Definitely a hit or miss spot depending on day. Breakfast mobile order. Way too long to make - food was typical and good. Dining area about empty but needed tables cleaned. Even if short staffed places need to clean tables regularly and these are just dirty. French fries on the floor (breakfast hours how can that be?) do they serve fries at breakfast? Or were they there all night ? A clean table is not something that should be a challenge read more

This particular McDonalds has made me waste so much money! This is the 4th time within the last 2 months my order has not been right! Twice missing product, twice missing condiments.. I'm beginning to believe that it is on purpose, so they can save company money, because each time I go I'm on lunch or dinner break and can't come back, and if you call they will tell you to come and get it, but now I'm back at work and can't. This has happened every time!!! So what is up with this McDonalds????? Customers apparently come last!!! I am so disgusted with this place!! I did do a survey on their app, but they don't care enough to even ask for personal info to see if I want a call back.. I'm done with this place and so should everyone else that goes here!!! read more

I love McDonald's I've eaten them all over the world This was a bomb ass Big Mac!! And the ketchup girl at the service window was awesome! read more

Insanely slow, get some quicker workers, I think every time I've been here it's 15+ minutes

Drive thru wait time is terrible and once someone pulls up behind you you're stuck having to deal with it. Probably the slowest McDonald's I've been to. I'm in the drive thru as I'm typing this review. read more

Shitty service, can't seem to get orders correct, dirty tables, dirty eating area and the slowest service possible. I ordered items on the app, a they will not fulfill the order as it was ordered. I waited 20 minutes for the manager but they did not have time to rectify the complaint. The service industry has gone to shit with technology. The workers say the app should not be doing what it is currently designed to do. Apparently if they do want to do something they blame the app now. The only reason this store is still open is because there is a lack of choice in the Spanaway area. Highly disappointed at the level of incompetence with the workers to management to cooperate headquarters. read more

dude i ask for a straw, i get no straw! just go to to the food mart next to this, far better food!

I'd give ZERO if I could. Still in shock writing this post. Ordered a fish filet and fries to get home to open this. A warm giant pack of, who knows what. A pack of tartar sauce ? And nothing else ? How is this acceptable? How is this place still in business? What kind of employees and management is over seeing this? After talking to the manager he apologized and only refunded my money for the sandwich. Not the rest of my meal and the drive time to and from home for the inconvenience. While in the waiting room I wanted to express to the others to make sure they check their order before they leave. One guy said "oh ya they mess up all the time." And I said I'm sure they do but this is bad. It's not like forgetting to take off the tomato. This place needs to be investigated and employee reprimanded. This is NOT acceptable for anyone. This was deliberate!. All I got in return was a sorry. A return of 5.05 cents and a coupon for another free sandwich. Be aware of this location. read more

Y'all gotta be mf kidding me rn!! Me and my boyfriend went and got two large fries close the bag don't even open it till we get home at 11:20pm. Fries are halfway full and soggy as fxxx! And not the greasy type of soggy. Like they didn't even cook them all the way. Literally disgusting. Y'all want more than minimum wage but can't even cook some damn fries. Gmfu!! Edit : I called and talked to "Cora" who said was the manager. Didn't let me finish a snippit of my sentence when I was trying to explain the nastiness of the food. I was being super respectful as well. Told me they could replace it and didn't even apologize for the quality. Despicable. I get it's fast food but come on! The food is literally unedible. read more

i ordered food for me and my two kiddos tonight and when the uber driver finally arrived I knew my food was going to be cold however I did not realize some of it was going to be so cold that it was almost like it hadn't been brought up to temp fully some of the nuggets felt as if they were barely thawed. my Uber driver apologized profusely to me for it being so late and explained it yall took 20 extra minutes to have an attitude with him for picking up two orders instead of one??? really? why does it matter?? we are all just out here trying to make a living and get by. humble yourself and look around next time and remember we have NO IDEA what the other is going thru and if your having a bad day doesn't give you a right to take that out on another who's literally just trying to make it by right now as well. Be Kind to others. hope you have an amazing day! read more

First of all I have never been able to walk in this McDonald's for something quick. Any order small or large has you waiting for 15-30 minutes. The store is overcrowded and the employees don't pay attention causing half melted drinks, cold nuggets, cold fries, over cooked burgers, or missing things from a order. The staff just stands there and is incredibly lazy. The drive through is a mess and un organized. Just a shame read more

Worst drive thru in pierce county! Never any milkshakes...and tonight I hadto repeat my order several times, again...no milkshake and then had to wait over 5 minutes behind the person in front of me at the window because their order was messed up! Didn't tell them to move up to wait area and all along my food order was sitting there. So I finally got mine and of course it flipping cold. Refuse to go there again, and am warning everyone else not to. Find another location! They should have closed this hole up years ago! read more

Very disappointed I chose this specific McDonald's over Jack in the Box. ordered two number 7's no cheese, the person taking our order acknowledge that we wanted two hamburger meals. Not only did it take them a long time to bring the order to drive thru(shouldn't be slow), everything tasted stale and we were given cheeseburgers. Total disregard to the acknowledged change to our order. I called this McD's, because I am actually a Manager at another local McDonald's to give some pointers, and the lady that took our order answered the phone, the blue shirt she was wearing says she's the one charge at this hour. Boy ol' boy! No Customer service skills or Professional Phone Etiquette at all. She is why this establishment is going down hill at this hour(12:45am, 9/2/2024). read more

