I've sat here pondering a review but it's festered to a boiling point now and you need to know. So 14Jul I was hangry and decided that a quick drive thru, bring home and eat order was it. So to keep this short here's the problems: 1) please pull up to the waiting spot and we will bring your food out 2) after four plus minutes my food comes in a single bag. I had a 10pc nugget, 2 fish sandwiches, 2 cheeseburgers and 2 fries. One bag..... 3) is all my food there I asked the kid...he says yes and walks away like the entitled $15 an hour incompetent idiot he is. Obviously I go through the bag...nope...no cheeseburgers for my spouse. So I yell and catch this wet behind the ears kids attention and lean my head out the car window and tell him it's not there. So in his typical nonchalant manner he trudges back to the store 4) here he comes with a bag with 2 cheeseburgers...hands them to me and says nothing....because I pissed him off because food I paid for was not in the bag and he had to come back out. I checked the bag, there were two cheeseburgers but not an "I'm sorry" fry or pie or anything. Hell now....never....because customers are a bother....pests to employees today. 5). Finally get home...of course the fries and fish and nuggets are all cold now. But the fish....they were worse than cold. They were so old that they were not nice and tender...nope, they were both dry and chewy as if they'd been cooked hours ago. Pathetic. I was sure I had pulled to the wait spot so the fish could cook. Hell no...that's not it so I don't know why. To close this out I will say I will drive 5 miles extra or whatever just to avoid this shit show of a store. It's blatantly apparent the management is not competent enough to even train its employees to check orders before the customer receives it. This is not new. 8 out of 10 visits something is amiss....missing my dipping sauce, fries, sandwich.....anything. Oh, yeah....reminded me I didn't get my sweet and sour dipping sauce either. This McDonalds is the epitome of what allowing laziness and incompetence to continue in a work environment for long periods of time. PSA they are reckless and dirty letting sick workers work and taking back in food items during covid-19 I need everyone to pay attention and share!! I never do things like this but today is the day!! If you go to McDonald's in the spanaway in the Walmart parking lot BE VERY AWARE!!! This is going to be a winded review so bear with me.Where do I start I literally live three minutes in each direction from this McDonald's I frequent this place more often than I would like to admit let's say at least three times a week it doesn't matter if I come to this place at 2 AM 3 PM 10 AM rest assured my order will get messed up they will either serve me cold disgusting food or they will just give me the wrong order altogether. I have been her a couple of times on my way home from work when I work late and am starving. Even when my standards are at their lowest, it's bad. The drive through is always backed up no matter what time it is. The folks at the windows are never friendly. Last time I was there he girl at the window told me how annoyed she was with the car ahead of me for going to the next window when she wasn't there to wait on the car (I watched that car wait for her for at least five minutes) and how "pissed" the cooks were for having to fill a large order. Also, I have never received fresh fries. They always taste like they've been sitting on the counter for about a day. It took over 5 minutes at the little screen thing just to get our order in. Then they were out of almost everything so i decided to go with a simple vanilla coffee. The coffee beans were sitting at the bottom of the coffee, it was extremely watered down and it tasted like the inside of the devils ass. You see, i'm more of a tits girl myself. There are too many shady people who loiter around the front doors asking for money and other unmentionable items. They make it unwelcoming to come to this location. Other than people loitering, I stopped ordering at this location because the food portions are never consistent, the food is made sloppy, and more often than not I'm missing an item. I take advantage of the $1 drinks, but half the time the drinks are out so it's only carbonation, with no flavor. I don't dare sit inside as the lobby is always dirty. Staff is friendly, not dirty, haven't seen a bunch of teens, staff was goofing off but it wasn't busy at the times I go in, which it wouldn't bother me as long as they get my order right hot and fresh. The staff needs to be more friendly/ professional and efficient. There were a lot of people up front but the orders came out in different orders, ended up waiting a while for the food. Because I come here every day I feel like you review is in order. Honestly I avoid McDonald's at a gas station in general because service and poor quality those types of location. this particular one I'm going to just complain about one thing and that's why the three stars. their drive-thru window is set up to be an extremely dangerous exit.
