As with all Arby's they are supposed to pride themselves on their roast beef, however I think this store missed the memo on that to be honest. The roast beef tasted okay but the sandwich was barely warm and the roast beef had the texture that was not very appealing at all. To add to this, we got crinkle cut fries that were hot and they looked l like they had a sunburn because something with the fryer or the oil was funky. The soda was okay, it didn't have the usual Diet Coke taste as it seemed like it was not entirely filtered correctly. As far as service goes, it was okay (as it usually is) we seem to run into some sort of issue with getting other people's food, the order being incorrect, or them not knowing how to use the POS. What I can say is that the dining room and bathrooms were in good shape which is something they have always had nailed down. Outside there is a rose bush that is so close to any person of any side of the car that it is almost a hazard by itself. I almost got stabbed by it when getting out of the car. It needs to be removed especially since it is a disabled parking spot and people have mobility issues. Ordered thru grub hub. Ordered 2 French dip sandwiches. They arrived without au jus to dip them into. Also, the description says "toasted" roll but it certainly did not look or taste like they had been toasted. So i basically ended up with 2 arbys roast beef sandwiches on a sub roll. They're not even taking orders at the correct end of the restaurant... Anyway we finally were told They're taking orders for dine in at the opposite end of the counter so you tell them what you want and in between drive thru people they put yours in more than likely incorrect. I ordered the french dip meal while my husband ordered the chicken bacon ranch meal with no lettuce and an order of mac n cheese bites...... the curly fries were cold and not edible they put lettuce on my husbands sandwich the french dip tasted like the meat was made a few hours ago. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I have had in a very long time. Do not recommend thos place . Oh and the $5 mac n cheese bites not worth it read more

I ordered a beef n cheddar meal and two roast beef classics. We sat down to eat I took a bite of the beef cheddar noticed the meat was cold with a weird texture. I opened that sandwich and it's pink all over (no brown like normal anywhere). I asked the lady working if that was normal that I think this hasn't been cooked yet. She said it was fine.. I would give this place minus stars if I could!! I can't believe the interaction I had with the manager tonight! Esperanza is her name and she has horrible customer service! I made an order on line, I used a coupon where if you spend 10 dollars, you get a free any size, any type fry. It however did not ask you what size or type of fry you would want. I made the order and placed it, paid and then called the store. I got Esperanza who told me that she could not do anything about a coupon, I had to call the head company. She clearly did not understand what my problem was and started arguing with me. She was screaming at me to stop yelling g at her, I was not I just talk loudly by nature. She hung up on me 3 times, threatened to cancel my order. When my husband showed up to pick up the order a bag was thrown at him and was told by her that that was the whole order. He called and to find out they had shorted up more than half the order and purposely put wrong meet on sandwich and left us on o es that were ask to leave off. I am writing about my experience at Mountain Hwy Arbys. I stopped in and ordered two fish sandwiches and asked for a little extra tarter sauce. As you could see from the pictures they were overloaded with sauce, what a mess. I called the store to complain she told me to bring back the sandwiches although i live 20 miles away. Was in the neighborhood of this Arby's yesterday around noon. The line moved at a good pace for a normal day. Considering it was noon on a weekend during a pandemic that's better than good. The service was excellent. I was extremely pleased with the care "we're just waiting on the fries and I'll be giving you two bags" while also practicing limited exposure tactics. I'm NEVER one to write reviews because I work customer service and I tend to understand most things. Me and my roommates came here as a 2nd BEST option because the teriyaki place we wanted to eat at wasn't open due to the quarantine. We ordered meals for 4 people, and there was a miscommunication at the order speaker over red ranch. We got to the window and asked again for red ranch (which I've ordered PLENTY OF TIMES before, including a week ago when I was here last), and they told me that it wasn't a thing you can order a side of and that they could give me Arby's Sauce which was the "same thing" (it's not, my roommate used to work for Arby's and it tastes NOTHING like red ranch). At the window, the girl seemed extremely annoyed, acting like we were super complicated in our order, and like we were a burden to them. It seemed like she was just trying to get us out of there in a way (I get it, fast food, but you shouldn't be rude to your customers, I WORK customer service, I know how it is). She read us back our order, and after we got home to eat our food, we were missing a meal, a side of mozzarella sticks, and marinara sauce. All the things she read back to us. And, the jalapeño slider that my friend ordered had more jalapeños than meat and was way spicier than it normally is and needed to be. I just recently moved from South Hill out here to Spanaway, and I've never had any problems at the South Hill location, so me and my roommates plan on making the 40 minute drive out there from now on when we want our Arby's fix!
