At the drive thru, we picked up our order of Crispy Chicken with Louisiana Seasoning and Wings. Shortly after, we concluded that the fried chicken was even better than KFC and way better than Chick Fil A. We agreed with the experts who wrote the article. In addition, the bone in and boneless Wings from Popeyes were also excellent. And the Sauces! The Mardis Gras and the Sweet Heat dipping sauces were outstanding.

It really is sad because we have been going to this Popeyes for over 10 years but we stopped about 2 months back because of the terrible service. Mobile ordering is a sham here because they will say the order is fulfilled five minutes after placing said order but then you get there you have to wait another 30 minutes. When you do get your food, it is never correct. I have never reviewed another restaurant but I had to for this Popeyes because of how bad their service has gotten. I immediately noticed the mistake (I was still at the counter). The manager refused to change my untouched sandwich because the receipt indicated a crispy chicken sandwich. I explained that the worker must have rang up my order incorrectly ( the same thing happened the prior week). the manager ignored me and would not change my sandwich. for 10 minutes, I remained at the counter, at this point I'm yelling at the manager to provide service-- the correct sandwich or a refund. the manager continued to ignore me. she refused to give me the correct sandwich or refund my money. I finally had to leave because I had to get to work. I left without food, the manager kept my money ( in essence, she stole the money from me). the only reason I did not call the police ( for petty theft) was because I had to get to work.
