On an unwavering mission, we rounded the corner east bound on Route 66 late in the afternoon. Our destination in sight, the Old Magnolia Garage. In I go, straight to the big fried pie display case. I really wasn't expecting to find anything left at this time of the day, but there they were, two blackberry pies. Somehow, they survived the morning feeding frenzy.
