I don't get it. They just remodeled this location, and I thought service would improve but it's still horrible. This McDonald's is one of the busiest locations, and now you wait longer than ever. They really need to train more employees or get staff who are willing to help move the line along. I waited about 40 minutes for an iced coffee, and the only reason I stuck around was because I was already in line. I also ordered a cheeseburger, and I regret it. We specifically came to this location for the kids play area! Which was great for my toddler he had such a good time. This place is remodeled and has all the self ordering kiosk which is a trip to me. I got a McFlurry with fudge and they put too much fudge it really was a sugar overload. I know people comment on slow service but we went in the middle of the day and we got our food quick. read more

I want to state that I still believe that overall, the new McDonald's vibe is awful. To get anything resembling service you need to use the app. I recommend it anyway because the rewards are very good. I get something free like 2/3 of the time that I use the app and I still have tons of points. If you use the app, order in advance, and either show up in the drive through or to the pickup window, you will usually get what you need, quickly, and without hassle. Well, what if you need something that's not in the bag or have an extra request? This is where it gets ugly. In the In the vast majority of locations I go to, there are all kinds of customers milling around and waiting for this or that, while a single employee slowly helps them one by one, and all the other employees ignore them. The only people that get service are those who raise their voice. The experience they've created of peering into the small opening to the kitchen as a customer, hoping someone will help you is just not where it's at. HOWEVER ... I visit this location in the mornings and often eat there in person, and at least when it comes to that, and using the app (this is very important)... I get very good service. The woman who seems like the manager in the morning is just so kind, and is always checking to see if anyone needs anything. If you're eating in, order on the app at this location and have it brought to your table. If you do need something, ask the person who brings you your food. (You shouldn't have to do this normally). It's just a much better experience than using the touch screen, trying to order (just absolutely don't) at the front counter, etc. That's when the new McDonald's really stinks it up. Employees like the morning manager are the types of people all McDonalds should be looking to build around and it seems like from other reviews they need someone like her to be there at night. But, I had to stick up for this particular McDonald's just a little because of my experience, and they have a 4.0 rating on Google which is pretty solid for a McDonald's. read more

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, 25 minutes to get a lemonade and a small fry, I had to go tell him to just give me the lemonade so I can get on with my day , they didn't even offer me a refund these are by far the slowest workers I've ever seen in my entire life, and I can bet you they complain about the minimum wage they get paid. New building, better service. They got LCD screens to order your food and robots that bring you your food to your table. Two drive thru lines for quicker order time. It's less congested during peak hours. But beware when doing mobile pickup, people don't care if it's mobile pickup only spots and park and then go inside to dine. It's usually hit or miss to find a mobile pickup parking. Also I did a mobile order and it took them awhile to get it to me. I could see my order sitting on the countertop but the vest workers who bring your food to your car kept chatting with other workers in the dinning area. My food came cold. They also don't check your bag if all items are in it. I left trusting them that my reward item was there but when we got home, it was missing. Already far away from here to go back. If you come here and want good service ask for the crew member mark, even tho he was doing everything he made sure our orders were remade and warm and perfect, our drinks were watered down and he fixed it amazing service from him, unfortunately manager Samuel was not the same I explained to him and showed him our food first and he said "well there's your drinks" in Spanish and walked away when I went to get my sisters Big Mac fixed he ignored us but thankfully mark came to help me (Samuel also switched our order from dine in to pick up without us knowing which made us wait 30 minutes with a hungry child and once we get it it's cold and him wanting to do nothing about it) read more

This is the worst McDonalds I've been to. First off, the people in front of us in the drive thru were drunk. We're of them got out and stubbles off to the side. As we were paying, we had our window a down and the cashier fixed his eyes passed me and my husband, making gestures, we turn to look, and another worker snuck up my window making gestures to each other. I jumped because we thought it was that drunk man wondering around. We get to the second widow, and the woman with heavy makeup and curly hair opened the window and asked "yeah! what do you need? ! Can I help you with something?!" My husband told her we wanted our food, and she just batted those fancy lashes as in being clueless of why she was even there, and asked us what we ordered. I have always had a pleasant experience at this location but today, I must say wasn't too good. I was given my father's coffee prepared when I had requested creamers and sugar on the side. It was made prepared so I asked if it can be exchanged and the RUDE MANAGER LOURDES SAID, "Well if you bring it to me I can, because I didn't prepare so.." I normally don't leave a review but when you're trying to say your order and the girl on the speaker is not listening it can get frustrating. And I don't mean not listen as in she's having us wait, no, instead the girl at the register/speaker is too busy laughing with her coworkers while taking our order. It's insane. I've worked customer service jobs before and that's the shittest thing I've ever had to deal with because it didn't feel like my order was being taken at all. Still my best McDonald location by far, anywhere I went, but as long as I am in the area, I would come to this place and order some food for my Mom during lunch or breakfast. I did notice their food hack called Land Air and Sea, which the SNL made a joke about it, but it is as realistic as I could see, which I think that was a little too much to eat. I probably went here like 5 different times and always ask for no cheese and no pickles, I am allergic to cheese too, and every single time they never take out the pickles and cheese. They are pretty good in terms of food quality and getting the orders right, line isn't too bad considering how busy they are. But they are consistently the most expensive McDonalds I've ever been to. It's not just the recent inflation hitting everything, but even before then. Not sure if it's they overall lack of specials or just that they are a buck or so more expensive for each item, but I always come away from this place shocked of how much I paid and how little I got. I think it's the prime location close to the freeway and housing that allows them to price themselves this way, it makes them convenient when you don't have the time, but maybe worth the time to go to any other McDonalds nearby for better pricing and offers. read more
