The food was about what we'd expect for McDonalds -- okay for what it is. No revelations. But since we dislike the infernal ordering machines in McDonalds, we prefer to give our order to a real person at the counter who can deal with the alterations we want in our items. (Those machines can't handle that sort of thing, and they often are on the blink.) Anyhow, we waited and waited for someone to come take our order -- the staff seemed totally occupied with the drive-thru patrons. Finally, finally got to us -- they were polite and got our order delivered in a reasonable time. So, not awful. And it appeared quite clean. read more

I had an issue with my Apple Pay and the manager was very sweet and resolved my order immediately .

Clean and comfortable enough (hard seats!), I got my coffee here this morning and spent about an hour and a half starting my Sunday. The crew did a decent job of taking and filling orders, though in my short time here, two different people came in from the drive through with errors in their orders. omg About 8:30 AM my 10 yo son & I were stopping inside for a typical pre-skiing meal first time at this location. Simply wating for our meal there was a male worker sorda just hanging out behind the counter. It was obvious his pants were getting low and he was sorda massaging his underwear. Thinking in my head I hope this is fleeting but it got worse. His gray underwear became more obvious as he was shifting around waiting for an item to place in a bag. It was my son who made a comment first about looking at his underwear. He seemed very content, no gloves, no squirt of sanitizer. His pants got lower his underwear (gray for sure) he seemed in comfort massaging and bagging. We will not return here. Huh? read more

We were looking for a quick spot to get breakfast on our way out of Burlington, I checked the map and this was easily accessible as we headed south on 7. We quickly placed our orders without waiting in any long lines. The employees at the counter were quite efficient and our food was out in no time. This McDonald's looks like it has had some updates recently and was quite clean. Food tasted as it should and came with the right amount of condiments. I only eat breakfast at McDonald's maybe once a month, but so many times I'm missing syrup or butter with the order. Not a bad fast food experience! read more

We are a VT HS volleyball team traveling...our bus stops at McDonalds on the way home after every away game. Coaches and drivers eat free as we bring a bus full of hungry kids. FIRST time this was denied was at this location. They were also rude to my players & even short-changed the fries for one. Shame on you. We will not be returning, but we will share this information. Last year the manager DID honor this program. read more

Yep- it's McDonald's... and this one is nothing special. The only thing special about this McDonald's was that it was conveniently located along our travel route, so we didn't have to go off the beaten path to get our breeky on. As for atmosphere, on the outside, it looks kinda like a house. I don't know if I've ever seen one with this style of exterior before. On the inside, however, it's not one of the up-to-date locations--it's very institutional. Also, the bathrooms were probably clean, but b/c they were so out-of-date looking, they didn't look clean. Luckily, the staff at this location seemed friendly, so that was a plus. read more

Ordered a cheeseburger, told me to pull over in parking lot and wait for it.... waited 15 minutes, worst service I have ever seen!

Ice, cold french fries not even filled. Looks like half of them. Didn't even make it in the container. Chicken sandwich breading hard as a rock. Hey but the diet Coke is great! Anybody paying attention here yes, I know it's a McDonald's and I shouldn't expect much, but I expect what I pay for exclamation didn't even give me my receipt. I'm not turning around to complain, but hopefully some manager or regional will read this and have their employees take a little more pride, and work on the details! read more

Restaurant has a bit of a unique look Must be some ordinances they have in Shelburne or something where all structures must have a "Historical" look. It's a good thing. :) As to this location... It's McDonald's how bad can it be??? Manager was talking in front of customers to cashier stating they don't do breakfast (turns out certain things are only available before 10:30am). Totally confused, I asked if y'all serve breakfast all day as I looked at the breakfast menu. I don't care about policies like this until I am in line to order my breakfast. Should have pulled the her behind one of the walls blocking all kitchen activity. I always liked watching my meal get made..... Then my macchiato was finally brought out. Got in my car to leave and tilted the cup to take a drink. I'm not sure why but my drink was barely over 1/2 full!!! With whipped cream! This review is for specifically the morning and day shift this review has nothing to do with a night time shift because the night time shift does their job and does it correctly with that being said after 3 months of spending $80-100 a day at this McDonald's everyday religiously I started getting attitude because my order was always wrong always and so I would get attitude because I had to come in and get it fixed so then today I got told I was no longer welcome there because I once again caught them midstream messing up my order and because I called him out on it I was told I was no longer welcome at the McDonald's on Shelburne road by a girl with a star tattoo on the back of her neck so if you see her you may as well just turn around and leave because if anything happens to your food you're going to be told to not come back basically there's only like three or four people on the morning and day shift that are worth dealing with and we'll make sure your order is always right but other than that you're going to be treated like crap you're going to get an ugly look when your order is wrong and you got to go back in and ask for it to be fixed and they will be completely disrespectful read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. They forgot several items from our order; because of the refusal of the manager to put in those items that we paid for, two of my kids had to go without their meal. So not only did they take our money and not give us our food we had to go somewhere else and pay even more money to get my kids something different to eat. The line was incredibly slow last night not resembling fast food at the drive-through and my big Mac bun was very hard and burgers were cold and I ate it in the parking lot it wasn't like I drove home.
