    Avocado chicken BLT

So this Panera location is almost always spot on... And if it's not, they always go out of their way to make it right. Most commonly, they are inconsistent about the portions of avocado, which for the price you pay for the sandwiches and salad, you should get more than one or two slices, in my opinion. Sometimes they just forget to put the avocado on there completely... Weird thing to be picky about, but it's my favorite part of the Greek goddess salad as well as the turkey and avocado sandwich. This location is always clean and inviting, and the bathrooms are well maintained, as well as the rest of the interior. Wait is never very long and I find the easiest way to go is to order ahead and then pick up from the kiosk. They have great customer service and they are quick and consistent... Only four out of five stars because each time I go there's always one thing that's off with the order whether it's a missing ingredient or just the wrong item altogether. They always make it right which is great, but I always have to make sure that I budgeted an extra time to double check my order. We will keep coming back because we love Panera and the chicken and wild rice soup is one of my favorite things.

Second time I have gone to this Panera Bread both times I have gone with my boyfriend. Both get pink two meals, very quick and easy ordering and getting the actual food. The tables are clean and always have tables available. The workers are always sweet.

i honestly don't expect much from a chain but dang this is the messiest sammich i've ever received, it looks like they just threw cheese and peppers all over the place, also we got a bread bowl and the serving of chili was so small it didn't even fill the bread bowl :/

    Raw Orange Scone

First I gotta say we have recently gone back to Panera after years of not going because I thought it was just not that good. We have gone a couple times recently for lunch/dinner options and were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our food. I had the new spicy chicken and it's honestly bomb. But this review isn't based on that. This review is based on the breakfast I got this morning. I decided to go with the bacon egg and cheese on croissant cause that's right up my alley. 2/10 it was bland, plastic like texture probably from the cheese, and flat croissant that was lukewarm at best. 100% would never order it again. I also went with an orange scone and the entire center was raw. I have gotten a couple lately and they've all been soooo good. The person who made them, the person who packaged it, no one noticed they were COMPLETELY RAW?! It's just lazy and zero communication nor care. Just when Panera was getting back on my hood side they go and blow it horribly.

Very good bread here. Mac and cheese is always amazing and broccoli cheddar bread bowl was very good. The citrus punch juice was my favorite and I recommend.

The menu also shows sandwiches, soups and warm bowls. I don't know the area well but surprised they didn't have more people in during the lunch hour. My only negative is they don't seem to realize when customers enter as they are not greeted and can take several minutes before someone comes up front and realizes a customer or food delivery pick up is waiting. Would definitely go back when in the area.

They share parking a few other businesses and it was pretty busy when we got there but we snagged a spot. As we entered, we greeted by the owners who welcomed us and gave us menus to look through. They have a decent sized menu but not too overwhelming and if you don't like the options offered then you can do a create your own which is sweet! My boyfriend got their garden wrap with a garlic and herb tortilla while I got their Washington Apple wrap with a garlic and herb tortilla. There was an order ahead of us but the employees got the orders made in a good amount of time and presentation was a nice touch too. The wraps had a great ratio of all the listed ingredients and you can yaste everything in each bite. The ingredients tasted and looked fresh! The interior is very cozy with plenty of seating that accommodates solo, couples or small groups. They have great lighting in there, both natural and inside. They had some old school RnB playing which was nostalgic for me as I heard a lot of these as a pre-teen. Definitely a fantastic spot, especially if you are trying to eat or be more healthy conscious but still have a flavorful meal!

The staff was super friendly and I really like the amount of options they had. I got the chicken Larb and the beef jerky and it was ready in about 12 minutes. The beef jerky was sooooooooooo good! It had great flavor and perfect texture. I wish it had prik Nam Pla instead of the jaew but that's just my personal and very unpopular preference lol The Larb was good but was extremely limey and I LOVE me some lime. I had to add some soy sauce to try to balance out all the bitter and citrus from the lime juice. I also added more cilantro since it was very basil forward. But still a solid plate of Larb. Ate every last drop. The portion sizes are decent for a food truck but I always get more when I get the same thing at restaurants. Overall, I can't wait to eat here again.

Without a doubt this is one of Tacoma's best dining experiences. Chef Shawn's team is small but mighty. The staff that we encountered were all super kind and attentive. It's widely known that Chef Shawn has a radiant personality and treats everybody in his restaurant like a longtime friend. He walked around chatting with everybody personally, showed off dishes as he walked through the restaurant, and was even happy to let diners take a peek at his kitchen (how does he make all this magic happen on TWO CAMP STOVES?!) The menu isn't massive, but everything on the menu is executed with precision and grace. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted but I've had my eyes on the Lobster Bomb for years. My husband got the "Tiny Burrito" which is quite literally the size of a newborn. The Lobster Bomb was excellent. Generous chunks of succulent lobster and the hollandaise was perfect! Subtle on the lemon flavor as to not overpower, but still rich and creamy. I tried my husband's burrito and the chorizo gravy is stellar. You could easily share this with 1-2 other people in my opinion. It lasted my husband two leftover meals! The restaurant itself is small but it's cozy and feels like you're at home. No frills, nothing over the top, nothing trendy. Just a relaxed vibe with lots of authentic touches from Chef Shawn. While this was our first visit it definitely won't be our last. Don't make the mistake I did and let years pass by before you experience Tibbitts!
