Not sure why I was instructed to go to the drive-through reserved area when there is literally no one in line. After waiting 10 minutes I finally decided to go inside and see what the wait is all about and to see there's absolutely no one inside. after instructing the drive-through lady to put two syrup packets and she confirmed with me three times that she did when I got my bag there was no syrup packets. I also had to ask one of the employees to go grab a manager just to make sure that they didn't forget making my food which they obviously did because it took over 10 minutes and their again was no one in line, terrible experience and the lady wearing the gray shirt was working extremely slow and didn't even care to speak to anyone. I not a huge fan of McDonald's but this location seems better than most. Good parking and nice drive-thru. Food is good as well as treats! Stir is nice and restrooms clean. I dread coming to this location but it's the closest to my house, today was probably the last time i'll be here. I understand if it's busy to make small mistakes, but I didn't ask for much. 2 spicy mc-chicken no mayo, a strawberry shake no whip, and a large fry, with a coupon for 1$ large fry's, somehow I feel like they didn't add the coupon but I wasn't asked If I wanted the receipt so I wouldn't know. When I asked for buffalo sauce at the window, I was not responded to she shut the window rudely and came back with 2 barbecue and slammed the window again, so i couldn't even get what I wanted. On top of that when we get home the fries were all either undercooked or outrageously soggy and cold, it's literally a one minute drive and my fries are always piping hot. Good luck coming here if the girl with the lip ring is at the window... no one here is nice, not even polite. I pull up to the first window to pay & "Mylo" who seemed to be a manager training a new employee was very rude when I had a question about a sandwich I ordered. She gave me an attitude, turned to the computer & shook her head while making a bothered face expression. I immediately asked for her name. She knows a review is coming! I get to the next window, the young man look my way nor greeted me, he handed me my food & drinks all while looking down at something. I look over to see and he was on his phone. Overall, after coming here for many years, it's a five! I can never remember it not being clean, both in the dining area and the restroom. Service is very friendly 90% of the time and good the rest. Most of the time the food is served very quickly. I customize my orders every time and they look for ways to save me money. That's appreciated. I never leave bad reviews or reviews in general, but this McDonald's has messed up my food three times within the last 2 weeks. First two times I ordered a mcchicken plain and both times it did not come plain. Now I just went there and they first handed my food out to the wrong person and we had to wait like 10 minutes for the food to be re cooked and mind you I am on my lunch break which is only 30 minutes long. I started coming to this location because the location on Stanford Ranch by Costco kept on messing up my order! The LAST straw was when I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins with no cheese and I got 2 sausage egg McMuffins; one with no muffin! Anyways I started coming to this location even though it's farther away from where I live because the staff is friendly; they never messed up my order, and they remodeled! I went the other day and ordered two sausage egg McMuffins with NO CHEESE! Some of the employees are REALLY nice but most are obviously not happy to be working. The reason for my low scoring is due to the employee laziness. They have Diet Dr Pepper if you order inside. But they won't fill a diet Dr Pepper if you go through the drive through. The soda fountain inside is about 3 feet away from the one that they use for their drive through. They used to honor this for me, but with the new staff, I always get attitude when asked if I could get Diet Dr Pepper in the drive through. read more

Why would you change your World famous fries. My son eats at McDonald's every day. He and I noticed a change in the flavor and texture of the fries about a week ago, At first we thought, maybe we got a bad batch. He returned the next day and continued to return with the same results, bland almost card board tasting fries. Worst customer service ever! Get rid of the young girl you have working the front register and this would be 5 stars! Alex is the employee that I am referring to. She was horrible and rude (saw her roll her eyes and literally throw my food at me when it was ready!). The stars are for the restaurant being clean...er than most and the kid behind the counter was very nice. Very disappointed tonight after many near-perfect visits. Stale bread, overcooked meat, no sauces, and cold fries. Granted, we got food to go, but we live only 2.5 miles away. When we got home and unwrapped it, we found we had to add our own ketchup and mustard and cheese. All of it totally omitted. The bright spots: the place is ALWAYS spotless and most of the crew is super friendly and helpful. The ice machine in the dining room wasn't working, but the crew was more than happy to get us ice from the drive-thru machine. Come on, guys. I know from experience that you can do better. Come here every once in a while and today my son had to get a new transformers toy. He has been really wanting the Dinosaur one, they searched for one and couldn't find it. I had to convince him to be ok with the ones they did have. As i was ordering our food, the manager Lisseth, went into the display to get him the one he had waited so long for. He was very happy!!! Pay. drive to 2nd window and they already had my order ready. like how? lol sometimes i get a frap or strawberry banana smoothie, fries and burger and still its ready in 2 seconds. This is the worst McDonalds, and yet best "McFlies" I've ever been to. Yes you guessed it, there were flies everywhere. The tables were sticky as "frick" and another customer was constantly reminding me of how he spent less than 1/3 as much as I did on his meal that was nearly identical due to some sort of "magic app" with deals reserved for the privileged and elite. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am a somewhat mcds fan but this location definitely does not stand by what mcds is. Absolutely the worst food and workers I have ever come across. Apple shows its open until 2am. I made an order at 11:36pm. Got to my place which is down the block and I barley had any fries and burger was cold. I asked for lettuce and got none. The burger was a complete mess in the box it came in. I went back at 11:46 and went straight to the window. The signed turned off immediately. I waited and honked and after about 10minutes a Asian lady came to the window but didn't even bother to open the drive though window. She shook her head and waived here finger and said, " no, we closed". I shouted that I didn't want to order I just didn't get the right order and she shook her head and walked away. I couldn't believe this. I waited and waited. I was driving away and from the front of the store I saw a another Asian man walk to the drive through window so I rushed back to the window and there was a sign the said "closed at midnight not 2 am".
