We entered through the patio entrance, found a table right away, and our server quickly brought us water. She also pointed out that water bowls and fresh water were available for our pup, which was a thoughtful touch. I ordered one of the house specialties, the Chilled Tuna & Salmon Poke Bowl ($24), and I'm so glad I did. Every bite was fresh and delicious. It had just the right amount of spice--enough to add flavor without being overwhelming. My husband ordered the Summit Mushroom Burger($20), and after stealing a few bites, I can confirm it was excellent as well. The fries were exactly how I like them: crispy on the outside, fluffy and tender on the inside. Great food, attentive service, and a dog-friendly patio made this a wonderful lunch stop.

The building is a bit of a mess but we will hold our judgement for the service and food. It appears that two people are running the entire business. HUSTLERS. We looked over the menu and selected the spicy fried cauliflower with green onions, micro cilantro, sweet heat, sesame seeds and a lime cream sauce. The cauliflower was crispy, well flavored, and a good taste. We shared the Summit mushroom burgers with goat cheese, wild mushrooms, spicy pepper jelly and roasted garlic aioli. The burger was delicious, juicy and a real treat. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful, engaging and working hard to service the crowd. Eclectric Bar and Grill is not fancy, but a solid option in the burger scene. Give them a chance and judge them for yourself.

I ordered the steak with potatoes and Brussels sprouts, and everything was cooked perfectly. My friend went with the mushroom curry and added chicken, and it was delicious. This was probably the busiest place at the outlets (besides the dispensary!), but the service never skipped a beat. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the portions were so generous that we both had enough leftovers for a second meal. Even though it's located at the outlets, don't let that fool you. The beautiful interior and inviting patio make it feel like you're dining somewhere much more upscale. Great food, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere--I would absolutely come back the next time I'm in Silverthorne.

Last night was no exception. We waited quite a while before anyone came to our table, and a couple of the staff seemed genuinely inconvenienced by our presence. For a restaurant at this price point, good food isn't enough--the service should be better. Here's the kicker... with three minutes left in a nail-biter of a Bronco game, we'd paid, were standing by the bar watching the finish, and were told they were closing and we were ushered out. We weren't in the way, and the staff clearly weren't leaving anytime soon. Three minutes. Broncos game. In Colorado. Come on.

Finding a seat wasn't a problem and our group sat down to unwind after a long day of travel. Our server was excellent and she informed us that a few things off the menu weren't available due to an understaffed kitchen and that only a few beer selections were on tap because their head brewer had recently quit. Not a stellar start, but shit happens in the restaurant industry. My rating--I ordered a steak which was good but slightly over-cooked for my tastes and their unfortunately minimal beer selection. I don't like IPAs and that was really the only option for "lighter" beers. I'm sure they'll get things sorted out and when they do, I'll give them another chance.
