We ordered online through DoorDash. It was about 9:00pm on Friday night. The food was good and they got the order was correct, but I am SUPER disappointed in the staff and service in this order on the peach dessert eggrolls. Here's what I wrote in DoorDash on the order: "I am extremely disappointed with how this order was handled. What happened with this Arby's egg roll? Whoever fried it and then decided to put it in the carton anyway should have known it was not fit to serve. One egg roll was fine, but the second one was a complete mess. It looks like it burst open while frying, the peach filling burned, and it honestly looked awful. Why would anyone see that and still send it to a customer? I actually still have it if you'd like it back. What makes this even more frustrating is that your solution was to offer me only $1.58 back. The order cost around $3. Why not refund the full amount so I can replace the order? I can't buy just one egg roll. It's not just about the money. One person got dessert, and the other didn't. There's also the inconvenience of having to deal with customer service over something that never should have left the restaurant. I'll accept the $1.58 because I don't have the energy to keep arguing, but I will also be leaving reviews for both DoorDash and Arby's. I'll also be canceling my DoorDash subscription. The error rate on my DoorDash orders is well over 50%, and every time I report a legitimate issue, getting a fair resolution feels like pulling teeth. I understand that some customers abuse the refund system, and I know that probably makes you more cautious, but loyal customers with legitimate problems shouldn't be treated this way. I've also noticed that when refunds are issued, the tax isn't always refunded either, and I often have to fight just to get back what I actually paid. Many times I don't even report problems because the process is so exhausting. This experience was simply the last straw. This wasn't just disappointing--it was offensive. Goodbye." (yes, I did cancel my DoorDash subscription) Note: When I finally hit submit, the refund increased to $2.08, but it's still not enough to buy a replacement. Now, I realize that Arby's doesn't really know what happened and the ridiculous offer of a half order of my refund... BUT they need to be aware of how poor the service is when you give your a customer an OBVIOUS broken open eggroll that you can see the jelly and fruit inside is all burnt. Plus it just looks so bad. Hope they see this and school the worker who obviously doesn't care about their product quality and customer service. read more

There are few fast-food restaurants I will consider eating on a consistent basis. Most of the food is not good compared to what I have tasted on my Yelp travels on the #WarAndRoadieShow, and on top of that, most of the food is just not good for you. I don't mind a cheat meal every now and then but eating at most fast-food restaurants is a cheat meal on its own. That thinking seems to go out the door with two restaurants and one of them is Arby's. The Arby's location I am doing a short-and-sweet review on now is for Palm Bay, located at the southwest corner of the Malabar Rd. and San Fillipo Blvd. intersection near the Palm Bay campus of Eastern Florida State College. Like all Arby's locations I've been to, it is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have good food. I love the fact Arby's does not skimp out on meat especially on their cheddar and roast beef sandwiches. They are so good! Overall, I can't hate this place because they do a great job like the others, but because they are like the others, they don't stand out. Instead, the only thing I can do for this Arby's location is say it has my approval. On a side note though, this is the location I had my first pumpkin spice cheesecake shake and pork belly sandwich. It's Arby's and I like Arby's. I don't go often and on a whim while in Palm Bay we stopped in for a quick lunch and were not disappointed. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient, even checking up on us after we got our meal. I have the 2 for $6 Gyros (one beef & one lamb). The pita was fresh and the meat plentiful. MY companion had the brisket and really enjoyed the taste but found it very messy. read more

I have always enjoyed my food each time I have ordered. I usually take this to go for convenience since it is less than 5 minutes from our house. I am always pleased with the quickness of my order in the drive thru or inside. The employees are always friendly, and my food is always served hot and fresh which is sometimes hard to come by in fast food restaurants. I can say this location is almost always clean when I come inside to order too. The tables/booths are wiped down, and the condiment section is clean and stocked. My only reason for 4 star is the not so ease of getting out of the parking lot. With the location being right off Malabar and at the intersection it makes it very difficult to get out in the late afternoons. I also feel that Arby chains are a little too expensive. I usually take advantage of their coupons I receive in the mail. read more

Decided on here for lunch. Love a good Arby's roast beef once in awhile~ it was a family treat when I was much younger, lol! So, I enter the drive thru and it was fairly full yet cars were moving along quite well, as a fast food drive thru should. I ordered 6 items and requested 8 bbq sauces and 4 horsey sauces. Afterall, it's all about those sauces! And just like clock work, got all 6 items, and the specified amount of each sauce~ that just doesn't happen at many drive thrus! Arby's - a chain fast-food restaurant, which this one in particular I have frequented several times over the years... As far as fast foot is concerned, it's probably my favorite, second to Chick-Fil-A. Their menu has improved over the years with the newly added Turkey Roasters that I tried at this visit. I had the Grand Roaster with it's tomato, lettuce, bacon, and large wad of thinly sliced turkey was very tasty. The other folks in my party ordered their usuals such as the roast beef and the market fresh sandwiches. The staff was very helpful and a little friendly, but I can't complain since they were very patient with the changes to orders we had - I was surprised to admit. My fault for going a half hour before close I know. But I definitely wouldn't recommend going this close either. The fries and sandwich cold and disgusting. The meat was like it had been sitting on a rack forever because the edges of all the meat was burned and dried up. I was so bummed that even the fries were cold and definitely old as well. Stopped there for lunch today. Got there a little after noon. Ordered the Chicken Bacon Club because it really sounded good and had the small potato cakes. I come here about once a month. Well they were busy but that is no excuse for getting a cold sandwich. I mean not even lukewarm! It was so cold that the swiss cheese was not even melty and swiss melts easily. I was in a hurry and there was now several people in line so I just ate it which I should not have. Not only was the sandwich cold but it the chicken patty was like rubber. The restaurant was very clean, including the restroom which to my surprise actually had a changing table in. I have visited this location a few times. I am a pretty big fan of the chain's food. While their curly fries will have me coming back, so will the service on one employee- her name is Jen. She was working on a Saturday night last weekend and really went above and beyond 98% of employees at a fast food establishment. She was kind, funny, made eye contact, smiled, was confident in what she was doing, and most importantly made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. You may be asking why only 4 stars then, right? Well that's because of the manager that was working that night. Her attitude was very argumentative. She also complained a lot about why people were arguing with her. She was rude to customers and gave 1/4 the customer service of other employees. If it weren't for her being such a "downer" I would have had a completely epic experience. While I don't know more than what I observed, I would have called Jen the general manager and the manager a new employee whose employment needs to be rethought. read more

Fries were good. Milkshakes were good. I was absolutely disgusted by the pulled pork sandwich. It was literally more fat than meat. Unless you like eating straight fat I would not recommend.
