I am visiting Massachusetts from Los Angeles and I have never been so rudely treated in my life. I am staying at a Hampton Inn a couple blocks away and walked to this McDonald's because nothing else was open at close to midnight 5/12/18. It's supposedly open 24 hrs but the staff inside wouldn't let me order saying it was open only to Uber Eats and they told me to order at the drive through window... I have never heard of any fast food establishment forcing their customers to stand in line with cars in front and behind them to make an order. One would think that would violate some sort of safety regulation. After all, what if I had my kids with me? The staff was rude and none if them even cracked a smile. The person who gave me my order didn't even say "thanks". To top things off they got my order wrong. This is completely unacceptable. read more

This place repeatedly serves old food. Today, I ordered a blueberry cream pie. The blueberry filling was hard and black, while the cream cheese was a dark brown color. I posted a pic of it,if anyone wants to see. I took the pie back to the store. The manager laughed at me, when I asked him if he takes pride in his work. He rolled his eyes and laughed. I then asked if he would eat that pie. He said he would not. He has no trouble selling it to me, but he is unwilling to eat it. Unfortunately, I did eat a bite of it, before I realized how nasty it was. He did compensate me with the buck that it cost me. That does nothing for the ill feeling in my gut. I come to this particular McDonald's all the time. For the most part my order is correct and I do not have any problems. If you are ordering a lot of food it is better to pull over to the side and make sure everything is there. This McDonald's delivers through Uber eats which is convenient when you want McDonald's to come to you. They also have an app that allows you to order your meal ahead and when you show them the confirmation they will have your meal ready. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I win in this location twice and they gave me an attitude both times and failed take knowledge me when I presented my order. The manager cannot handle any type of conflict at all and will resort to calling the cops instead of handling the dispute especially when the customers are black. Employees don't have much choice but to work in close proximity, so I was surprised and unnerved to see that most were not wearing masks and gloves. Delectable. McDonald's made me alive again ,with one salty spark I felt the joy defrost my ice woven heart. This fine dining experience has changed me for the better . I ordered a small grassfed buger cooked perfectly medium rare .upon it was a delicious tomato paste and superb mustard sauce ,with two pickled cucumbers tucked away under a fine sliced local dairy cheese. Perfection! I ordered a side of their fried fingerling potatoes, I was immediately suprised by the gracious portion and perfectly seasoned with mineral sea salt . The service was very friendly and polite ,knew all items and could explain with great detail even about the items that were a bit more complicated and foreign to me . would eat again ! read more
