Very disappointing. I grew up going to the original jersey Mike's in point Pleasant on Ertle Avenue and they knew how to make a sub. I just spent $25 on two regular subs and the amount of meat that they did not put on the sub is disgracing. Not sure if all the Jersey Mike's are like this but very disappointing. read more

I love jersey Mike's I order online and pick up on my way to work. I can't eat onions, ordered #2 meal with lettuce and tomato oil and vinegar....Unfortunately there were onions on it and there flavor all the way through. FYI , it's still my favorite sub shop just no onions. read more

The Jerzy Mike's employee that took my order at the Deli counter had a bad attitude from the start. The sandwich maker got angry at me because was confused (probably high on marijuana) and he had to re-write the ticket, which he got wrong anyways. My chicken Philly cheesesteak had almost no cheese or onion, peppers, mushrooms or Jalapenos on it. The Chicken was as dry as cardboard. After trying to eat some of the Sub, I looked at the hand written receipt ticket taped to the bag to check if they had gotten my order wrong. That was when i saw that this Jerzy Mike's worker wrote on my receipt "Dumbass in hat" instead of my name. For some reason this Jerzy Mikes employee thinks he is a tough guy who can insult people while ruining their meal. I was sick the entire weekend after eating part of the sandwich (the rest went in the trash). In this day and age with the deadly virus still going around, cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the food service industry must come first above all. This sandwich looked and tasted like they dropped it on the floor and played soccer with it. I do not know anyone who would want to be called a "Dumbass" and then go back to that restaurant to see this same employee again. Service was very rude the girls working don't even act like they want to be there. Put very little meat and cheese on the subs. When asked any questions it's always no we don't do that or just a flat no. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Will not recommend at all. read more

After being a life long subway eater, and occasionally a deli, or pub sub eater. I found myself trying out Jersey mikes and well, when I walked into the cozy store with in the plaza. and saw them slicing fresh meat and cheese for sandwiches I found a good place to eat. Service was prompt and courteous. The portions are the right size. I got a giant sub which was easily two meals. I won't say it's better than subway, but for chain place it definitely hits the spot like subway. read more

Good subs. I think they are priced too high. Without the coupon from grand opening, my Giant (which I'm guessing is 12 to 13 inches long) Big Kahuna Cheese Steak would be $13.15 plus tax & tip. Sub had decent amount of meat (I like more). Flavor was good but it was a little dry. It needed sauce or oil & vinegar. They never asked me what I wanted added to the sub. Not impressed with the wait time and it wasn't busy at all plus the lack of topping was a let down. Got the 17 and it was okay at best.

I just had lunch here today. I had a very well made, fresh and tasty Chicken Kahuna sub. Clean store. The guy who made my sub was very nice and knowledgeable and professional. BE AWARE- On a few occasions we have ordered and paid on line and someone came in and picked up our subs. They actually new my name. As it is only my wife and I this had to have been employees working with them. Hard to believe this stuff goes on. This chain puts out a good product, and they should since it charges TWICE AS MUCH as what it should cost for a sub sandwich and then they gouge on the drinks. To top it off if you use their app, they rather insist a tip be added. I owned a restaurant downtown Salt Lake City so I know they are way way way overcharging. This chain really should reconsider their severely high mark up on their product and asking for a tip is a real turn off. When all is said and done about how they slice fresh and customize subs, so does Publix at HALF the COST and they don't beg for a tip read more

Every time we get food from here it is delicious. The Italian and the number 56 philly are usually our go to's. But even just the turkey is great! The staff are always friendly and happy. I enjoy stopping in and being greeted with a smile! Keep it up guys! read more

Fresh, tasty made to order subs, a staff that is friendly, talkative and often humorous. Order in the app and pick up, or have it delivered, while earning points towards free subs! Whenever we eat in or pick up, we are impressed by how clean the dining area is, and how homey the place feels. Food is great but they are not taking enough precautions during this covid-19 virus. No one was cleaning the door handle or counters between customers. Also sandwiches that were done were being wrapped at the counter where people were standing to pay. Too many people in the store waiting as once and not keeping their distance as required by law. read more

The subs at Jersey Mikes taste great and are consistent from location to location. The staff has always treated me well and as such I have always left a tip. The restaurant and it facilities have been clean and appropriately staffed. I would say from a franchise standpoint they serve the best subs and have the nicest restaurants. On the flip side you definitely pay for what you get so they aren't the cheapest eatery. They also have an app which allows you to order and pay ahead of arrival to get in and out quickly. Unfortunately this was defeated as I had to wait in the regular line to pick up my already made and paid for subs at the Sebastian location. They need to hang a sign between the register and soda fountain that says "online order pickup" like I've seen in other places to facilitate the process properly. All done and said I'll be going back but the online issue gets them 3 stars instead of 5 as it's how I primarily purchase their products. read more

Had lunch here for the first time. Had the Big Kahuna regular cheese steak. I thought it was very good. Plenty of meat for the sub. My opinion is that it's much better than any other sub shop in the area. I think adding chips and a fountain soda for over $3 is a bit much but will certainly go back to try something else. I am very unhappy with the subs that were just delivered and here is why. I am a LOYAL JM`s customer and buy subs so often everyone at my local Jersey Mikes know what I get and how I like it made as soon as they know its me. Things like that make loyal customers loyal, but what disappointed me today was the fact that I ordered 3 subs and 2 wraps after I received a text from Jersey Mikes saying that today subs were 50 % off. I normally order on double point Tuesdays & at least 1 other day of the week every week but Ive never seen 50% off subs which I am assuming is because of the corona virus going around so I though thats nice them o offer this incentive to raw in customers, all the better for me. That was until I opened my sub and noticed the meaning of 50% off, 50% of the cheese & meat thats normally on my sub. If I had known before hand, I would rather have paid regular price for my usual sub. So that is why I am very very disappointed and feel a little cheated. Its Kinda like how you feel when you see all the bogos at the grocery store and think your getting a deal until you realize that even though it says buy one get one free, they jack up the price of the one so the one you think is free is actually like 30% off. We arrived at the Jersey Mike's in Sebastian a little late. It was 8:50pm & they close at 9:00. They greeted us with a smile & made sure all our needs were met. Tanner made sure we had everything we needed & made our experience so enjoyable. My mother & I felt bad we came in so late , but they didn't care at all. I can't say enough good things about this sub shop! The fact that they slice the cold cuts freshly for each sub is amazing! The mini Italian sub is way more than a mini sub. It's definitely enough for lunch. Plus I could order my sub online and pick it up (already paid for so no wait) within 15 minutes! William is very friendly and helpful. My family tried Jersey Mike's last night for dinner. We are a family of four and everyone tried a different sub: a club sub, a tuna, a roast beef and I can't remember what the last sub was. The girl asked if we wanted to do chips and a drink and we all said yes, not looking at the menu board. If we had looked, we would have all said no. Because the charge to add chips and a drink is over $3.00 per meal. That's over $12 for 4 small bags of chips and a soda. That is ridiculously overpriced gouging. The meal was okay, but our final bill was over $50 for 4 regular subs with chips and a drink. You can get the same meal for four at Subway for much less. You can get the same meal at Panera and pay less. The subs had a good taste to them but I don't think it was worth the $50. We all concluded that the meal was good but Jersey Mike's is too expensive to go to and you get a better price at other sandwich places like Subway, Panera, or whatever. read more