WORST MCDONALDS EVER. This location has a 24/7 drive thru location; so tell me why at 1:12 AM on July 6, 2022, I went to order food at this location and was told, "I'm sorry, but we're ONLY accepting ONLINE orders right now." So I pulled around the building and placed a mobile online order just to find out that it was Drive Thru Pickup Only. Cool. I place the order and jump back in the drive thru. "I'm sorry, we're ONLY ACCEPTING DOORDASH OR UBER orders RIGHT NOW." At this point, my card had already been charged because I selected the Drive Thru Option for pick up. Which I tell the MANAGER of your night crew. She then wants to argue for about a minute until she decided to put in the Online Order Number (DV54) and just decides to WASTE MY TIME at this point - cuz you know IM THE ONE getting paid to make my own food -and throw a serious fit because her and her coworker HAVE to work for their money now. I literally orderEd 4 plain burgers (3 McDoubles and a mcchicken), a large fries, 2 apple pies and 2 hi-c orange. Tell me why I waited 16 minutes for my food AND IT WAS COLD AF. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The workers DID NOT want to be there and it CLEARLY showed. They had NO ambition to get the order completed AND even had A DD/UBER driver waiting behind me (with their completed order also sitting there getting cold) with 0 regards to how it would affect their wages. I called in to check on my experience with a Manager at 940 AM the same day and was informed by their morning Manager that it was like that because there was only 2 people working that night. I asked him WHY I would have waited 16 minutes to get COLD FOOD and he said, "I'm sorry you had that experience I will TALK to my Night Manager" with no sympathy for the situation what so ever. DO NOT GO HERE. They DO NOT care about business or taking care of their customer or WASTING your money on inedible DISGUSTING stale food! By far THE WORST MCDONALDS EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! read more

They take for ever to give the food on the desk, and with they give the food, they do the wrong order

Love this place!! These guys are fast food is great and it's close to my house. Def would recommend

spent 47 minutes waiting for 2 quarter pounders and 2 10 piece nuggets to be told after 47 minutes that they don't even have my quarter pounders ordered when I ordered them on the kiosk with my code to get buy one get one free. Then they try and charge me full price for both after I already stood there for 47 minutes. The nerve! The back was so disgusting fries and food all over the floor complete chaos in the kitchen I will never return to this McDonalds after my experience. this was the worst McDonald's experience I can remember in my 32 years of eating here. ended up leaving with out our drink and quarter pounders and only got two 10 piece nuggets to feed two people, you can do better McDonalds! read more

After a 50 minute waste o was told at 545pm that they couldn't fill the order for 20 chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder meal. Watched doordash and the drive thru come and go while I waited. Manager was no help made excuses and then told me that were poor of the food read more

Worst McDonald's. Couldn't even order because lack of staffing, they literally told me they were too busy. To the guy taking my order/money at around 11-ish this evening, I was having an unexpected panic attack and you treating me like garbage and even eventually laughing at me because I was confused and stuttering really did not help. Worse customer service here ever, they're too busy it took 15 minutes of my lunch to get 1 Mc chicken and a sprite . The Manager on duty was wearing a blue sweatshirt, no name badge, no vest, no polo. She was very rude to the customer in front of me and to me. Like we were inconveniencing her by being there. I had a 30 min lunch, I ordered and it took 24 min to get out to me. You had one person in front of me and maybe 3 cars in the drive through. The management at this establishment needs retraining. She wasn't even moving with sense of urgency, or even breaking a sweat. She said it's because they were very busy. There was 2 people In the lobby. How were you that busy. This is the absolute worst mcds ever. After have moved to the area recently and is the closest McDonald's to my house. They have messed multiple times and today was the last straw. Today I ordered: 2 cheeseburgers, a 10 peice (which had 8 nuggets), a McChicken which I wasn't given, and a double quarter pounder that was completely undercooked and pink and the buns on all the burgers were cold as ice. AND not to mention the apple pie (as shown) was to be sold by 6:04PM. I ordered at 8:00PM, this is absolutely unacceptable. This WILL be the last time I order from this place again. read more

Worse McDonald's ever! Rudest manager. They let a women hold up the line for 15 minutes to make the change to lunch! When we were waiting to get breakfast. That should not be allowed and if they are gonna do this for one customer then they should make breakfast for the ones who had to wait! I was told to leave the drive thru line by the manager because she wasn't gonna listen to my concerns! There was five cars behind me line and I'm sure I wasn't the only one wanting breakfast but because of one customer they let this happen! This is beyond ridiculous, the McDonald's corporation should be ashamed of this policy and should at least try to appease the customer! Especially when you have to wait 15 minutes! read more

All I wanted is a bacon, EGG, and biscuit sandwich. The employee repeats back (drive thru) and says sausage, egg, and biscuit. I corrected him and he said id have bacon on my sandwich. I was NOT NOT NOT SATISFIED with the service tonight. The guy at the drive thru was rude; he kept on interrupting me every time I tried to add more food to my order. I get to the front window & I say Hi to the lady up there & she just slowly closes the window...HOW RUDE! I got home & my fries were not even fresh.
