The last eight orders I placed in the last 2 months were sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and hash rounds.....5of the sandwiches came out the drive thru with sausage, egg and cheese croissant! Disappointed again...we've tried to be supportive and patient but this was the last straw for me. Past visits have been told no milkshakes or we're closed even though the lights are still on. We placed an order in the app the other night, paid and drove down to pick it up only to be greeted by a staff person in the parking lot dragging her finger across her neck to stop something or maybe somebody's dying? Lights were on, so we pulled up to the drive thru only to be told their systems were down and she couldn't take orders. I said we placed an order in the app and paid and she said sorry...nothing she could do. I asked her can you cook? She said yes, yet she didn't offer to fill the already paid for order. She told me to go to the website about a refund. Fortunately the app offers a solution for refunds...but really we just wanted the food. :-( read more

Horrible! Drive thru order was all wrong. Used a coupon. Double Cheeseburger was very small and looked like a kids meal, they also forgot to put in a large fry order that it came with chicken nuggets. The chicken was cold and horrible. Place looks like it's run by kids who don't know what they are doing. Thought we were saving time and money on a quick meal, but no one was satisfied. It was a waste of time and money. The food is just like every other BK. I like it all, but their ability to actually do the job of delivering FAST food seems to be non -existent. The morning shift is not too speedy but just wait til the afternoon. Plan on a 3-5 minute wait per car in line. If you are the 4th car back...you'll be there a while. Today, at 5 PM I waited for 4 minutes behind a lady who was already ordering when I pulled up. I pulled to the speaker and was told to wait. I waited 5 minutes, by the clock, and said "Hello"?. The woman at the speaker told me that I'd just have to wait until they were ready for me... I am sorry to say that I was less than kind as I left, but I live near this BK and this is a constant issue. Good help IS hard to find and they need to keep looking. I just cannot handle the complete lack of interest in doing a good job that is permeating a pretty good, convenient place to eat. read more

One of the worst restaurants in town. Theyll ignore you at the drive thru and lie about what time they close. They also let people sleep at the booths and have random people in the back where they make the food. & they take forever to give you food thats not even fresh. Its like the establishment is ran by a bunch of high school kids just needing a check to play with. I would never go back & I'm glad the girl lied and said they were closed at 10pm because I wouldn't trust them to handle my food anyway. read more

Rolled up to get a meal at 6:11pm Monday February 20th 2023, when your entire staff was sitting outside on the ground smoking, when I showed up they all groaned, went back inside but no one washed theirs and that is the scariest thing to see, I work in the food industry and teach food safety. Burger king you need to be demoted to the court gesture because of a few things. 1. Customers service was lousy 2. Under cooked fries 3. This road kill for a "chicken sandwich". Drive through was slow when there was two cars including us. Lady on the drive through speaker was rude. didn't take too long to get our food but once i opened my chicken sandwich there was mold on the bottom of my bun. Kinda pathetic when you get rushed to order when the place is dead. Not to mention their screens weren't working so I had to look up the menu on my phone to choose what I was in the mood for. This is a brand new establishment yet there always seems to be a problem with the equipment. Latest that prompt me to put a review is that the machine that is used to make beef patties is prone to overheating, staff was not even apologetic and stated that chicken was only available, so I ordered chicken and while I am waiting I observed staff still preparing whoppers.
