Bought 4 separate entree Fillets from this store in Stuart,Florida and they were 2/3rds the size of the same product in a Lake Worth store! They looked nothing like the photo depiction on the menu! They were also stringy and dry around the edges. The same product in the Lake Worth Store was packed in an aluminized pouch that kept it warm. The same product in the Stuart Florida store was in a round container and looked more like a disk than the actual depiction in the online menu and was much thinner and lighter in weight ! I don't know what's going on from store to store but the quality and consistency it's just lacking terribly. Was Purchase 06-05-2026. Still going through hoops to get a refund! Poor customer service in my estimation! Store 01995 Ripped me off big time! I requested a refund from the customer-care department and have yet to see any action from them except a coupon for a free sandwich! I ordered a medium waffle fry through DoorDash. When the sealed bag arrived and I opened it, the container had only four waffle fries inside and none loose in the bag. When I asked to speak to the manager, he respectfully said the manager was aware of this difficulty. Experienced very poor customer service today at the outlet in Stuart. We placed a mobile order for the staff at my Job. After waiting about 10 minutes, I went to pick it up. I had a text message of the successful order on my phone. I used the mobile order car line to pick up and showed them the mobile order on my phone. I was told to pull off the line and wait in a reserved spot and they would bring it out to me. After 5 minutes another worker with a hand held device came out to my car. Apparently they had a problem finding the order. What's the sense of ordering on their Mobile app when they can't locate a successfully completed order that was already paid for? After a few minutes they were able to locate it and another employee brought it out to my car. Most of the order was tenders. I asked if there was chick fila sauce in the bag. I was told yes. When I got back to work there was no sauce in the bag. Needless to say no one was happy. I called the store and was connected to a main number not the Stuart location. Had to follow the prompts and leave a message. Awful customer service. . Another business that doesn't want to connect with their guest base immediately when there is a problem. read more

If you can believe I've never had Chick-fil-A and it was very good. I got the grilled chicken blt it was so tasty and the sauce was really good. I enjoyed the waffle fries dipped in a Polynesian sauce. Got an Arnold Palmer, which was very good. For fast food it was delicious, I would definitely go back and try something different. I'm not really a fast food person but that was pretty good. I can see why there's always a line of cars out there and would recommend. read more

Chick-fil-a quality has diminished while the chicken is usually still good the fries leave much to be desired. The fries are soggy, often not a wedge with holes and are just not as tasty as in the past. Today's order the fries had not salt. They do not really give you an easy way to give feedback on each order in their app and when they do it is very limited. read more

Came during lunch rush and I was blown away by the service Ed and his crew delivered. The line was out of the parking lot. My son loves Chik fil a, but we don't have many of them in New England. Since we're spending two weeks in Florida he was eagerly awaiting the chance to indulge. To me the food is okay. But I DO especially like the Mac n cheese, which is very cheesy and the Mac is not over cooked. We used DoorDash for delivery, which was very fast with great service. Good experience all around. This review is strictly targeted to the breakfast shift. You all need to take a trip to the Miami locations and observe how they make their biscuits in their breakfast chickens. The biscuits lately from the Stuart location have been dry and tasteless. The chicken is always small and dry, especially the spicy chicken biscuit. The hashbrowns were also cold. It seems like breakfast is made in bulk right when the store opens and it's just given out until they have to make a new batch even if it a few hours later. A small scattering of chicken. I didn't get a receipt so can't get give them a survey. It's always crowded but it's lost it's luster with me. Used to have a great chicken salad but removed from menu. It's not hard to be nice, pleasant, positive,.. and guess what it doesn't cost anything either,.. but makes a huge difference when you don't behave like you want someone's business. I've been to this location several times for breakfast and not once did I feel the employees appear to want to be there. Probably the friendliest Chick-Fil-A I have been too, everyone is always smiling and friendly when you come in and super helpful. Now onto the chicken, no matter the location the food is always really good and it's always hot. Unlike most fast food places the food is fresh and it's usually ready to go when you order so it's a favorite. Quick, fresh, and fast which is a godsend compared to most places. They also always give you sauce, most places won't give you more than one when you ask or you need nuggets to get it. I rarely yelp chain fast food restaurants! But this my local Chick-fil-A never seizes to amaze me with their great service, efficiency and cleanliness or other aspects that I didn't mention. In fact last time I went through the Drive Thru, a packet of sanitizing hand wipe was in my bag which was so needed and well thought of. Most fast food chains provide you with napkins but the hand wipe is so perfect especially when you driving and need to wipe the sauce or oils off your fingers before staining your steering!
