Hands down best fast food restaurant ever! Staff is always smiling and friendly. They are also very fast!!

Don't usually eat at fast food restaurants but was very impressed with the staff being courteous, fast, polite and efficient. Mr . Rickey was out working the customer area cleaning tables, refilling drinks, interacting with children and adults making them feel very welcomed and a valued customer. I placed a prepaid online order for a breakfast bowl and went to pick it up. After sitting in the drive thru line from around the front of the store I was told they couldn't hand my order out the window and that I would have to come inside, are you kidding me? Nice way to treat your disabled customers, the disabled spaces were blocked by the drive thru line and good luck finding a regular space with the crowd. read more

This is one of the best stores in the area. The store is very clean and the staff are terrific. This is a very busy store so don't expect to just run it and grab something quick. This is a favorite for many families and the kids love the play area. The drive thru is well manned and they will take your order at the curb most of the time. read more

We love Chic FIL A!! Once you're in line, wether it be drive thru or indoor, the line always moves quickly! The food is always hot and fresh. I love the disposable wipes they use to clean the tables. The service is impeccable. The managers at this location are always around and working and always so friendly. The only complaint I have for this location is the parking lot, it is always a disaster to get around in your car and as a pedestrian. read more

I've been to many a Chick-Fil-A and am always amazed that it's a fast food place. This location was SUPER clean. Staff is ALWAYS friendly. An employee was walking around keeping an eagle eye on tables and making sure you have everything you need and keeping the place very clean. The food was made well but the service is horrible. Specifically, Rickey. He was very rude and when a customer asked for his boss Rickey suggested that we go and get him because he didnt want to. He's very creepy and kept invading my personal space. read more

I could not believe my eyes!!!!! The staff was amazing!!!! I was so impressed I went back to work and that's all I could talk about to our patients. I got there right at noon and the place was packed. The well mannered and trained staff moved it right a long like it was a breeze. Inside and out. Visiting florida and never eaten at a chick-fil-a, not sure why people go crazy over this place. Just got a regular chicken sandwich and fries, fries were ok but I had a few gross black sections in my chicken that I had to cut off, so I ended up with about half of a sandwich. They just cook that up like its normal!? Nasty. I'll stick to what I know going forward, no thanks on this place. read more

Drove all the way from PSL for breakfast. Arrived with my two year old and newborn twin sons. Ordered breakfast and was helped by the staff to the playroom. Finally my two year old is playing, and I'm finally sitting when an old lady comes in and tells me I can't eat in the playroom. That I'd need to eat outside the room and leave my daughter in their alone... Nope... Absolutely not. She gave some reasoning about the floors being hard to clean...but...I'm an adult... not a child or an animal, I think I can successfully put food into my mouth without getting it on the rubber mat floor. Absolutely rude and un-accomidating!! Then the lady has the nerve to stalk around the area to ensure I'm following her rules of not eating. The food and play area are not that special, not enough to haul all the way out here just to be monitored by the Chick-Fil-A police. They just lost a long time loyal customer... read more

I'm giving 3 stars out of 5 because the service and quality is great. I love Chic-Fil-A and would rather drive 10 miles to go to one than go to any other fast food restaurant even if it were across the street from where I live. However, I have a complaint that is going to make me rethink the drive. This Chic-Fil-A location does not provide a military discount unless you are dining in and in uniform. This poses a problem because many active, reserve and veteran military members simply don't have the time to sit in and eat. It especially poses a problem for Marines because we are not allowed to be in camouflage uniforms outside of base and I can't think of any Marines who are going to put on our dress or service uniform just to go eat at Chic-Fil-A. I think that whoever has the authority to implement this policy should rethink it. It makes no difference whether or not I am in uniform or eating in. 50% discount is the same. Why make it difficult for those of us who have put our lives on hold and on the line who just want to save a few dollars just like anyone else? Please review your policy Stuart Chic-Fil-A!!! read more
