this place takes the cake. The manager on several occasions I saw, would always make sandwiches for the people in his store before completing the orders for the deliveries that were ordered earlier, and prepaid, and then be disrespectful to the people coming in to expedite, deliver, and expand his business - what a terrible representation of this brand. I do not recommend this location to anyone for its ambience or service and highly recommend the Northlake location with the owner Mike who treats his customers' like family. This location on Indiantown in Jupiter has a horrible, horrible owner/Manager!! If he ran the counter, he would chase all of his customer away! This has been a place my family and I have enjoyed for many years, even though it's ridiculously overpriced. Around six months ago we stopped in and my wife ordered a chicken salad wrap. So we get our food and sit down. My wife suddenly opens up her wrap and shows it to me, there's hardly any chicken salad in it at all. She takes it up to the counter and politely asks the woman if she can make it the same way as they always have. The woman behind the counter tells her that it was the amount she was told to use, no more. What happened next makes me laugh still to this day. I mean, paying over 40$ to feed a family of four with deli sandwiches is crazy, but them being stingy and defiant like that... what happened to 'the customer is always right'? For a moment I thought the lady behind the counter was going to get a nearly empty chicken salad wrap in the face. So my wife is upset obviously, I almost wanted to go warn the lady at the counter as I've never known my wife to complain about anything at a restaurant. But now my wife has her phone out, fingers flying as she forms an email to their corporate headquarters. In the end, they ended up gifting us two sandwiches, or at least they said they did. They said we simply had to stop in to claim them. Of course, they had no record of anything when stopped in so we didn't eat there again... until last night. I got a to-go order, which I discovered was 2/3 incorrect when I got home. But I didn't want to drive back so I made the kids pick the stuff off they didn't want and add what they did from the fridge, we made due. But seriously, for the price you pay for these sandwiches they should be correct, the service should be impeccable, and the customer should always be right. Two last things to note... The first thing is this, if you're going to wear a plastic glove to handle the food, why run the register and touch everything else behind the counter with it? Stopped in Jupiter location yesterday, our normal stop is Stuart, I often go to PSL for carry out lunches. Jersey Mikes has the best subs and salads. Everything is consistently fresh and tasty. The restaurants are always clean and service is always good! I usually order #7 (turkey and provolone ) sub in a tub. It is a generous salad with lots of turkey and cheese. Went there for a giant chicken parm sandwich and the chicken was so hard and rubbery it actually felt like a was biting through rubber. For the life of me, I cannot understand why it is so hard to find this sub shop on Yelp. I was getting ready to do the long drive South and wanted to get something tasty to eat. Just could not find that "place" the Yelp is so good at finding. Just as I was losing all hope and about ready to get on the highway hungry, I spied Mike's out of the corner of my eye. Excellent choice. Clean, fast, fresh, friendly. A real nice vibe with no airs and quick smiles. But the food? Well, based on only one Classic Philly I would be a regular if I lived in the area. The bread was soft and yummy. In fact, all the ingredient were yummy. Not too much, not too little, just perfect. For comparison, I've been to the Jersey Mike's location on Woolbright in Boynton Beach which has noticeably smaller loaves of bread and is much stingier with the items going into the sub. It is not unusual for this Jersey Mike's to be completely packed at lunch time, but do not be discouraged if you see a long line, it will move fast. The staff here is friendly, work quickly and the sandwich ingredients are top notch. In terms of quality, only Publix compares to Jersey Mike's, but I prefer the bread at Jersey Mike's. Prices are comparable to getting a sub anywhere else, but don't go anywhere else. Go to Jersey Mike's (just make sure to leave a parking spot for me) ! read more

Jersey Mike...nice try...two cuts above Subway. Come on what's with all the stars...OK they have a good staff very friendly and all. Great subs use slightly crusty bread...not that soft sweet chemical tasting bread....sorry the bread has that mass produced wonder bread taste to it. The cold cuts except for the roast beef are commercial...not Boars Head or other high end cold cuts. The concept of giving you a salad of veggies on a sub sucks as well. All it does is hide the taste of the meat. Anything more than lettuce, tomato and onion is the Subway style of doing things. If I want salad I can go to a salad bar. Even Publix beats Jersey Mike for quality....better bread and Boars Head. Best subs around here come from two places that have been doing it over 20 years and understand the art of the sub. Essies in Riveria Beach on Military Trail and Columbino's on 6th Avenue in West Palm are as good as it gets. They understand the delicate balance between bread, cold cuts, veggies and condiments. I always have great things to say about their sandwiches. Fresh and flavorful , but today the customer service was far from five star. There were only 2 people at the front when I arrived. Service was slow and the teenage staff is very hard to hear. I am not by any means old or hard of hearing, so the owner needs to have a training on projection. I also didn't like the fact that when I checked out and paid with my credit card that a tip screen comes up before I can even pay. They did nothing more then make me a sandwich, publix and many other establishments do the same and do not request a tip. Employees are payed enough and a tip should be something extra that customers are able to do without being prompted. read more
