Overall fine location. Nothing super special but not the worst. I don't usually eat inside here but the people are generally nice in the drive-through. The food is usually good but sometimes my burritos have crispy rice pieces or too much jalepeno sauce. I'm glad they keep it clean here and I'd say 9 out of 10 times, my food tastes good. read more

BEWARE: Ordered Grub-hub from this location, and when I received my order it had the correct receipt on the bag but the actual order was 100% all wrong. Then when I called the store, the lady hung up on me because she was "too busy". Now they want me to go pick up my order which defeats the purpose of Grub-hub. This location always gets your order wrong. However today, they graciously gave me a little something extra without even asking. Ordered tacos, simple enough. Open bag, all my taco wrappers are covered in this thick dust. I go back, park and storm in. I proceed to cut the line, dump out my entire order near register. Worker was like 'ohhhhh what's that?" Went through drive through. Order was wrong, they failed to add sour cream on something I specifically mentioned multiple times, and they still put pizza sauce on the Mexican pizza after telling them multiple times to make sure it wasn't on there. The tacos were soggy, stuck to the paper and fell apart as they were picked up. Everything was cold as well. Make sure you get all your change back. Was there with the wife she handed the young lady a twenty. Was suppose to get $6.02 back. Cashier dropped the 2cents. I picked up the 2 cents thinking my wife received the $6.00. we were on the way home before we realized neither one of us receive the $6.00. UGH!! this taco bell!! i have many complaints, and i hate leaving these comments, but WOW. first of all, it's not a huge deal, but i'll order a number of different items, all COMPLETELY different, and they'll wrap them all in the same wrapping, throw them all in the same bag, and not make any sort of marking or indication of which is which. it makes it extremely difficult to distribute food to the right people without having to break into and examine someone's food first (gross). second of all, and this is what really annoys me, they have NEVER. ONCE. in ALL the times that i've been there gotten the order correct. and i don't mean just one item, like multiple things are done wrong! for example, i ordered just two simple soft tacos, but with NO CHEESE (i made this very clear because i have a big dairy allergy), and of course, what do i get? two tacos with a bunch of cheese in them (and onions ? i didn't even ask for that). and another example (because i have lots), i ordered a taco bell grande without meat, and the lady asked me THREE TIMES "no chicken right?", and i always said "correct, no chicken". they even asked me AGAIN at the window "no chicken right?". and then of COURSE i come back home and the thing is loaded with chicken. HOW? Opens at 7am? Not at all, I have tried getting breakfast here twice this week. I wait for someone to take my order till 7:15 and end up leaving so I'm not late for work. Finally I get someone to answer today and they say they have had a power outage the computers are down and they can't serve me. When I drive by the window the computers are on and on the ordering screen. I have tried to get served breakfast here many times with about a 20% success rate.
