Absolutely rude people. Walked in and a worker loudly immediately let's out a dramatic sigh and says "didn't we lock that door?!" Now IF I had walked in at decent time after they had closed I would have understood her frustration. It's Memorial day so they close at 4 and it was 4:02. I looked at her and said "Sorry, i just wanted to see if I could get some lemonade" and another girls "Says sorry we closed at 4". I respect that and leave but the immediate death stare, exasperated sigh, attitude and passive aggressive comments were a bit much. Made a very unexpected stop at this Chick-Fil-A a few days ago. Our car got a flat on the turnpike as we headed north. We had to spend a few hours waiting for a new tire at the Firestone nearby. We couldn't have found a better place to crash to kill time. The restaurant was very busy yet the staff was welcoming. The manager Ricky made his way around the dining room several times while we were there, checking on customers. A dark-haired lady came around as well. We began to chat. I told her our story. She said we were welcome to sit in CFA as long as we waited for our car. The cashier(short girl, long brownish pony tail) who took order was also pleasant and efficient as well. Of course, our lunches were tasty as usual at CFA. I wish we lived closer so I can patronize this restaurant again. Thank you for making a blip in our day a little easier to deal with! read more

Hands down the best CFA I've ever been to - the food is always great and exactly what you should expect, but the level of service at this location is what distinguishes it from all others I've been to. Every employee is kind, high-energy and quick to help, and every day you can stop by here and you'll see management helping in every single job. I visit this location 3-4 days a week for lunch and over the past year I can honestly say they've never gotten my order wrong or forgotten anything from condiments and utensils. Burned fried chicken sandwich and then another time where the grilled chicken was absolutely tasteless and the Waffle fries were mushy. If you go inside, the smell is that of burned food. What can I say? I always look for an excuse to come here when I'm in town. The service is fast and very friendly. Everyone that works there has a smile on their face and really seem like they want to serve you. There have been times where managers have personally served me and cleared away my table for me. The place is immaculately clean too! I normally order the Chicken Deluxe sandwich with a cookies and cream milkshake. The milkshake surprisingly is easy to drink through a straw, unlike other fast food milkshakes I've had in the past. I love Chick-fil-A, the food is always great and the service is typically top notch. However, my 6 yr old & I went in yesterday to us the free kids meal card he got when we finished kindergarten. We never found the time during the summer, so when we finally were able to go, my son was beyond excited since we had been talking about it for so long. He had been holding that card and asking me nearly every day when we were going to go. When we got to the restaurant, he proudly walked up to the counter and handed the girl at the register his card. Upon taking the card, she flipped it over and said "this card is expired", folded in half and said she was going to throw it away. My son was devastated and began to tear up. Yes, it was just a $5 meal card and it's my fault for not taking him sooner. However, the cashier just looked at me and said something like: "what do you want me to do about it?" I said that we still want the kids meal. This probably doesn't sound like a big deal and I never post negative reviews, but I'm under emphasizing the rudeness. We'll definitely be back, but on this day, Chick-fil-A got it wrong. read more

This place is very very clean, managers are out and about busing tables, wiping them off and offering to get drink refills. Your food is given to you or arrives at your table HOT!. The registers are ALL monitored and the line moves with military efficiency. I cannot go near there without stopping by. I only wish I could explore the menu more, but I always get the chicken sandwich because of the fact that I know it will be great! Went here last night and a few of the workers were awful when usually they are so nice! I went through drive through and ordered a salad and md fry. Once I left the drive through I realized no fry in the bag. I pulled around to the front and walked in to get it assuming they would have it right there and just forgot to throw it in. The girl at the counter told me I would have to go back out and get my receipt bc they couldn't look it up in the computer. Meanwhile I am 9 months pregnant on the Florida heat and I'm not about to walk back out the the car then back in just to get this fry.... I couldn't believe they couldn't look it up or even just give it to me for their own mess up! I went through the drive through for a reason, so I wouldn't have to go inside and get in contact with more people, COVID!! So I asked if her manager could look it up so I didn't have to go to the car, she tried to ask manager (or shift lead, idk he was wearing a different color shirt) but he said no and when I asked him to come over he rudely said "sorry can't hear you"!!!! And would t even come over! So I said forget it charge me for another fry it $2.... But it's the principle that a company this big made such a big deal over $2 and we're so rude. I was awfully embarrassed. Will not go back. There are too many other fast food restaurants that would have just given me the fry and not even blinked an eye. Or would have no problem looking up my receipt. Very disappointed and that manager needs to be fired. read more

We love chick-FIL-a, but have never come to this location before. We were nearby for an emergency stop for some car repair, and walked next door for some lunch. Although it was busy, we received our food quickly and kindly. The tables and play area were clean, in spite of the constant traffic. As we were sitting, waiting for our repair to be completed, a manager came by and gave my 10mo old a plush cow. This small gesture was just one more way we have always been treated wonderfully at chick-FIL-a.
