Pretty typical McDonald's. This location is kind of convenient since it is not too far off of the 5, but actually getting back to it can be a little challenging with high levels of traffic. We stopped by to grab some food for our boys after an afternoon at Six Flags. The drive-thru does move slower than excepted, but the food was hot and our order was correct. read more

Avoid this place unless you like incorrect orders and bad service. I rarely ever eat fast food and when I do it's not my choice. I was on my way up to Paso and my brother pulled in here with the intention of getting some breakfast. I tend to eat pretty healthy and when I was looking at the menu I spotted the egg white muffin. I ordered the two muffin breakfast combo and asked for it with egg whites and no cheese (doubt it is really cheese) and ham (not sausage). The assistant manager who was ringing us is said no substitutions. I said okay, I'll just take two egg white muffins and a small coffee. He said, "Would you like a large?" I told him no I just a small. He then asked if I wanted a medium coffee and again I said no, just a small. My brother orders his stuff and I pay and collect our food and then leave. In the car heading down the freeway I realized I was given sausage muffins with regular eggs. I looked at the receipt and it was a mess. He rang in the breakfast combo that said I didn't want, charged an extra amount for each to add egg whites and an additional amount to add ham instead of the sausage. The dude even rang in a medium coffee. It's like he rang it in to be the most costly way possible. The order was wrong, the bill was incorrect and the guy was a jerk. I wished I would have used my Amex so I could have challenged the charge, but I paid in cash. There are plenty of other places to grab a quick bite to eat off of this same offramp. They still have $1.00 drinks!! I don't have any complaints about this McDonald's. It's a MCDONALDS. It's not a five star restaurant so don't expect it to be. I live right down the street so I come about 2-3 times a month. It's right off the freeway and easy to get to. The drive thru can be tricky if you come from the old rd. They don't skimp on sauces if you ask for a couple, or napkins as well. It's a hit and miss with employees. They have a dual lane drive thru and only one person works it, so BE PATIENT. Had a great experience. Customer service is excellent. I had never been to a Mc Donald's where you had someone ask you if everything is okay or if we needed something else. We felt as we where at an expensive restaurant. I looked at the lady's name tag and her name is Estrella she was amazing and had a great smile. I noticed she was going to different tables and also asking then if everything was okay. Then as customers where leaving she will go open the door out experience there was really pleasant. Then my boyfriend ordered again and asked about holiday pies, and Ryan said they had them yet we received an average apple pie due to them not having holiday pies..as a former McDonald's employee it is a shame and horrific tragedy to find that the smallest errors are still prevalent and running rampant within this elegant and pristine environment. Decided to grab a bite to eat on our way back to Fresno. Just happened to be my daughters 18th birthday and her choice to stop at this McDonald's on our way home. We were greeted by a very professional and pleasant cashier. Shortly after receiving our order we noticed that we were missing a hash brown. My daughter asked to have the hash brown that was left off and a very unpleasant unprofessional manager (Gabby) refused to give her the hash brown. The original cashier agreed that we were owed another hash brown but in her words the manager was in a bad mood. Morning drive-thru is total chaos. The layout for the cars is much too small for the volume this place gets. The flow from the two lanes isn't smooth or natural, which raised a red flag for a possible order screw-up. I ordered a meal. My order was confirmed at the order screen. It was confirmed again when I paid. At the final window I was handed a bag with a completely different order and nowhere close to what I wanted. And it probably cost much less than the meal I wanted and paid for. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I was already on the road and too far off to go back and complain. I came here to get the chicken ceasar salad and to use the internet. The McDonalds website store locator indicates that there is free wifi at McDonalds. But I could not hook up. I thought maybe something wrong with my computer, but no, my iphone could not detect the network either and three other people came to use internet but couuld not either. One used their wireless cell phone as a modem. So, I count this failure to come through on the promise of free wifi against the total rating. The chicken salad was good, but not as good as Carl's Jr, and the service was good. The location is right off I-5 and tons of other hotels and shopping nearby. read more

We come here because we live right by it. Just for a snack or two for the boys. They've failed our order every single time. They get chicken nugget happy meals. Both for boys. I go to various McDonald's at least 5 times per week. There is no worse McDonald's anywhere when it comes to service. They are consistently slow and disorganized. Yes, I keep coming back here because of the location. Food quality is decent however. Update: Tried it again, super disappointed. This McD is the worst one ever but in the best location. There should be a negative star review. Went through the drive thru because there was only two other cars. Ordered 2 combos, had to wait on the corner. The girl came out, gave us the bag and ran off. Inside the bag was only 1 combo, so we go back inside. The manager says we're lying and that it's in the bag without checking first, then the manager accuses us of stealing 2 egg McMuffins and a hash brown, finally after not wanting to check our car for evidence they fulfill the order. Did you hear about the Big Mac coin promotion that started on Thursday lunch? Lots of promo; totally fell flat. The help acted confused when I bought a burger and asked about the coins on Friday afternoon. She had to go to the back and found one. They acted inconvenienced and like the promo was already over. The next day I went back and they had none. How does this happen so quickly? Did the staff grab all of them? Just like the Szechuan sauce fiasco; Ill bet there are a lot of disappointed customers.
