It was before 10 a.m. on a Monday morning, with just one car in the drive-thru and me in the shop. I ordered their "$25.00" dozen selection, and it blew my mind how impatient, rude, and smart-mouthed the elder lady was while I was deciding on my choices. Keep in mind, I was the only customer in the shop at the time. Two other customers came in a few minutes later, but they didn't seem in a hurry. The way the employee acted, you'd think there was a line of 15 people behind me! I'm wasn't familiar with the names of all the donuts, and only three were labeled (I wish I'd taken pictures), so I was guessing and pointing at the ones I wanted. I'm telling you, the way she stared at me like I was stupid and wasting her time was so embarrassing--I could feel my face heating up. I'm not sure if I caught her on a bad morning, but I definitely won't be going back. That was my first and last experience there. I've worked in retail and have a thick skin when it comes to rude people, but having my morning ruined like that really threw me off. I didn't want to stoop to her level, so I didn't respond back by matching her energy. Being raised to "respect" your elders can be a pain sometimes. I didn't even make a fuss about the fact that the advertised "$25 dozen donuts" ended up costing me nearly $40 sum, because I understand times are getting hard and inflation is a thing. I was having a great morning and wanted to support a local business, but she made it uncomfortable. I rarely write negative reviews (I've written only two in my life), but she earned the third one. The donuts were fine, but honestly, you can get donuts like that anywhere for cheaper. The shop itself was quaint, with tables lined against the walls, all with window views. It was quiet and had a bit of a nostalgic vibe. It's disappointing I couldn't make it one of my go-to spots, but maybe you should try it yourself. If you do, I'd recommend going through the drive-thru to avoid the awkwardness and feeling rushed in front of other people. She might have ruined my day with her customer service, but based on the majority of reviews, maybe I just caught her on a bad morning. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, so it's safe to say I won't be going back. Cussing out an older lady over donuts and bad service won't be added to my 2025 karma list nuh uh no thank you. Rating: 2 stars -- only because, although she was rude to me, the older male employee serving the next customer beside me was friendly and patient with them while I was being rung up. Happy donut hunting ya'll.

My boyfriend and I have stopped by here for coffee and breakfast sandwiches twice before this recent visit and let me tell you that they always taste amazing! We came here again as BECU is currently hosting an event where they let you enjoy a free drink on them and Campfire Coffee was one of the businesses that is participating! It's been a while since we stopped by so we decided to stop by again. I saw on Yelp that dogs were allowed but they are not, however they do offer a generous pup cup! I was greeted by an female employee and she was very professional, kind and patient as I was trying to decide what to get. She also showed that same positive attitude and mannerism with the customers ahead of me as well. The interior is so cozy and they even have a campfire set up which is great for photo ops or just to hang out at. Additionally, they have a corner with shelves of different things to enjoy while you're there too! I went ahead and got one of their seasonal specials: Grandma's Cabin Energy with light ice and my boyfriend got their Peppermint Mocha. I appreciate that she asked me to make sure I liked it before I left but she nailed it, all the flavors came through and it was the right amount of ice! The drink was so good that I forgot to take a picture! Love that they don't upcharge on flavors especially when a lot of other coffee shops do. We also had a conversation about how they have different seasonal menus and look forward making more creative drinks in the future. So glad to see that they are still making fantastic drinks, have stellar service, and offer unique drinks and food/treats.

Nearly every visit, the employees come across as rude, unfriendly, and give the bare minimum in terms of service. Today was the final straw. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, but was handed a regular mocha instead. When I politely said I had ordered a white chocolate mocha, the employee immediately responded with attitude. I handed the drink back and said I didn't want that one, and she asked--again with attitude--if I wanted it remade. When I said yes, she rudely told me that "next time you need to say white chocolate mocha." I responded that I believed I had, and she insisted I didn't. There was no reason for the hostility over a simple drink correction. Customer mistakes happen, employee mistakes happen--but basic kindness and professionalism should still be expected. The food may be good, but the repeated poor treatment from staff makes the experience unpleasant. Management seriously needs to address customer service training or reconsider staffing, because friendly service goes a long way.
