Arby's gets a bad rap but IMO its undeserved. I know that they "specialize" in roast beef. I actually like everything BUT the roast beef. By using coupons, you can feed a family of four for under $25. No "one coupon per visit" here. The carved chicken sandwich is flavorful and never dry. I'm lovin' the bun its served on (pardon the McDonald's pun). The pecan chicken salad is fresh and tasty. I absolutely crave the jalapeno bites w/bronco berry sauce. Very disappointing experience. I ordered two meals through the drive-thru and waited about 10 minutes at the window because I was told they were making fresh fries and had to reboot the register to process my debit card. After finally getting home, I found that both orders were missing the fries, my French Dip had no au jus, there was no Arby's sauce, and the mozzarella sticks came with no marinara--even though I specifically requested it. I paid nearly $35 and received only half of what I ordered. After such a long wait, I would expect someone to at least verify that the order was complete before handing it out. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I'll think twice before returning. read more

After being misled by another Arby's location in Puyallup off Meridian, I was frustrated but ultimately left feeling grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to me. Here's what happened: I went to the Puyallup location to pick up dinner, only to be told they were out of turkey. Reluctantly, I drove about 20 minutes to the Tacoma location to get my wife's order (because, as they say, happy wife, happy life). To my surprise, I later found out that the Puyallup location had actually received extra boxes of turkey that day--just a couple of hours before I arrived--and they had lied about being out of stock. When I explained the situation to the cashier at the Tacoma location, they went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did they refund my coupons, but they also gave me the sandwiches for free. This level of care and attention completely turned my experience around. It's moments like these that remind me how much good customer service matters, even in the fast-food industry. Excellent service here! Every time I come it's been great but yesterday 4/22/23 was extraordinary! I couldn't believe it. As I'm getting ready to pay, I realize I don't have my debit card or my credit cards on me!! Ahhh!! I was panicking looking in my purse to only realize My nephew and daughter had them. The worker Emilie saw how flustered I was and was nice enough to put it on the house and told me to not worry about it. I was shocked and happy at the same time cuz I was starving, being that it was my work lunch time. I really appreciated that she did not make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. I live near this location. I have never been able to use mobile ordering properly. I am an Arby's rewards member and receive discount offers. They just won't apply for this location. The store says that is not their problem; they say they don't control the app. No other location seems to have this problem. read more

Not bad, it's been awhile and the remodel that they went through made the place look great! The colors and ambiance of the place makes it really inviting now. It was a dinner time and my son and I ordered the beef and cheese sandwiches, double beef, and a side of Oreo bites. After gathering all the different sauces, finding a table, and grabbing out drinks, I retrieved the food which is now served on a oval platter with edges (very nice) and sat down. Sandwiches are just as good as they were before, warm smoked meats with melted cheese and just enough Arby's sauce. The buns they use are still delicious. We tried all the different sauces we had and to each your own! Thanks Arby's for the dinner experience! It's only four stars because of the employees there. Our greeter, order taker, was also the employees who was sent out to sweep. I mean when people are eating, be aware of them around you. Don't bang chairs into a table we're people are eating, not ok. Out of all the National Chain fast food joints, Arbys is probably better one of them and has better tasting food here, the fries are so so though, but love the Chicken sandwich here, and of course always get the Pepsi here with the food. If your heading East on Mountain Highway though, it is a little tricky to get to here, you will either have to go through the Home Depote lot and turn right on 152nd, and right on Mountain Highway, or go to the light and turn around at the Albertsons parking lot. read more

Unfortunately the food quality Was very poor at this location. The service at the drive thru was quick, friendly and accurate. Our order was received complete but was poorly made. Their specialty roast beef sandwiches were served Luke warm on stale buns. Even the assembly on the sandwiches was badly done. Curly fries were inedible tasting of grease and being cold. ordered a meal from DoorDash only got half the order and that was incorrect. A bag was sealed so it wasn't DoorDash. I called Arby's they said call DoorDash I said well did you change the way you make your sandwiches? This meat was so thick and she said no if you have a problem call DoorDash well it's not DoorDash is order when it's the quality of the product and missing items from the bag it's your issue, if your employees are going to treat your business like this, I think DoorDash should take you off their route I will never order again and you never recommend you to any buddy I know read more

Bad service. Went in this afternoon and waited for what felt like an eternity for the four employees to stop staring at one of their cellphones apparently watching something more interesting than their patrons. Another gentleman next to me shrugged and waited patiently for them to acknowledge us. I'll never know if they did because I left and went across the street to jack in the box where I was given prompt and courteous service. They like to close 15 mins early. I called the store 15 mins before their closing time to make sure they still have food ready because I was on my way and they said yes. When I pulled up, the order speaker said they were closed even though it wasn't 12 yet. I pulled up to the window and the girls just looked at me. I came to this location Tuesday December 1st at 10:40pm. Whoever took my order (my receipt says emilie) seemed okay, just really quiet. Whatever it's raining pretty hard I'll deal with it. I pull up to the window and Princess doesn't walk over to the window for quite some time. Which is fine. I know I'll have to wait as I have mozzarella sticks. She takes my money hands me my drink without saying a word. I tried to apologize for being that person who comes so late (even thought you're open for over an hr still). She says yep, asks if I need sauce and shuts the window. She reopens the window with my food and I said, I'm not sure but I think this soda might be out. It doesn't taste right. She was like what do you want instead then..it's kind of one of those you had to be there to feel the hostility coming from her but A.) I did nothing so if you're having a shitty night don't take it out on your customers. And B) you don't close for an hr and 20 minutes don't act like I'm such an inconvenience for you. read more

They changed their menu which can happen but I ended up with cheese on my roast beef slider (the nearest substitute for a jr roast beef I could find and we all hate holding up a line staring at a new menu) and I don't like cheese. I've been trying to get ahold of Arby's to give Bonnie a hostess a compliment for her great service. This young girl was so helpful she absolutely impressed me. In a few different restaurants once in awhile I meet a person of this quality and caliber. It's understandable for these are very hard jobs they do not pay much and it's hard for the employees to keep up such a sweet and wonderful disposition. I tried their paper receipt and I have to give them my name. My address my telephone number. You got to be kidding me I can't stand and I mean I can't stand spam calls and how did you like this and how did you like that. I'm not going to give them my personal information. So step to as I call the restaurant and I talk to employees I will not mention who or at what level. I talked to a few. I asked for a call back from the district rep so I could tell him personally. Now at each level I didn't receive satisfaction and when I got to the rep well he never called me back. This is just kind of sad because I do like their food and they are good restaurant. I am giving them a one-star and hopes that they see this and even care this corporate monster that they've created. I want Bonnie to be recognized for her outstanding performance. Allen B. is correct! This Arby's rocks and I am addicted to their French Dip Sandwiches. Quite honestly I wish I'd never even discovered them since Summer is right around the bend and I need to diet.
