I am so disappointed with this one McDonalds. I just moved back to the area after being away for 10 years. This McD was my go to since the 70's. We have gone to this one 5 times in the last year and every time either our order was cold, we were forgotten about in a parking spot from the driveway, and most importantly our order was always wrong. Where do I even start.. multiple visits as it's close to our home, and each visit is it's own disappoinment. At least the disappointment is consistent. The front counter inside is often not staffed and you will be waiting to order if you don't use the kiosk, even when the place is empty. Management is generally yelling at employees in the back loud enough for you to hear. When you finally order you will usually wait some more or they forget about you entirely and you'll return to the counter to wait some more for another human being and inquire about your order. When you get your order something will always be missing. At least one thing. Sometimes the meat right from your sandwich. I have gotten buns with just ketchup and nothing else on it. At which point you will return to the counter with your receipt and wait some more. The employee will look at you confused, request angry management to come up and talk to you, where the employee will get yelled at and they look at you like you're lying. And after you wait some more you get your item which is cold and dry or over cooked. Play place is absolutely disgustingly sticky. Even if you're expecting it to be a bit sticky as they always are. Steer clear of this one unless you have time to waste and patient children, and fully expect to have a problem each time. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My family will get McDonald's breakfast a few times a month through the drive thru and every single time the order is incorrect or missing food. Then we have the choice of calling and complaining or waiting in line all over again while the rest of the food gets cold. and if we choose to call we are instructed to drive all the way back, wait again, only to get the food we originally paid for. without any other kind of compensation. oh wait! once they said they would mail us coupons but we never actually received them. this last time my bf got so upset that he called and yelled at an employee and instead of the employee asking him to calm down they just simply hung up on him! If they would have just gotten the order correct the last 10 times he would not be calling so upset. I feel like these employees do not care at all about what the customers actually order. you're gonna get what you get. it's like rush n roulette. It's ridiculous. these employees are getting paid to do a job they are not doing. my 6 year old could do a better job of completing orders correctly. read more

Golden Rule of Yelp..... Never review a McDonalds! But in this case I have to! I have been working in Sheboygan a lot the past few days and I have a McDonalds Unsweetened Iced Tea addiction. Usually in the mid-afternoon I get the craving for my fix. I have been through this drive through window more than I would like to admit. Never for food, always for my liquid crack! With lemon of course. The first time I went, I was met by the happiest dude working the window that collects your money. He was freakishly excited to take your order over the squak box and even more happy to make change when you drive up. I have now been back a number of times for my tea and to see what he is going to say or do next. I have even drove out of my way to come to this specific McDonalds instead of one with a pimply teenager or worse. I never write reviews, I have never felt the need to write one. And if I could give a NEGATIVE amount of stars, I would. Today I went to this location, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service. I understand that you are busy and have a lot of cars in the drive thru. I understand that you had to have us move up and wait for our food. BUT what I don't understand is why it takes over 20 minutes to get our food... Only 2 meals btw..... We wouldn't have even gotten our food, had I not gone inside and asked what the heck was going on. Before that somebody had come out, with the wrong order and asked if it was ours and than asked the person in front of us if it was theirs too. Which it was neither of ours. And than COMPLETELY FORGET that we were waiting for our food. When I had gone inside and asked what was taking them so long, what I assume was the manager had asked everyone if the chicken tenders were sent out (my order) I said loud enough for her to hear, "That's mine, been waiting over 20 minutes for it." She had done nothing to remedy the situation. And I still had to wait for my fries, they were supposed to be "fresh", but were utterly TRASH, tasted like they were out for HOURS. I have worked in customer service for the last 5 years, and the customer service there was horrendous. Normally I try and breathe, and I understand that things happen. But they even admitted out loud with me right there, that they had forgotten about my order and had straight up admitted that they saw my car just sitting there and did NOTHING to figure out why I was still there. Even the person in front of me had to get out of her car and go inside, which probably means the exact same thing happened to her. read more

Absolutely ATROCIOUS experience at this mcdonalds location. Never have i ever interacted with such incompetent stubborn and rude employees as the ones who were working the night i placed my order. The place was not busy whatsoever and the order i placed consisted of 2 plain McDoubles, a large fry, a sprite and 2 mcchickens. I paid for the order at the first window and received my sprite at the 2nd. I was then told to drive ahead to wait for my food to be carried out to the car. I waited for about 20 minutes and still no food. Meanwhile there were no cars coming into the drive thru so i drove back around the 2nd window again to inquire. I was asked once again what my order was and they insisted i did not pay at the first window. They had claimed that the gentleman who took my card could not have charged it due to him "not having a drawer". I gave them the benefit of the doubt despite me ALREADY receiving my sprite and allowed them to tale the card again. I FINALLY received my bag of food after almost 40 minutes of waiting and arguing. I checked my bank statements almost immediately after and sure enough, they had charged me twice. And to make matters worse, the food they had gave me was not even the right order. I almost never complain about food service because i understand the employees already have enough to deal with but this was on another plain of existence with how god forsaken this mcdonalds location was. It was already around 4 AM by the time this was all over but rest assured i will be returning to get both my money back and an apology!!! read more

I went through the drive thru before work and ordered a 10 piece chicken nug but only got one sauce. Also, I ordered a caramel ice coffee which has wayyy to much cream in it. Tastes like sugar water. I was depending on that coffee to get me through my third shift job. There were only about 2-3 cars behind me when I pulled up to get my stuff. The kid that gave me my items seemed to be in a big rush. I saw him put my cup under where the iced coffee comes out and it almost overflowed. Worst experience there in a long time. read more
