Probably frequent there once a week and the staff is always friendly. I have never had a wrong order only once In 4 years which was quickly remedied. Exterior is well kept, as I only use mobile ordering (which is very convenient) so I cannot attest to the inside. Yes, it's a McDonald's, hardly a choice for anybody who has the least respect for food products. Yet sometimes the need arises for coffee and a snack when one doesn't want to invest a lot of time looking for such options. This Mickey Dees is certainly the hangout for the elderly folk in the area, and given that the area is in Florida, there were were plenty to choose from. Taking up the seats, gossiping right and left, and clogging up the wait queues. Which is why my wait at the cashier took longer than it seems like it had any right to. Eventually I did reach the front and ordered a latte. No such luck - the hot 'fancy' coffee machine was out. At just before 10AM on a Monday. Seriously. I wound up getting a normal coffee with a shot of flavor along with a hash brown. It was ok, I suppose, didn't send me to the restroom or anything, but really one goes here to people watch, not eat. read more

This is a review of my last experience at this McDonald's. I was served completely raw chicken. I don't know how that happens but it was most unfortunate for me. The manager refunded my money but I don't think I will be visiting that location again. If I could I'd rate 0 stars. This place is always out of apple pies. Everything I've gotten after two years of living in the area has had hair in it. I've tried to give them the benefit of doubt but seriously? I don't want what looks like pubic hair in my frappe whip cream! And my two year old daughter didn't enjoy the long orange curly hair cooked into the cheese in her burger. My son refuses to eat when we go there so we will be stopping. This McDonald's location is a pleasure to patronize. The personnel are polite and professional. They are so nice and get your order to you so fast and they make sure it is just right. The place is always so clean and has a happy vibe. I often use the drive-thru and I use many different apps from different companies and they all are problem free. McDonald's app is constantly acting up and years of numerous reviews online show this has been so for years. The Sebastian location has bit the bullet and given me two free meals because of the app not working. I tried to pay, but the manager said "no, this meal is our treat" both times! read more

The incompetence of this place this morning is staggering. Took 6 minutes before my order in the dual drive thru was taken as 4 cars in the other were done. Then I had to give my order twice and she still input it wrong. When I told her it was wrong she told me they can fix it when I got to the window. I thought it had been corrected when it was read back to me at the first window. It wasn't. My drink sizes were changed after she read it back to me. When I told the manager at the next window the sizes she handed me were wrong, she didn't care. It was what was on her screen and she wasn't going to deal with it. read more

If this was the only McDonald's in Florida, I wouldn't frequent it. Admittedly, it is clean and the coffee is good but the happenings there and the service there is abysmal. Arguments and smart a** remarks by employees, slow service, no please and thank yous, it is just awful. Food order mistakes aplenty, cold fries, managers arguing with staff, they only get away with it as the are the only McDonald's in 15 miles. The drive-thru takes first priority while walkin customers wait at the cash registers. One of the most irritating behaviors is the cashier chatting with customers (that the employee knows) while customers wait in line. Another is cashiers fulfilling orders like ice cream, shakes, soft drinks while customers wait in line. This place doesn't need shakes it needs a shake-up. read more

We should have taken the hint when the menu was already set to the breakfast menu at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 12. But we didn't and placed our order for a Big Mac meal and 10 piece nugget meal through the drive through. While we waited for our food, we noticed that the crew was in the process of deep cleaning the area as if they were ready to shut down. When I mentioned this to the person who gave us our food he said they close at 11 p.m. and just try to stay ahead of the game. Well, when we got home we found that none of our food was fresh. The nuggets were dry and tasted as if they had been warmed in a microwave. The French fries also tasted as if they had been warmed in a microwave and were tough. The Big Mac tasted as if the meat had been warmed also in the microwave. Needless to say the owners of this McDonald's need to make sure their staff is not working at getting ready to close at 8:30 p.m. and are serving food that is a higher standard than what we were served. This is not the first time we've been disappointed with this McDonald's but we thought we'd give them another try. Well after tonight....I'll go to Wendy's or Checker's but not the McDonald's located just south of Sebastian River Medical Center. read more
